Description

The present invention relates to an air purifying filter having a three-layer structure of a dust collection filter, a deodorizing filter, and an antibacterial filter, and an air treatment apparatus including the same.

In recent years, air processing apparatuses such as so-called air conditioners (coolers, heaters, air conditioners, etc.) and air purifiers are provided with an air purifying filter having a three-layer structure of a dust collecting filter, a deodorizing filter, and an antibacterial filter. is there.
Such an air purifying filter is provided with a frame-like or lattice-like skeleton member that supports each of the dust collecting, deodorizing and antibacterial filters, and each of the filters is bonded with an adhesive, or each of them. The filter is housed in another housing frame, and is configured as an integral assembly.
For example, in Patent Documents 1 to 3, a dust collection filter, a deodorizing filter, and an antibacterial filter are bonded together with an adhesive in a state where they are overlapped, and thus are integrally configured. As a result, the air cleaning filter can be handled as a single unit, so that it can be easily attached to the air treatment device.
On the other hand, in recent years, there has been a strong demand for recycling of components that make up electrical appliances, and air purification filters are no exception.
JP 2002-95914 A JP 2002-95915 A JP 2002-95916 A

However, as shown in Patent Documents 1 to 3, a conventional air cleaning filter in which dust collecting, deodorizing and antibacterial filters are bonded and integrated has a large number of bonded parts. There was a problem that it was difficult to collect. In addition, when a separate storage frame for storing each filter is provided, the storage frame becomes a new waste (the number of parts increases), which is not preferable from the viewpoint of recyclability.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its object is to integrate dust collection, deodorization, and antibacterial filters with a configuration that facilitates their separation and collection while suppressing the number of parts. Another object of the present invention is to provide an air purifying filter and an air treatment apparatus including the same.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a frame around a plurality of filters when a plurality of filters are arranged in the air passing direction to form an air purification filter having a multi-layer structure. The filter located on each of the inlet side and the outlet side with respect to the air passage direction is attached to the frame body so as to block each of the inlet side and the outlet side of the frame body with respect to the air passage direction. It is what you have.
As a result, each of the plurality of filters can be separated by simply removing the filter attached to either the inlet side or the outlet side with respect to the air passage direction from the frame body, so that separation and collection are facilitated.
More specifically, for example, when the plurality of filters include a dust collection filter, a deodorization filter, and an antibacterial filter, the frame body is disposed around one side of the dust collection filter ( For example, a state in which the deodorizing filter is housed in the frame body on the back side of the dust collection filter provided to protrude from the downstream side of the air passage direction) at a height equal to or greater than the thickness of the deodorization filter. It is conceivable that the antibacterial filter is attached to the frame so as to close the housing portion.
As a result, the dust collection, deodorization and antibacterial filters can be separated simply by removing the antibacterial filter from the frame, so that they can be separated and collected easily. In addition, the number of parts is not particularly increased by simply extending the depth (height from the back) of the frame provided around the dust collection filter by the thickness (depth) of the deodorizing filter.
Further, since the deodorizing filter is surrounded (contained) by the dust collection filter, the frame, and the antibacterial filter, powder particles such as carbon carried on the deodorizing filter are scattered. Nor.
Here, as an attachment structure of the antibacterial filter to the frame, a configuration in which an edge of the antibacterial filter is bonded to the frame by an adhesive or the like can be considered.
Further, as a specific configuration of each filter, for example, an electrostatic filter in which a sheet-like filter medium is pleated is used as the dust collecting filter, and the deodorizing filter is made of a foam member carrying a carbon component. It is conceivable to use a non-woven fabric having antibacterial properties as the antibacterial filter. Similarly, it is possible to use a nonwoven fabric as the frame. Further, if the frame body and the dust collecting filter are made of the same kind of material, it is preferable that they need not be separated (disassembled). Of course, if the edge of the dust collecting filter is bonded to the frame with an adhesive or the like, it is easy to peel off and separate (disassemble) the bonded portion even if their materials are different. It is.
The air purification filter as described above is provided in an air treatment device that discharges inhaled air after passing the air purification filter from the dust collection filter side.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an air purifying filter in which dust collecting, deodorizing, and antibacterial filters are integrated with a configuration that facilitates their separation and collection, and an air treatment device including the same, while suppressing the number of parts. It becomes possible.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the present invention can be understood. The following embodiment is an example embodying the present invention, and does not limit the technical scope of the present invention.
1 is a three-side view and a partially enlarged view of an air purification filter X according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the air purification filter X, and FIG. 3 is an air treatment device Y provided with the air purification filter X. FIG. 4 is a sectional view of the air treatment device Y.

First, the air purifying filter X according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the three views and the partially enlarged view of FIG. 1A is a front view of the air purification filter X, FIG. 1B is the same plan view, FIG. 1C is the same side view (partially sectional view), and FIG. It is the figure which expanded a part of sectional drawing.
As shown in FIG. 1, the air purification filter X has a three-layer structure in which a dust collection filter 2, a deodorizing filter 3, and an antibacterial filter 4 (also referred to as an antibacterial filter) are overlapped.
The dust collection filter 2 for removing fine dust in the air is an electrostatic air filter (Elitolon) having a structure in which a sheet-like non-woven filter medium made of charged fibers is folded in pleats (FIG. 1 (c)). This electrostatic air filter is an application of polymer electret, which collects fine particles in the atmosphere by the electrostatic force of the filter, and is suitable for collecting submicron fine particles in the atmosphere. As the material, a polymer dielectric that is permanently charged is used, and its electrostatic force is maintained permanently.
The dust collection filter 2 is hot-melt bonded on the front surface 2a side in order to maintain the pitch shape of the pleated dust collection filter 2. In FIG. 1, a portion 6 formed in a lattice shape is a hot melt bonded portion formed by a hardened hot melt adhesive. By having such a pleated fold structure, a large surface area of the dust collection filter 2 is secured and the dust collection performance is improved while suppressing the air passage resistance (pressure loss).
Further, a frame body 5 made of a nonwoven fabric or the like is provided around the dust collection filter 2 in order to maintain the shape of the pleated folded nonwoven fabric filter medium.
The dust collecting filter 2 is held in a pleated state by the hot melt adhesive portion 6 and the frame body 5.
Further, the frame 5 is provided with handle portions 7 made of a strip-like thin non-woven fabric at a plurality of locations (two locations in FIG. 1), and handling of the air cleaning filter X, for example, the air cleaning filter X It has a configuration that can be easily pulled out of an air treatment apparatus in which it is incorporated. Here, since the handle portion 7 is made of the same material as the dust collection filter 2, it is not necessary to disassemble (separate) it at the time of disposal.

