Abstract
【解決手段】クラッチと、入力軸と出力軸とシンクロメッシュ機構をもつ複数の前進変速段と後進用ギヤをもつ後進変速段とを有する変速機と、入力軸回転数センサと、制御手段と、を備えた自動変速機の自動変速制御装置であって、該後進変速段が選択されたときに該クラッチを切りいずれかの該前進変速段の該シンクロメッシュ機構を一時的に摩擦係合させて該出力軸から該入力軸を駆動する暫定係合を行う暫定係合手段と、該暫定係合時に該入力軸回転数センサの検出結果から求めた車速が規定値を超過している場合には、該後進変速段への切替動作を禁止する後進判定手段と、を備えることを特徴とする自動変速制御装置。

Claims (4)
- 駆動源の駆動力を断続するクラッチと、
該クラッチの出力側と一体的に回転して入力回転を伝達する入力軸と、出力回転を伝達する出力軸と、変速動作の始めは摩擦係合して同期した後に変速ギアが噛み合い所定の変速比を達成するシンクロメッシュ機構をもつ複数の前進変速段と、後進用ギヤをもつ後進変速段と、を有する変速機と、
該入力軸の回転数を検出する入力軸回転数センサと、
該入力軸回転数センサの検出結果を取り込み、該クラッチの断続及び該変速機の係合動作を制御する制御手段と、
を備えた自動変速機の自動変速制御装置であって、
該後進変速段が選択されたときに該クラッチを切りいずれかの該前進変速段の該シンクロメッシュ機構を一時的に摩擦係合させて該出力軸から該入力軸を駆動する暫定係合を行う暫定係合手段と、
該暫定係合時に該入力軸回転数センサの検出結果から求めた車速が規定値を超過している場合には、該後進変速段への切替動作を禁止する後進判定手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする自動変速制御装置。 - 前記暫定係合手段は、前記後進変速段が選択されたときに、第1速変速段の前記シンクロメッシュ機構を前記暫定係合させる請求項1に記載の自動変速制御装置。
- 前記暫定係合手段は、前記後進判定手段により前記後進変速段への切替動作が禁止されている間、前記暫定係合を繰り返して行う請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の自動変速制御装置。
- 前記後進判定手段は、前記後進変速段が選択されたときに、車速センサで検出している車速と該車速センサの検出下限とを比較し、該車速が該検出下限よりも大きい場合には該後進変速段への切替動作を禁止し、該車速が該検出下限よりも小さい場合には前記暫定係合手段を動作させる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の自動変速制御装置。
