Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によれば、熱硬化性樹脂を95〜35重量%、10μm以下の粒径を有する有機充填材を5〜65重量%含有する熱硬化性樹脂組成物から、インクジェットプリンター用インク吐出装置が製造される。

Description
熱硬化性樹脂を95〜35重量%、10μm以下の粒径を有する有機充填材を5〜65重量%含有する熱硬化性樹脂組成物をノズルチャンバープレートの金型に導入し、該金型を加熱して500μm以下のノズルを形成し得るノズルチャンバープレートを成形する工程、
該熱硬化性樹脂組成物を用いて、振動膜プレートを成形する工程、および
該ノズルチャンバープレートと該振動膜プレートとを接合する工程を含む。
エピクロンN770(大日本インキ化学工業株式会社製)、フェノール系硬化剤フェノライトTD2106(大日本インキ化学工業株式会社製)およびイミダゾール系化合物の硬化促進剤とを混合、反応して得られたフェノールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂を40重量%、粒径3μmのグアナミン樹脂(ベンゾグアナミン樹脂 エポスターM30、株式会社日本触媒製)を57重量%、離型剤としてステアリン酸系金属石鹸を3重量%混合して、熱硬化性樹脂組成物を調製した。この樹脂組成物の熱膨張係数は6×10−5であり、凝固収縮率は0.78%であった。上記グアナミン樹脂の代りにガラス繊維57重量%添加して得られた混合物を比較例とした。この比較例の樹脂組成物は方向性があり、熱膨張係数は2〜5×10−5、凝固収縮率は0.2〜0.5%であった。なお、熱膨張係数および凝固収縮率は、熱機械分析(TMA)法、凝固収縮率はJIS K 6911の方法で測定した。
他方、チャンバープレートと同じ大きさの振動膜プレート(厚み300μm)を、上記と同一の樹脂組成物で作成した。この振動膜プレートをステージに乗せ、1200rpmで回転させながら、ワニスを3滴滴下し、塗布した後、80℃で乾燥した。
Claims (2)
- インクジェットプリンター用インク吐出装置の製造方法であって、
熱硬化性樹脂を95〜35重量%、10μm以下の粒径を有する有機充填材を5〜65重量%含有する熱硬化性樹脂組成物をノズルチャンバープレートの金型に導入し、該金型を加熱して500μm以下のノズルを形成し得るノズルチャンバープレートを成形する工程、
該熱硬化性樹脂組成物を用いて、振動膜プレートを成形する工程、および
該ノズルチャンバープレートと該振動膜プレートとを接合する工程を含む、方法。 - ノズルチャンバープレートのノズル孔を作成した後に、該ノズルチャンバープレートと該振動膜プレートとが接合される、請求項1に記載の方法。
