The conventional assembly structure is also described in the following patent document.
JP 2001-174292 A

However, the above-described conventional assembly structure has the following problems. First, in the conventional assembly structure, since each member is fastened by engagement of a plurality of sets of claw portions and claw receiving portions, misalignment between the two tends to occur. In addition, since each member tends to be thin, warping and deformation are likely to occur, and a positional deviation between the two is likely to occur. Further, in the conventional assembly structure, since the claw portion and the claw receiving portion are provided on the outer wall of each member, the protrusion from the member surface to the outside occurs. For this reason, it is difficult to obtain sufficient dimensional accuracy, and the fastening force is also reduced. Furthermore, since it is necessary to provide protrusions such as claws on each member, the moldability is not good.

Therefore, in view of the above-described present situation, the present invention has an object to provide an assembly structure in which sufficient dimensional accuracy is obtained, fastening force is increased, and moldability is improved, and an on-vehicle instrument using the assembly structure. .

The assembly structure according to claim 1, which has been made to solve the above problem, is an assembly structure of a box-shaped case member and a thin plate-shaped cover member, and is slightly spaced from the inner wall of the case member. And a flexible claw portion projecting so that the tip claw is inward, and a convex cross section projecting inwardly from both lateral portions of the claw portion of the inner wall of the case member. At both lateral portions, a pair of guide grooves having a concave cross section provided so as to correspond to the pair of guide ribs are aligned and fitted together, and slightly spaced from the inner side wall of the case member, the tip claw The claw portion having flexibility so as to project inward is locked to a claw receiving portion formed by digging into a concave section by a predetermined depth from the surface of the cover member.

The assembly structure according to claim 2, which has been made to solve the above-described problem, is the assembly structure according to claim 1, wherein the predetermined depth is equal to or greater than a height of the tip claw. .

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the depth of the claw receiving portion is not less than the height of the tip claw of the claw portion, it is possible to suppress the protrusion in the height direction after assembly.

The vehicle-mounted instrument of Claim 3 made | formed in order to solve the said subject is a vehicle-mounted instrument using the assembly | attachment structure of Claim 1 or Claim 2, Comprising: The said nail | claw part and the said pair of guide rib are the said A plurality of sets are provided so as to face the inner side wall of the case member, and the claw receiving portions and the pair of guide grooves are also provided in each part of the cover member corresponding to the plurality of sets of the claw portions and the pair of guide ribs. A plurality of sets are provided.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, a plurality of sets of claw portions and a pair of guide ribs are provided so as to face the inner wall of the case member, and a plurality of sets of claw portions and a pair of guide grooves are also provided. Since a plurality of sets are provided so as to correspond to the pair of guide ribs, it is possible to obtain an in-vehicle instrument with good assemblability and dimensional accuracy.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the case member and the cover member can be assembled easily and reliably by the pair of guide ribs, the pair of guide grooves, the claw portion, and the claw receiving portion. Further, after the assembly, the case member and the cover member are stably fastened by the engagement of the claw portion and the claw receiving portion, and the lateral displacement is caused by the fitting of the pair of guide ribs and the pair of guide grooves. Is prevented. Furthermore, since it is less affected by the warp of the thin plate-like cover member, sufficient dimensional accuracy can be obtained. Furthermore, since the projection is eliminated from the cover member, the moldability is also improved.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the depth of the claw receiving portion is not less than the height of the tip claw of the claw portion, it is possible to suppress the protrusion in the height direction after assembly. Moreover, since the nail | claw part once engaged is hard to remove | deviate, a case member and a cover member are fastened more stably.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partial perspective view showing a state before the main body case and the back cover are assembled for explaining one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a partial perspective view showing a state after assembling the main body case and the back cover for explaining one embodiment of the present invention.

For example, as shown in FIG. 1, an in-vehicle instrument including the assembly structure includes a main body case 1 as a case member and a back cover 2 as a cover member. The main body case 1 is made of, for example, a box-shaped resin, and accommodates a substrate (not shown) and electronic circuits such as a movement and an IC mounted on the substrate. Moreover, the back cover 2 is made of, for example, a thin plate-like resin and is attached to the back side of the main body case 1 to protect the back surface of the vehicle-mounted instrument. In addition, although this kind of vehicle-mounted instrument also includes a dial plate, a look-back, a front glass, etc. as members other than these, they are omitted because they are not necessary for understanding the gist of the present invention.

Both the outer side surface and the inner side surface of the main body case 1 are basically flat, but a pair of guide ribs 12 and 13 and a claw portion 11 are provided in some places slightly spaced from the inner side surface or the inner side surface. . Specifically, the claw portion 11 is provided so as to protrude slightly from the inner wall of the main body case 1 so that the tip claw 11a faces inward. The nail | claw part 11 makes the bottom face (not shown) of the main body case 1 a base end, and is a piece which has flexibility. The claw portion 11 is slightly separated from the inner wall of the main body case 1 by a distance necessary to make use of this flexibility. The tip claw 11a has a predetermined height H1 (see FIG. 2), and the tip is a small flat surface.

