前記スペース部において前記天端面に形成された開口凹部に上端雄ネジ部を配設した状態で、前記コンクリート基礎に埋設固定される主アンカーボルトと、
前記土台の下面に配置されるプレート部材から下端雄ネジ部を下方に突出させた状態で当該プレート部材に下端部分が固定されると共に、前記土台を上下に貫通して上端部が前記土台の上面部に固定される副アンカーボルトと、
逆ネジとなった上方雌ネジ及び下方雌ネジを備え、前記主アンカーボルトの上端雄ネジ部と前記副アンカーボルトの下端雄ネジ部とが同時に螺合されるスリーブ状ナット部材とからなり、
前記スペース部における前記天端面と前記土台との間の隙間には、前記スリーブ状ナット部材の上端部分が前記開口凹部から突出して配置され、該上端部分の回転係止部に回転部材を係止して前記スリーブ状ナット部材を回転操作することにより、前記土台の上下の高さ調整を行うアンカーボルトによる土台取付け構造。
