Description

Claims (7)
- インジウム、タリウム及び/又は銅のハロゲン化物並びにバッファガスとして不活性の封入ガスを含むガス放電容器を備え、更に、電極及び低圧ガス放電の生成維持手段を備える低圧ガス放電ランプであって、ABO3若しくはAnBO2+n、AnC2O5+n又はAnD2O3+nの群から選択される化合物が、電子エミッタ物質として使用され、ここで、
A=アルカリ土類元素又は幾つかの異なるアルカリ土類元素の混合物、
B=セリウム、チタン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム又はこれらの元素の混合物、
C=バナジウム、ニオブ、タンタル又はこれらの元素の混合物、
D=スカンジウム、イットリウム、ランタン、希土類元素又はこれらの元素の混合物であることを特徴とする低圧ガス放電ランプ。 - ABO3−ε、AnBO2+n−ε、AnC2O5+n−ε又はAnD2O3+n−εの群から選択される還元されたエミッタ物質が、前記電子エミッタ物質として使用され、ここで、εは0と1との間の小さい数を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低圧ガス放電ランプ。
- 前記バッファガスとして、ヘリウム、ネオン、アルゴン、クリプトン及び/又はキセノンの群から選択される不活性ガスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の低圧ガス放電ランプ。
- 前記ガス放電容器が、その内部及び/又は外部表面に蛍光コーティングを施されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の低圧ガス放電ランプ。
- 分子のハロゲン化インジウム、ハロゲン化タリウム又はハロゲン化銅が放電について容量性の動作を行うための結合構造体としての、請求項1に記載の前記電子エミッタ物質の使用。
- タングステン電極におけるエミッタとしての、請求項1に記載の前記電子エミッタ物質の使用。
- 添加物によって導電性にされた電極材料としての、請求項1に記載の前記電子エミッタ物質の使用。
