Claims (8)
- ユーロピウムで賦活された窒化物蛍光体であって、
以下の一般式で示され、w、x、y、zを以下の範囲とし、残光を調整するためにさらに希土類元素、3価の元素及び4価の元素から選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素が含有されていることを特徴とする窒化物蛍光体。
MwAlxSiyN((2/3)w+x+(4/3)y):Eu
MはMg、Ca、Sr、Baの群から選ばれる少なくとも1種、
0.04≦w≦9、x=1、0.056≦y≦18 - 請求項1に記載の窒化物蛍光体であって、
前記希土類元素はCe、Pr、Nd、Sm、Tb、Dy、Tm、Ybの群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする窒化物蛍光体。 - 請求項1に記載の窒化物蛍光体であって、
前記希土類元素はSc、Y、La、Gd、Ho、Er、Luの群から選ばれる少なくとも1種、前記3価の元素はGa、Inのいずれか1種、前記4価の元素はGe、Zr、Hfの群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の窒化物蛍光体。 - ユーロピウムで賦活された窒化物蛍光体であって、
以下の一般式で示され、w、x、y、zを以下の範囲とし、残光を調整するためにさらに希土類元素、3価の元素及び4価の元素から選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素が含有されていることを特徴とする窒化物蛍光体。
MwAlxSiyBzN((2/3)w+x+(4/3)y+z):Eu
MはMg、Ca、Sr、Baの群から選ばれる少なくとも1種
0.04≦w≦9、x=1、0.056≦y≦18、0.001≦z≦0.5 - 請求項4に記載の窒化物蛍光体であって、
前記希土類元素はCe、Pr、Nd、Sm、Gd、Tb、Dy、Tm、Ybの群から選ばれる少なくとも1種、前記4価の元素はGe、Zrのいずれか1種であることを特徴とする窒化物蛍光体。 - 請求項1に記載の窒化物蛍光体であって、
前記希土類元素はSc、Y、La、Ho、Er、Luの群から選ばれる少なくとも1種、前記3価の元素はGa、Inのいずれか1種、前記4価の元素はHfであることを特徴とする窒化物蛍光体。 - 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の窒化物蛍光体であって、
組成中にOを含有することを特徴とする窒化物蛍光体。 - 近紫外線から青色光を発する第1の発光スペクトルを有する励起光源と、
第1の発光スペクトルの少なくとも一部を吸収して、第2の発光スペクトルを発光する1種または2種以上の蛍光体と、
を有する発光装置であって、
前記蛍光体は、請求項1から7の少なくとも一項に記載の窒化物蛍光体を有することを特徴とする発光装置。
