Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 不断のAC電力を重要な負荷(14)に提供する電力システム(8)であって、
a. 少なくとも一つの燃料電池電力設備(18)から成り、重要な負荷(14)に供給するのに十分な電力を通常は提供し、通常は実質的に連続して重要な負荷(14)に接続されかつ電力を供給する、第一の電力供給源(18)と、
b. 重要な負荷(14)に供給するのに十分な電力を提供する、第二のAC電力供給源(10)と、
c. 第二の電力供給源(10)を第一の電力供給源(18)および重要な負荷(14)に選択的に接続しかつ接続を解除する、高速遮断スイッチング手段(19)と、
を備えており、
d. 前記少なくとも一つの燃料電池電力設備であって、燃料電池(60)と、インバータ(64)を含む電力調整システム(PCS)(62)とを備え、燃料電池(60)は、重要な負荷(14)に供給するAC電力への変換のためにインバータ(64)にDC電力を供給するように通常は接続される、少なくとも一つの燃料電池電力設備と、
e. 第一および第二の電力供給源(10、18)の一方または両方に作用するよう接続され、かつ、重要な負荷(14)へのAC電力の一様で連続した供給を向上させる、電力保証手段(65;10’’、66、64、70;74、75)と、
を備えることを特徴とする電力システム(8)。 - 電力保証手段(65;10’’、66、64、70;74、75)は、重要な負荷(14)への電力の一様で連続した供給を提供するように、燃料電池電力設備(18)のPCS62のインバータ64に作用するよう接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力システム(8)。
- 電力保証手段(65;10’’、66、64、70;74、75)は、負荷(14)への電力の供給において第二の電力供給源(10)における過渡的なサージを減衰させるサージ抑制手段(65)を少なくとも備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力システム(8)。
- 電力保証手段(65;10’’、66、64、70;74、75)は、負荷(14)への電力の供給において第二の電力供給源(10)における過渡的なサージを減衰させるサージ抑制手段(65)を少なくとも備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電力システム(8)。
- サージ抑制手段(65)は、第二の電力供給源(10)におけるサージを負荷(14)のために緩衝するように第二の電力供給源(10)と直列に接続される線路フィルタを備えることを特徴とする請求項4記載の電力システム(8)。
- 電力保証手段(65;10’’、66、64、70;74、75)は、第二の電力供給源(10)から負荷(14)への電力供給を保証するように、かつ、保護的な遮断を向上させるように、第二の電力供給源(10)と負荷(14)との間に作用するよう接続される二重変換電力接続手段(10’’、66、64、70)を少なくとも備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電力システム(8)。
- 二重変換電力接続手段(10’’、66、64、70)は、第二の電力供給源(10)から負荷(14)へ二重変換電力を提供するように、第二の電力供給源(10)からインバータ(64)に直列に接続(10’’)される第一の整流器(66)を備えることを特徴とする請求項6記載の電力システム(8)。
- 二重変換電力接続手段(10’’、66、64、70)は、第二の電力供給源(10)と第一の電力供給源(18)の燃料電池(60)との間で電力の逆供給を防止するように、燃料電池(60)と直列に、かつ、第一の整流器(66)および第二の電力供給源(10)と並列に接続される第二の整流器(70)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7記載の電力システム(8)。
- 電力保証手段(65;10’’、66、64、70;74、75)は、少なくとも第二の電力供給源(10)からインバータ(64)への電圧の低下の間の一時的な時間間隔の間にインバータ(64)へ電気エネルギーを提供するように接続される貯蔵エネルギー手段(74)を少なくとも備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電力システム(8)。
- 電力保証手段(65;10’’、66、64、70;74、75)は、第二の電力供給源(10)と第一の電力供給源(18)の燃料電池(60)からインバータ(64)への電圧の低下の間の一時的な時間間隔の間にインバータ(64)へ電気エネルギーを提供するように接続される貯蔵エネルギー手段(74)を少なくとも備えることを特徴とする請求項6記載の電力システム(8)。
- 貯蔵エネルギー手段(74)は、第二の電力供給源(10)およびインバータ(64)に少なくとも接続されるキャパシタ(75)を備えることを特徴とする請求項10記載の電力システム(8)。
- 電力保証手段(65;10’’、66、64、70;74、75)は、インバータ(64)および負荷(14)に電気エネルギーを一時的に提供する第三の電力供給源(74)を提供するように整流器(66)を含む少なくとも第二の電力供給源(10)と並列にインバータ(64)に接続されるキャパシタ(75)と、第二の電力供給源における過渡的なサージを抑制しかつ減衰させそれによって負荷(14)を保護するように第二の電力供給源(10)と直列に接続される線路フィルタ(65)とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7記載の電力システム(8)。