The frame body 5 is made of a nonwoven fabric or paper material made of plant fibers such as pulp, synthetic fibers such as nylon, and the like, and is deodorized from the back surface 2b of the dust collection filter 2 around the dust collection filter 2. The filter 3 protrudes at a height equal to or greater than the thickness D (depth dimension) of the filter 3. That is, the frame 5 is formed in a bowl shape surrounding the dust collection filter 2 on the back surface 2 b of the dust collection filter 2. The frame body 5 is bonded to an end (edge) around the dust collection filter 2 with an adhesive or the like.
Here, the frame body 5 and the dust collection filter 2 are formed by using a dust collection filter material (an example of the same kind of material) having the same or different grade as the dust collection filter 2 as the material of the frame body 5. There is no need for separation (decomposition), which is preferable. Of course, even if the material of the frame 5 is different from the material of the dust collection filter 2 (for example, paper), it is only adhered to the end face of the dust collection filter 2. Fractionation (decomposition) is easy.
The deodorizing filter 3 for removing the odor of air is made of a foamed member carrying a carbon component, and is housed in the frame 5 on the back surface 2b side of the dust collecting filter 2.
Further, the antibacterial filter 4 for removing fungi in the air and the like is to close the housing portion in a state where the deodorizing filter 3 is housed in the frame body 5 on the back surface 2b side of the dust collection filter 2. It is attached to the frame 5. Here, the edge portion 4a of the antibacterial filter 4 is attached to the frame body 5 by being bonded with an adhesive. In addition, it is also possible to adopt other attachment forms such as a staple stop.
The antibacterial filter 4 is made of a non-woven fabric that has been subjected to antibacterial treatment (having antibacterial properties), and its edge 4a is adhered to the frame 5 so that a planar shape is maintained. In addition, as the antibacterial filter 4, it is also conceivable to use a fine net-like filter.
Further, the deodorizing filter 3 is also sandwiched between the dust collection filter 2 and the antibacterial filter 4, and the periphery thereof is surrounded by the frame body 5, thereby maintaining a planar shape.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view (partially, perspective view) of the air purification filter X shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, the white arrow represents the air passing direction with respect to the air cleaning filter X.

With the structure described above, the air cleaning filter X is configured as an assembly of dust collecting, deodorizing and antibacterial filters 2, 3 and 4, and is easy to handle such as assembling to an air treatment device. is there. Further, the dust collection, deodorization, and antibacterial filters 2, 3, and 4 can be separated by simply removing the antibacterial filter 4 from the frame body 5, so that they can be easily separated and collected. Furthermore, since the frame body 5 and the dust collection filter 2 can be easily separated by the structure in which the dust collection filter 2 is held on the frame body 5 by the locking portion 7, the separability is further improved. Moreover, the depth of the frame (height from the back surface 2b) conventionally provided around the dust collecting filter 2 is only increased by the thickness D (depth dimension) of the deodorizing filter 3, and the number of parts is particularly large. Will not increase.
Further, since the deodorizing filter 3 is surrounded (contained) by the dust collection filter 2, the frame body 5 and the antibacterial filter 4, a powder of carbon or the like carried on the deodorizing filter 3. Particles are not scattered.
Further, since the filters 2, 3, and 4 are not bonded by a hot-melt bonding portion or the like that has air resistance on their air passage surfaces, an air purifying filter having low air resistance can be configured. Thereby, the rated capacity and power consumption of the blower for allowing air to pass through the air purification filter X can be suppressed.

Next, the air treatment device Y in which the air purifying filter X is incorporated will be described using a perspective view (partially perspective view) shown in FIG. 3 and a sectional view shown in FIG.
The air treatment device Y is an air conditioner that purifies air sucked from the room in which the device Y is installed by passing it through the air purification filter X, and cools or raises the temperature of the air (returns it to the room). (An example of an air treatment device).
The air treatment device Y removes fine dust, odors, fungi, etc. in the air, a blower 13 that forcibly sucks and discharges air, a pre-air filter 15 that removes large dust and dust in the air And the heat exchanger 16 that cools or raises the temperature of the air or adjusts the humidity of the air.
In the air treatment device Y, the air sucked from the suction port 14 through the pre-air filter 15 by the blower 13 passes through the air purification filter X, and further passes through the heat exchanger 16, and then is blown out from the blower outlet. 17 is discharged outside the apparatus. The air sucked (inhaled) through the pre-air filter 15 passes through the air cleaning filter X from the dust collection filter 2 side (lower side in FIG. 4) and is then discharged through the air outlet 17.
This removes (filters) dust, odors, fungi, and the like in the air in the room where the air treatment device Y is installed, and adjusts the temperature and humidity of the air.

The present invention can be used for an air purification filter used in an air treatment device.
