Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a powdery cosmetic comprising an oil-containing powder composition in which an oil agent is coated with a fluorine compound-treated powder and a water-containing powder composition in which water is coated with a hydrophobized powder. . The oil-containing powder composition and the water-containing powder composition both relate to a powdery cosmetic that is liquefied when applied to the skin. More specifically, it excels in state changes (liquefaction) on the skin, has a smooth feeling without stickiness, has an excellent effect of making pores and wrinkles inconspicuous, and is subject to vibrations and shocks during transportation and carrying. Also relates to a powdery cosmetic that can maintain a powder state.
Powdery cosmetics are cosmetics with a powder as the main skeleton and a small amount of oil added as necessary. The continuous phase is air, and there is no oily stickiness and excellent use feeling. It is a cosmetic agent type. On the other hand, powdery cosmetics have the disadvantage of being inferior in sustainability of the makeup effect when used as a powdery cosmetic or makeup cosmetics. For this reason, attempts have been made to increase the amount of oil to be added in order to reduce the powderiness and increase the sustainability of the makeup effect without impairing the smooth feeling of use of the powdery cosmetic. However, simply increasing the amount of oil added to the powder causes the oil and powder to be kneaded, resulting in a cosmetic (so-called oily cosmetic) in which the continuous phase becomes oil, maintaining the powder state. It was difficult.
In addition, when the amount of oil added to the powder cosmetic is gradually increased, the composition of the oil and powder becomes an intermediate region between the oil cosmetic and the solid powder cosmetic, and the quality in terms of moldability is improved. It becomes difficult to ensure. In addition, the cosmetics having the composition in this region cannot easily maintain the uniformity of the decorative film because the powder easily falls into the pores. However, various technologies have been developed for cosmetics having compositions in this region based on the technical prediction that cosmetics having excellent qualities of both oily cosmetics and solid powder cosmetics can be obtained.
However, in the technique described in Patent Document 1, since a large amount of water is contained, there is a case where the feeling of smooth use is impaired although there is freshness. And in the technique of the said literature 2, since the surfactant for preparing a water-in-oil type emulsion composition contains, it is difficult to pulverize oil agent and water stably, and at the time of transportation and carrying Sometimes the powder state could not be maintained when subjected to vibration or impact.
For this reason, it excels in state changes (liquefaction) on the skin, has a smooth feel without stickiness, has an excellent effect of making pores and wrinkles inconspicuous, and even when subjected to vibration or impact during transportation or carrying Development of a powdery cosmetic that can maintain the state has been desired.
In view of such circumstances, the present inventors have conducted intensive studies, and as a result, separately contained an oil-containing powder composition in which an oil agent was coated with a fluorine compound-treated powder and a water-containing powder composition in which water was coated with a hydrophobized powder. It was found that by preparing and blending both in combination, a powdery cosmetic material that solves the above problems can be obtained, and the present invention has been completed.

For example, the fluorine compound, dimethylpolysiloxane, methyl used for the component (a) Silicone compounds such as hydrodiene polysiloxane, trimethylsiloxysilicic acid, metal soaps such as zinc laurate, amino acid derivatives such as N-long chain acylamino acids, oils such as higher fatty acids, higher alcohols, oils and fats, ester oils, waxes, etc. 1 type, or 2 or more types can be used. Among these, a powder treated with a fluorine compound is preferable because it stably retains water.
In the hydrophobized powder used for component (b), any method may be used for treating the powder as long as it is a generally known method. As is apparent from the results in Table 1, the powdery foundations of Examples 1 to 5, which are the products of the present invention, are a) a liquefied state at the time of coating, b) a smooth feeling of use, and c) no stickiness. It was a powdery cosmetic material excellent in all items of (1) difficulty in conspicuous pores, (e) uniformity of cosmetic film, and (f) impact resistance. On the other hand, the powdery foundation of Comparative Example 1 which attempted to prepare an oil-containing powder composition using an untreated powder instead of a fluorine compound-treated powder was not coated with oil, so that it was liquid during coating. The liquefied state (the oil-containing powder composition was not prepared) and the impact resistance were inferior. Moreover, the powdery foundation of Comparative Example 2 containing no water was inferior in stickiness and uniformity of the decorative film. And the powder-form foundation of the comparative example 3 which does not contain oil did not feel smooth usability.
