Abstract
Description
・ 地表近傍の平均気温は、ここ100年の間で約0.5℃上昇し、この10年は加速傾向にある。
・ 同時期の降雨量は約1%増加している。
・ 氷河の溶解及び温度上昇に伴う膨張によって海面が15cmから20cm上昇している。
(1)長期間でなくとも実現可能な開発。好ましくはすでに試験された回転機器を使用するのが好ましい。
(2)従来の吸収装置を効率良く使用して、最大1.5×105Pa(1.5bar)の十分なCO2分圧を得るように適合させる。
(3)CO2を吸着させる場所でのガスの体積流量を可能な限り低くする。
(4)CO2が吸着される場所における酸素分圧を2×104Pa(0.2bar)まで低下して吸着物質の劣化を最小限にする。
(5)300℃から400℃の温度レンジで行われるNOxの実効的な除去。この除去は加圧システムにて行われるのが好ましい。
(6)競合システムと一致する効率
(7)400MWを超える大きな設備の可能性
(8)第二発電装置、改質装置、酸素の製造プロセス、又は、燃料の交換を不要にする。
(9)コンパクト、かつ、頑強な設備として浮体構造物上の造船所にて建造することによってコスト的な優位性を得る。海洋設備を使用することも可能である。

Claims (10)
- 炭素質燃料から電気を発電する方法であって、
前記燃料が、昇圧された燃焼室内で酸素のもとで燃焼され、
燃焼による排気ガスは、電力を生み出す発電機に接続される蒸気タービンにて膨張する蒸気を発生させる間に前記燃焼室の温度を低下させる周囲に放出される前に、周囲に排出されないように扱われるCO2に富んだ画分と、他のプロセス及び/又は電気エネルギーの発生のための少なくとも一つのタービンにて膨張するCO2に乏しい画分とに分離されることを特徴とする発電方法。 - 前記燃焼室内の燃焼における熱エネルギーの50%を超えて、より好ましくは60%を超えて、最も好ましくは、例えば80%を超えるように、70%を超えるエネルギーが蒸気の生成に取り出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発電方法。
- 前記燃焼室からの排気ガスが、タービンで膨張される前のCO2に乏しい画分を加熱するために、このCO2に乏しい画分と熱交換されて冷却されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の発電方法。
- 前記燃焼室からの排気ガスから熱エネルギーを取り出すという前記CO2に乏しい画分の能力を増加させるために、浄化された前記CO2に乏しい画分に水及び/又は空気が追加されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の発電方法。
- 前記燃料が、燃焼室に送られる前に加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一つに記載の発電方法。
- 前記燃料が空気圧縮機からの流水の一部と熱交換されて加熱され、前記空気圧縮機にて熱交換されて冷却された圧縮空気が、前記CO2に乏しい画分の熱容量を高めるために加えられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の発電方法。
- 炭素質燃料、好ましくは炭化水素の火力発電装置であって、
昇圧された酸素雰囲気下で燃料が燃焼される燃焼室(6)と、
排気ガス中の主にCO2を吸収し、かつ、前記燃焼室(6)から他のガスは吸収しない吸収剤に接触して冷却した排気ガスが送られる接触機器まで、燃焼ガスを流通させる排気ガス配管(10)と、
接触機器から非吸収ガスを流通させるガス配管(14)と、
ガス流によって劣化したCO2を再加熱する手段と、
周囲に放出される前に、前記加熱されたCO2を膨張させる手段と、
吸収したCO2とともに、吸収剤を接触機器から吸収剤の貯蔵場所まで、又は、接触機器を再生するための吸収剤を再生する手段(18)まで搬送する手段とを備え、
前記燃焼室(6)が、蒸気を供給する手段と、蒸気を膨張させる蒸気タービン(53、54、57)に蒸気を送る配管(5、5’)とを備えていることを特徴とする火力発電装置。 - 前記接触機器(13)に到達する前の排気ガスに含まれる水分を凝縮するための凝縮室(50)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の火力発電装置。
- 前記凝縮室(50)にて凝縮された水分を、熱容量を増加させるために前記CO2に乏しい画分に加える手段(51、52)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の火力発電装置。
- 燃焼室(100)が、間に冷却剤が流通し、かつ、燃焼室(100)の内表面を覆う配管(104)が配された外側隔壁(101)及び内側隔壁(102)と、
前記配管(104)に水を流通させる手段とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の火力発電装置。
