Description

The present invention relates to an assembly-type display shelf, and more particularly, an assembly-type display shelf that can be easily and easily assembled to a support by stacking a plurality of shelves so that various products can be displayed. About.

As shown in FIG. 1, a conventional assembly-type shelf includes cylindrical assembly members 200 in the vicinity of opposite corners of a plurality of shelf plates 100 each having a rectangular shape with an open top. It is attached by welding, and the cylindrical column 400 is assembled and supported on the plurality of shelf boards 100. Therefore, a fixing member 300 is inserted into the cylindrical support column 400 at a predetermined interval, and the fixing members 300 fitted to the cylindrical support column 400 are provided in cylindrical shapes provided at four corners of the shelf plate 100. It was assembled by being inserted into the assembly member 200.

The cylindrical support column 400 is provided with a position fixing groove for fixing the position at a constant height. In addition, the fixing member 300 has a through hole and a protrusion at the center so that the fixing member 300 can be fitted to the cylindrical column 400, and the outer upper side is narrow and the lower side is a wide cylindrical shape. is doing.

In the assembly-type shelf, the fixing members 300 are inserted into the same positions of the four cylindrical columns 400, respectively, and fixed so that the protrusions of the fixing members 300 can be inserted into the position fixing grooves of the cylindrical columns 400. And if the said cylindrical support | pillar 400 is inserted in each of the cylindrical assembly members 200 attached to the four corners of the said shelf board 100 by welding, it will be fitted by the cylindrical support | pillar 400 to the cylindrical assembly member 200 of a shelf board. The shelf plate 100 is assembled to the cylindrical column 400 by inserting and supporting the fixing member 300.

In such a state, the fixing member 300 is re-fitted to each cylindrical column 400 and assembled so as to maintain a certain height from the assembled shelf 100, and then provided at the corner of the shelf 100. When the cylindrical column 400 is inserted into the cylindrical assembly member 200, the fixing member 300 is fitted and fixed to the assembly member 200 of the shelf board 100.

As described above, after the cylindrical fixing member 300 is combined at a certain position of the cylindrical column 400, the cylindrical supporting member 400 may be inserted into the assembly member 200 of the shelf board 100. From this, it becomes possible to provide a shelf board in two steps, three steps, or multiple steps.

In such a conventional assembling shelf, assembly members are always attached to the four corners of the shelf by welding, and the fixing member should be made of elastic rubber or synthetic resin. The problem that it becomes difficult to fix a shelf board arises. Further, since the fixing member is made of rubber or synthetic resin, it is easy to wear, and it is difficult to combine the fixing member with the cylindrical support. Furthermore, since the column, the fixing member, and the assembly member are all formed in a cylindrical shape, there is a possibility that the column may rotate and the fixing member may be worn after assembly.

The present invention has been made in view of the prior art and the like, and an object of the present invention is to provide an assembly-type shelf capable of easily assembling a shelf plate on a support column.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an assembly-type shelf that can be used semi-permanently by being formed of metal or synthetic resin so that the fixing member assembled to the support column is not worn.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an assembly-type shelf in which the assembly members of the shelf can be easily replaced.

Furthermore, another object of the present invention is to provide an assembly-type shelf that can be easily and easily assembled and disassembled when shelves are assembled by stacking shelves in two stages, three stages, or multiple stages on a support column.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the assembly shelf according to the present invention is attached to a shelf board having a rectangular shape with an open upper part and the corners of both sides of the shelf board facing each other. An assembly member having a triangular through hole on the inside, a support hole in the center, guide ribs on both sides of the inner wall, and coupling protrusions on the inner surface are provided in the through hole of the assembly member. The fixed member to be fitted and the guide member are coupled to the guide rib by being fitted outward, and guide grooves for guiding the movement of the fixed member are formed on both sides, and coupled to the coupling protrusion of the fixed member on one side surface And a support post provided with a coupling groove.

Preferably, the through hole of the assembly member has a triangular shape on the upper side and a lower side on the lower side, and coupling portions are integrally formed on both sides of the assembly member, and are formed at the upper end and the lower end of the coupling portion. Each is provided with a fixing rib that is bent inward. Further, the fixing member has a U-shaped cross section, and the outer side is formed so that the upper side is narrow and the lower side is wide so as to correspond to the through hole.

As described above, according to the assembly-type shelf of the present invention, the assembly member can be easily and easily attached to the corner of the shelf, and can be replaced. Moreover, it can be used semipermanently by manufacturing the fixing member assembled to the column from metal or synthetic resin. Further, when assembling the fixing member to the support column, it is possible to assemble the stacking plates in a two-stage, three-stage or multi-stage in order, or to easily disassemble the shelves when the shelf board is assembled. There is also an effect of being able to.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention can be modified in various forms, and is not limited to the embodiments described below. In the drawings of the present invention, the same portions are denoted by the same reference numerals for description.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an assembled shelf according to the present invention assembled, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of a main part of the assembled shelf according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a coupling portion of the assembly-type shelf according to the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a plan view showing the coupling portion of the assembly-type shelf according to the present invention.

