Abstract
【解決手段】 物体が所定の視野内を移動している間に打ち出し監視装置で測定した打ち出し条件に基づいて物体の軌道を計算する方法において、電子シャッターからなるカメラユニットを使用して、物体が所定の視野内にある間に、物体の少なくとも1つのイメージを撮影する段階と、少なくとも1つのイメージから、所定の視野内にある物体の位置及び配向を決定する段階と、物体の位置及び配向から物体の打ち出し条件を算出する段階と、算出した打ち出し条件から物体の軌道を算出する段階と、物体の軌道を表示する段階を備える物体の軌道を計算する方法。

Description
カメラ136(図6乃至図7に図示する如く)の11の定数、Di1(I=1、11)及びカメラ138(図6乃至図7に図示する如く)の11の定数、Di2(I=1、11)は、15の位置におけるX(I)、Y(I)、Z(I)及び2つのカメラの校正写真で測定した15のU1 j、V1 jの座標を知ることで解かれる。
ステップS133で、装置は、所定の範囲外の領域を有するイメージの明るい領域を削除する。従って、大きすぎる、または、小さすぎる領域は、排除される。好適な実施例では、ゴルフボール上のドットは、約0.635cm乃至0.3175cm(1/4インチ乃至1/8インチ)であり、カメラは753×244個の画素を有して、ドットがイメージ中に約105個の画素から成る領域を持つようにされる。しかしながら、クラブヘッド及びその他の物体からのグレアを含んだ正反射によるグレアにより各イメージにおいて追加の明るい領域が現れることがる。従って、領域の画素が105個より大幅に少ないまたは多い場合には、それらはゴルフボールのマーカーであるはずはないとして装置は、斯かる領域を無視することができる。
Claims (11)
- 物体の軌道を計算する方法であって、
前記物体が所定の視野内を移動している間に打ち出し監視装置で測定した打ち出し条件に基づいて物体の軌道を計算する方法において、
電子シャッターからなるカメラユニットを使用して、前記物体が前記所定の視野内にある間に、前記物体の少なくとも1つのイメージを撮影する段階と、
前記少なくとも1つのイメージから、前記所定の視野内にある前記物体の位置及び配向を決定する段階と、
前記物体の前記位置及び配向から前記物体の打ち出し条件を算出する段階と、
前記算出した打ち出し条件から前記物体の軌道を算出する段階と、
前記物体の軌道を表示する段階とを備える物体の軌道を計算する方法。 - 請求項1の方法であって、更に、環境条件をコンピュータに入力する段階と、
前記物体の軌道を表示する前に、前記環境条件を前記軌道の算出に組み入れる段階とを備える方法。 - 請求項1又は2の方法であって、前記軌道を算出する段階が、更に、前記物体の1組の所定の揚力係数及び抗力係数を使用することを備える方法。
- 請求項1又は2の方法であって、前記物体の少なくとも1つのイメージを撮影する段階が、
飛行路に沿って前記物体を監視する段階と、
前記物体の動きに応答して前記打ち出し監視装置に信号を送信する段階と、
前記送信された信号に応答して前記電子シャッターを起動させて、前記送信された信号に応答して少なくとも1つのイメージを撮影する段階とを備える方法。 - 請求項1の方法であって、少なくとも1つのイメージを撮影する段階が、更に、
前記物体の前記少なくとも1つのイメージを撮影した後で、所定の時間間隔を待つ段階と、
前記所定の時間間隔の後で、前記電子シャッターを2度目に起動する段階と、
少なくとも1つの追加のイメージを撮影する段階とを備える方法。 - 請求項1又は5の方法であって、
前記カメラユニットが第1のカメラと第2のカメラとを備え、
少なくとも1つのイメージを撮影する段階が、前記所定の視野へ向けて指定された2つの異なるカメラである第1のカメラと第2のカメラによって同時に撮影され、前記第1のカメラと第2のカメラが、所定の視野に向いた異なる配向を有している方法。 - 請求項5又は6の方法であって、前記所定の時間間隔が、プログラム自在である方法。
- 請求項5又は6の方法であって、更に、打ち出し条件を決定する段階を備え、前記打ち出し条件が、回転スピン軸線、速度、打ち出し角度または方位角の少なくとも1つを含んでいる方法。
- 請求項1の方法であって、更に、物体の種類を前記コンピュータに入力する段階を備える方法。
- 請求項8の方法であって、
前記物体が所定の揚力係数及び抗力係数を備えるゴルフボールであり、
軌道を算出する手段が、更に、所定の揚力係数及び抗力係数を使用する段階を備える方法。 - 請求項1の方法であって、
前記少なくとも1つのイメージから、前記所定の視野内にある前記物体の位置及び配向を決定する段階が、
前記少なくとも1つのイメージに複数の明るい領域を配置する段階と、
前記複数の明るい領域から物体の位置を決定する段階とを備える方法。
