Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、少なくとも1つの弁座22を有する流体チャンバ14が内部に形成されたハウジング12と、弁制御部材16とを備えた弁装置に関する。弁制御部材16は、剛性フレーム24と、一体化された少なくとも1つの弁体34を内部に有する可撓性ダイヤフラム28とを含むように成形技術によって一体に製造されている。弁制御部材16はハウジング本体12上に配置され、ダイヤフラム28は流体チャンバ14を緊密に密封し、弁体34は弁座22に対向して配置される。また、弁装置用弁制御部材16を製造する方法が開示される。

Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの弁座(22)を有する流体チャンバ(14)が内部に形成されたハウジング本体(12)と、
剛性フレーム(24)と、少なくとも1つの弁体(34)を一体に有する可撓性ダイヤフラム(28)とを備えるように成形技術によって一体に製造された弁制御部材(16)とを含む弁装置であって、
前記ダイヤフラム(28)が前記流体チャンバ(14)を閉じてそれを緊密に密封し、かつ前記弁体(34)が前記弁座(22)に対向して配置されるように、前記弁制御部材(16)が前記ハウジング本体(12)に結合されている弁装置。 - 剛性作動部材(26)が成形技術によって前記ダイヤフラム(28)に連結されている請求項1に記載の弁装置。
- 前記弁制御部材(16)が多成分射出成形によって製造されている請求項1又は2に記載の弁装置。
- 前記弁制御部材(16)の前記フレーム(24)に凹所(44)が形成され、その凹所(44)が、前記ダイヤフラム(28)が成形される材料で満たされている請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の弁装置。
- 前記作動部材(26)が、前記ダイヤフラム(28)の材料で成形によって囲まれたインサートである請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の弁装置。
- 前記作動部材(26)がロッカ本体である請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記作動部材(26)がタペットである請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の弁装置。
- 前記弁制御部材(16)の最も大きい寸法が16mmまでである請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の弁装置。
- 前記弁制御部材(16)の最も大きい寸法が4.5mmまでである請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の弁装置。
- 剛性フレーム(24)と、少なくとも1つの弁体(34)を一体に有する可撓性ダイヤフラム(28)と、少なくとも1つの剛性作動部材(26)とを備えた、弁装置用の弁制御部材を製造する方法であって、
前記フレーム(24)及び前記作動部材(26)を金型(50)の内側に位置決めするステップと、
前記フレーム(24)及び前記作動部材(26)が、前記金型(50)の内側で成形によってエラストマーで囲まれるようにするステップと、
前記フレーム(24)、前記作動部材(26)及び前記ダイヤフラム(28)からなる複合部品を前記金型(50)から取り除くステップとを含む方法。 - 前記フレーム(24)及び前記作動部材(26)が前記金型(50)の内側でプラスチックから成形される請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記フレーム(24)及び前記作動部材(26)がインサートとして前記金型(50)の内側に配置される請求項10に記載の方法。
