Claims (15)
- コヒーレントな電磁放射、特にレーザー放射を遮蔽する装置であって、少なくとも一部において互いへ収束し合う少なくとも二つの面(6,7)を有しており、当該二つの面の間には正反対に向かい合う二つの開口部(8,9)が形成されており、前記二つの開口部(8,9)の間の前記面(6,7)の間隔が、一方の開口部(8)から他方の開口部(9)へと電磁放射が直に通過しないように変化している、装置。
- 前記二つの面(6,7)が、これらの間で、10°〜30°、好ましくは20°の角度をなすことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記二つの面(6,7)が、それらの互いに対面する側で凹面及び/又は凸面になっている、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 一方の面(6または7)が、他方の面(7または6)に対して対面する側で凹面になっており、他方の面(7または6)が、凸面なっている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記二つの面(6,7)が、それらが互いに対面する側で、凹状及び/又は凸状に互いへ収束し合う、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記二つの面(6,7)が、それらが互いに対面する側で、凹状及び/又は凸状に延在する部分を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つバフル(10,11)が、少なくとも一方の面(6,7)に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記二つの面(6,7)のそれぞれが、凹面要素および凸面要素を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一方の面(6,7)が、電磁放射吸収性材料からなる表面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つのバフル(10,11)が、電磁放射吸収性材料からなる表面を有することを特徴とする、請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記面(6,7)及び/又は前記少なくとも一つのバフル(10,11)が、金属化表面または金属化表面被覆を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置を有するレーザーブース。
- 外側レーザー保護壁(2)と、機械加工すべき被加工物のための凹部を有するターンテーブル(3)とを有し、前記ターンテーブルと共に回転するレーザー保護壁(20)が、前記ターンテーブル(3)上に配置され、遮蔽装置が、その側方外縁領域に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のレーザーブース。
- 前記ターンテーブルと共に回転する前記レーザー保護壁(20)の少なくとも一方の側方外縁領域及び/又は少なくとも一方の水平方向に延びる外縁領域に、前記隣接するレーザー保護壁(2)自体と共に、またはその壁に配置された固定面(7)と共に、互いへ収束し合う面を形成する面(6)が存在する、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のレーザーブース。
- コヒーレントな電磁放射を遮蔽するための、請求項13〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置の使用。