The pair of guide ribs 12, 13 are provided so as to protrude inward from both lateral portions of the claw portion 11 on the inner side wall of the main body case 1. The guide ribs 12 and 13 have the same shape, and are rectangular when viewed from the side, and the cross section is a convex prism. Although not shown, the claw portion 11 and the pair of guide ribs 12 and 13 are provided in a plurality of sets, for example, so as to face the inner wall of the main body case 1.

On the other hand, the claw receiving portion 21 is formed in a portion of the back cover 2 corresponding to the claw portion 11 by digging into a concave section by a predetermined depth from the surface of the back cover 2. The depth H2 is not less than the height H1 of the tip claw 11a (see FIG. 2). In addition, the portion 21 a of the nail receiving portion 21 that faces the nail portion 11 is slightly retracted inward, considering the arrangement of the nail portion 11. That is, the claw receiving part 21 has a shape like a sofa. The claw receiving portion 21 is engaged with the tip claw 11 a of the claw portion 11.

The pair of guide grooves 22 and 23 are provided so as to correspond to the pair of guide ribs 12 and 13 at both lateral portions of the claw receiving portion 21 on the back surface of the back cover 2. The cross sections of the guide grooves 22 and 23 are formed in a concave shape corresponding to the guide ribs 12 and 13 having a convex cross section. Although not shown, a plurality of sets of the claw receiving portion 21 and the pair of guide grooves 22 and 23 are provided in each part of the back cover 2 corresponding to the plurality of sets of claw portions 11 and the pair of guide ribs 12 and 13.

In such a structure, when the main body case 1 and the back cover 2 are assembled, the guide ribs 12 and 13 of the main body case 1 and the guide grooves 22 and 23 of the back cover 2 are positioned as shown by solid arrows in FIG. The nail | claw part 11 (tip nail | claw 11a) and the nail | claw receiving part 21 are engaged using the flexibility of the nail | claw part 11, fitting both together. Similarly, the plurality of claws 11, guide ribs 12 and 13, claw receiving portions 21, and guide grooves 22 and 23 are fitted and engaged.

When such assembling work is completed, the state shown in FIG. 2 is stabilized. Supplementally, a plurality of sets of claw portions 11 and guide ribs 12 and 13 are provided so as to face each other, and a plurality of sets of claw receiving portions 21 and guide grooves 22 and 23 are provided correspondingly. Due to the fitting and engagement, the assembled state is stabilized as shown in FIG.

As described above, since the claw portion 11 and the claw receiving portion 21 are engaged while positioning using the guide ribs 12 and 13 and the guide grooves 22 and 23, the main body case 1 and the back cover 2 Can be assembled.

In addition, after the assembly, the main body case 1 and the back cover 2 are stably fastened by the engagement between the claw portion 11 and the claw receiving portion 21, and the pair of guide ribs 12, 13 and the pair of guide grooves 22, 23 Due to the fitting, lateral displacement as shown by the dotted arrow in FIG. 1 is also prevented. Moreover, since it is less influenced by the curvature of the thin plate-like back cover 2, sufficient dimensional accuracy can be obtained.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, since the depth H2 of the claw receiving portion 21 is equal to or higher than the height H1 of the tip claw 11a of the claw portion 11, the claw receiving portion 21 jumps out in the height direction (of the claw portion 11). Jumping out from the surface of the back cover 2) can be suppressed. Moreover, since the nail | claw part 11 once engaged is hard to remove | deviate, a case member and a cover member are fastened more stably.

Furthermore, since there are no protrusions on the back cover 2, the moldability is improved.

As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, positioning is simple, sufficient dimensional accuracy is obtained, fastening force is increased, and formability can be improved. Such an assembly structure is particularly useful when applied to an on-vehicle instrument that requires assembly of various members to the main body case.

In the above embodiment, the back cover is exemplified as the cover member. However, the cover member of the present invention is not limited to the back cover, and may be any other member as long as it is a thin plate member assembled to the box-shaped case member. It may be a thing.

It is a fragmentary perspective view which shows the state before the assembly | attachment of a main body case and a back cover for describing one Embodiment of this invention. It is a fragmentary perspective view which shows the state after the assembly | attachment of the main body case and the back cover for describing one Embodiment of this invention. It is a partial exploded perspective view which shows an example of this kind of conventional assembly structure. It is a partial exploded perspective view showing other examples of this kind of conventional assembly structure.