Referring to FIGS. 2 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. The assembly-type shelf of the present invention includes a shelf plate 10 having a rectangular shape with an open top.

The assembly member 20 attached to the corners of the opposite side surfaces of the shelf board 10 includes a triangular through-hole 21 on the inside, narrow on the upper side and wide on the lower side, and the coupling portions 22 on both sides. It is integrally formed. Fixing ribs 23 are provided at the upper end and the lower end of the coupling portion 22 and are bent inward. The fixing ribs 23 of the coupling portion 22 are combined with the upper and lower lateral support frames 11 formed at the corners of the shelf board 10.

The fixing member 30 to be fitted into the through hole 21 of the assembly member 20 has a U-shaped cross section, and the outside has a narrow shape on the upper side to accommodate the through hole 21 and a wide shape on the lower side. In addition, a coupling protrusion 31 that can be coupled to the coupling groove 42 of the support column 40 is provided on the inner side surface. Further, in the drawing of FIG. 3, a support hole 32 is provided so as to open to the rear of the fixing member 30, and guide ribs 33 are provided on both sides of the inner wall.

The support column 40 fitted in the support column hole 32 of the fixing member 30 is coupled with a guide rib, provided with guide grooves 41 on both sides to guide the movement of the fixing member, and a coupling protrusion of the fixing member 30 on one side surface. A coupling groove 42 into which 31 can be inserted is provided.

The assembly member 20 can be manufactured from metal or synthetic resin. When the assembly member 20 is attached to the shelf board 10, the fixing rib 23 of the coupling portion 22 is bent and attached to the lateral support frame 11 of the shelf board 10.

Further, the coupling portion 22 of the assembly member 20 can be coupled to the lateral support frame 11 of the shelf board 10 by coupling by bending. Furthermore, it can also be attached by hook connection and can also be attached by connection via welding.

The fixing member 30 is made of a metal or a synthetic resin material, and has a U-shaped cross section. The outer side of the fixing member 30 is narrower on the upper side and wider on the lower side. The column 40 is fitted into the column hole 32 by the column hole 32 provided inside the fixing member 30 and the guide ribs 33 formed on both sides of the inner wall. That is, after the guide rib 33 is combined with the support column 40 so as to be guided by the guide grooves 41 on both sides, the coupling protrusion 31 of the fixing member 30 is inserted into the coupling groove 42 of the support column 40, so that the fixing member 30 is It is fixed in an assembled state at 40 fixed positions.

As described above, the fixing member 30 is assembled to the support column 40, and the similar four support columns 40 and the like are fitted into the through holes 21 of the assembly members 20 attached to the four corners of the shelf board 10. At this time, since the outside of the fixing member 30 assembled to the support column 40 is narrow on the upper side and wide on the lower side, the upper side is narrow and the lower side is formed in the through hole 21 of the assembly member 20 which is wide. By supporting the fixing member 30 in the inserted state, the shelf board 10 is provided on the four support columns 40.

In the state as described above, the fixing member 30 is fitted in a fixed position of each column 40, and the coupling protrusion 31 of the fixing member 30 is fitted in the coupling groove 42 of the column 40. 40 will be combined. In this state, when the support column 40 is inserted into the through holes 21 of the assembly member 20 attached to the four corners of the shelf board 10, the assembly member 20 of the shelf board 10 surrounds the fixing member 30 of the support column 40 and is fixed. The member and the assembly member are fixed to each other.

As described above, by fixing the fixed member 30 to the support column 40 and fixing it at a certain height, and using the through-hole 21 of the assembly member 20 attached to the corner of the shelf board 10, The shelf board 10 can be provided on the support column 40 by being stacked in two stages, three stages, or multiple stages.

In the shelf plate 10 assembled in the support column 40, the upper side of the outer surface of the fixing member 30 is narrow and the lower side is formed wide. Accordingly, the through hole 21 of the assembly member 20 is also narrow on the upper side to correspond to this. The lower side is widely formed. Therefore, the fixing member 30 fitted to the support column 40 is fitted into the through hole 21 of the assembly member 20 attached to the shelf board 10, whereby the fixing position of the shelf board 10 is determined and fixed. .

When it is desired to remove the shelf board 10 from the state in which the shelf boards 10 are provided in multiple stages on the support column 40, the assembly member 20 of the shelf board 10 and the support column 40 are fixed by lifting the shelf board 10 above the support column 40. The member 30 can be easily disassembled.

Although the specific embodiments have been described in the detailed description of the present invention, it is obvious to those skilled in the art that the present invention can be modified into various forms without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is a thing.
