Abstract
【解決手段】主走査方向Xに配列され、かつ副走査方向Yにそれぞれ間隔を隔てて設けられた有機EL素子からなる複数ずつの発光部421R,421G,421Bを有しており、感光記録媒体Fを露光するための有機ELパネルA1と、有機ELパネルA1と感光記録媒体Fとを副走査方向Yに相対移動させるとともに、発光部421R,421G,421Bが1ピッチ分相対移動する1ピッチ送り時間TPの範囲内で発光部421R,421G,421B毎に割当て時間TR,TG,TBを設定し、発光部421R,421G,421Bを割当て時間TR,TG,TBに対応して発光駆動させる駆動制御手段と、を備えている有機ELプリンタAであって、1ピッチ送り時間TPのうち、各割当て時間TR,TG,TBのいずれもが設定されていない非発光時間TNを有する。

Claims (3)
- 主走査方向に配列され、かつ副走査方向にそれぞれ間隔を隔てて設けられた有機EL素子からなる複数ずつの赤色、緑色および青色発光部を有しており、感光記録媒体を露光するための有機ELパネルと、
上記有機ELパネルと上記感光記録媒体とを副走査方向に相対移動させるとともに、この相対移動によって発光部が1ピッチ分副走査方向に相対移動するのに要する1ピッチ送り時間の範囲内で上記複数の赤色、緑色および青色の発光部毎に割当て時間を設定し、上記複数ずつの赤色、緑色および青色の発光部を上記割当て時間に対応して切り換えて発光駆動させる駆動制御手段と、
を備えている有機ELプリンタであって、
上記1ピッチ送り時間のうち、上記各割当て時間のいずれもが設定されていない非発光時間を有することを特徴とする、有機ELプリンタ。 - 上記駆動制御手段は、上記複数ずつの赤色、緑色および青色の発光部のうち、発光効率が最小のものに対する割当て時間を最大とし、発光効率が最大のものに対する割当て時間を最小とする、請求項1に記載の有機ELプリンタ。
- 上記1ピッチ送り時間に含まれるすべての割当て時間は、連続して設定されている、請求項1または2に記載の有機ELプリンタ。
