Claims (8)
- 油圧搬送装置であって、押しのけユニットを有し、この押しのけユニットは媒体を、初期圧力下の吸い込み接続部から消費器と接続可能な消費器圧力下の吐出接続部に搬送するようになっており、更に、該油圧搬送装置によって搬送される体積流を調整若しくは制限するための調節装置を有している形式のものにおいて、油圧搬送装置の圧力集合室は吐出接続部と、該油圧搬送装置の作業圧力(P2)とほぼ無関係に作用する可変の絞り装置を介して接続されていることを特徴とする油圧搬送装置。
- 絞り装置は弁装置であり、この弁装置は、消費器圧力(P3)と押しのけユニットの腎臓形吐出開口の前の圧力室内の圧力(P1)との間の圧力差に関連して、圧力集合室と吐出接続部との間の圧力接続部の流通横断面を絞りによって制御するようになっている請求項1に記載の油圧搬送装置。
- 弁装置は、孔内で軸方向にしゅう動可能に支承されている弁ピストンを有しており、この弁ピストンは一面では圧力室の圧力(P1)で負荷可能であり、かつ他面では消費器圧力(P3)及びばねエレメントの力で負荷可能であり、その際圧力(P1)と圧力(P3)との圧力差に関連して弁ピストンの制御装置が、圧力集合室と吐出接続部との間の圧力接続部の流通横断面を変化させるようになっている請求項2に記載の油圧搬送装置。
- 弁ピストンは調節ピンを有しており、この調節ピストンは定置の絞りの開口を貫通しており、調節ピンの外面輪郭は、貫通開口の範囲において調節ピンの運動範囲にわたって、軸方向で変化する外面輪郭を有している請求項3に記載の油圧搬送装置。
- 調節ピンの外面輪郭は貫通開口の方向に変化して、特に円すい状に先細になって若しくは円すい状に拡大している請求項4に記載の油圧搬送装置。
- 絞りは弁ピストン及び、該弁ピストンの支承のための孔内にプレスばめされたスリーブによって形成される請求項2から5までのいずれか1項に記載の油圧搬送装置。
- 調節ピンはばね受けに支えられており、このばね受け自体はばねエレメントの一方の端部に支えられており、ばねエレメントの他方の端部は、弁ピストンを支承している孔の底面に支えられている請求項4から6までのいずれか1項に記載の油圧搬送装置。
- 弁ピストンはばねエレメントの一方の端部に支えられ、かつばねエレメントの他方の端部は絞りに支えられている請求項3に記載の油圧搬送装置。
