Description

The present invention relates to a mist shower device, and more particularly to a mist shower device having a mist nozzle in a bathtub.

As a conventional mist shower device, as shown in FIG. 4, a bathtub body 31, a bathtub lid 40 that is placed on the bathtub body 31 and forms the sauna space S in cooperation with the bathtub body 31, and the bathtub body 31. A circulation port 32 attached to the bathtub body, a mist blowing port 33 for blowing out mist formed in the bathtub body 31, a hot water supply device 34 having a memorial function, and a first outgoing pipe 35 for supplying hot water from the hot water supply device 34 to the circulation port 32. A return pipe 37 that sends hot water from the circulation port 32 to the water heater 34, a three-way valve 38 disposed on the first outgoing pipe 35, and a second outgoing pipe 36 extending from the three-way valve 38 to the mist outlet 33. What you have is known.

In such a mist shower apparatus, even if the inside of the water supply pipe for supplying water to the water heater 34 becomes negative pressure due to water cut or the like, the hot water in the bathtub body 31 does not go through the outgoing pipe 35 from the mist outlet 33. Moreover, although the mist that has been turned into hot water drops adheres to the mist outlet 33, the back surface of the bathtub lid 40, and the like, and drops onto the bathtub body 31, the hot water in the bathtub body 31 is circulated to generate mist, so that the sauna is used for a long time. Even if bathing is performed, there is no increase in the water level associated with an increase in the amount of hot water in the bathtub main body 31, and there is no need to drain the hot water in the bathtub main body 31.

It has the notification means to do.

According to the mist shower device according to claim 1 of the present invention, the switching control device can switch to the mist mode only when the measured value in the temperature measuring means is within a certain temperature range determined in advance by the storage unit. The hot water supplied from the water heater does not switch to the mist mode until the temperature is suitable for the mist shower, and the hot water supplied from the water heater is usually suitable for the mist shower quickly. Therefore, the bather can quickly take a mist shower without storing hot water in the bathtub.

According to the mist shower apparatus according to claim 2 of the present invention, in addition to the effect of claim 2, when the measured value in the thermometer side means is within a predetermined temperature range determined in advance by the storage unit, Since there is a notification means for notifying the user that the shower bath is possible, the bather can quickly recognize the usable time and can prevent unnecessary waiting time.

It is. As shown in the figure, the mist shower apparatus in the present embodiment includes a mist nozzle 2 installed on the inner wall surface 1a of the bathtub 1 having a circulation port 1b and a discharge port 1c, and a water heater 3 having a cooking function. , A forward pipe 4 for discharging hot water heated by the water heater 3, a hot water pipe 5 for mist branched from the forward pipe 4 to send hot water to the mist nozzle 2, and hot water branched from the forward pipe 4 to the circulation port 1 b Hot water pipe 6 for bathing, a switching means 7 consisting of a three-way valve installed at a site branching from the forward pipe 4 to the hot water pipe 5 for mist and the hot water pipe 6 for bathing, and this switching means 7 are electrically connected The switching control device 8 for controlling the switching of the switching means 7, the temperature measuring means 9 for measuring the temperature of the hot water supplied from the water heater 3, and the temperature measuring means for measuring the temperature of the hot water supplied to the mist nozzle 2. 10 and hot water supply from the circulation port 1b And a return pipe 18 for sending hot water to 3.

The mist nozzle 2 ejects hot water sent from the water heater 3 in the form of a mist, and is installed in the vicinity of the upper end portion of the inner wall surface 1a on one short side of the bathtub 1. Moreover, the back surface 1d of the bather H is formed in the side wall of the other short side of the bathtub 1, and the mist nozzle 2 is mist below the chest of the bather H with the bather H leaning against the back surface 1d. It is installed to face.

The water heater 3 heats the water flowing in from the water distribution pipe or the like with the heat source device 13 and sends it to the outward pipe 4, and heats the hot water flowing in from the bathtub 1 with the heat source 14 and sends it to the outward pipe 4 The hot water supply circuit 11 and the additional cooking circuit 12 are joined together, and the forward pipe 4 is connected to the joining portion, and the three-way valve 16 is installed at the connecting portion, and the forward pipe 4 Is switched to communicate with either the hot water supply circuit 11 or the additional cooking circuit 12. The three-way valve 16 is electrically connected to the switching control device 8, and the switching control device 8 performs switching control of the three-way valve 16. That is, the hot water heater 3 can be switched by the switching control device 8 between a hot water supply mode in which the hot water supply circuit 11 communicates with the forward path pipe 4 and a circulation mode in which the additional cooking circuit 12 communicates with the forward path pipe 4. Note that a pump 15 for circulating hot water in the bathtub 1 is incorporated in the additional cooking circuit 12.

In the switching control device 8, the switching direction of the switching means 7, as shown in FIG. 5B, causes the hot water from the water heater 3 to flow into the mist hot water supply pipe 5 as a mist mode. The switching means 7 has a switching direction in which the hot water from the water heater 3 flows into the hot water pipe 6 for bathing as a hot water supply mode, and the switching means 7 consisting of a three-way valve is set in any mode. It can be controlled to be switchable.

The temperature measuring means 9 is installed in the vicinity of the circulation port 1b (in this embodiment, installed in the vicinity of the circulation port 1b and in the vicinity of the drain port 1c), and the temperature measuring means 10 is a hot water supply for mist. It is installed in the pipe 5. These temperature measuring means 9 and 10 are electrically connected to the switching control device 8, respectively, so that the measured values in the temperature measuring means 9 and 10 can be transmitted as electrical signals to the switching control device 8.

The switching control device 8 is provided with a storage unit (not shown) that can input and set a predetermined temperature as an upper limit temperature or a lower limit temperature. The switching control device 8 is measured by the temperature measuring means 9. The hot water supplied from the hot water heater 3 is set so as to be switched to the mist mode only when the temperature of the hot water is not less than the lower limit temperature set in the storage unit and not more than the upper limit temperature.

In the present embodiment, the lower limit temperature was set to 317 K (40 ° C.), and the upper limit temperature was set to 337 K (60 ° C.). That is, if the temperature of the hot water supplied from the water heater 3 is not 317 to 337 K, the switching means 7 is not switched to the mist mode, so that mist is not ejected from the mist nozzle 2. The lower limit temperature and the upper limit temperature are not limited to this, and can be changed as appropriate as long as the temperature is such that the bather H feels comfortable and the bather H does not burn. It is.

As described above, the hot water supplied from the water heater 3 is not switched to the mist mode until the hot water supplied to the temperature suitable for the mist shower (317 to 337 K in this embodiment) is supplied from the water heater 3. Since the hot water is usually quickly heated to a temperature suitable for a mist shower (317 to 337 K in this embodiment), the bather H can take a mist shower quickly without storing hot water in the bathtub. It becomes possible.

More specifically, in the place near the bathtub 1 on the bathroom wall surface, the switching control device 8 and the place on the bathroom wall surface within the reach of the bather H while bathing against the backrest surface 1d. A mist switch 19 and a notification means 20 that are electrically connected are provided. The mist switch 19 is an input device for switching to the mist mode, and the bather H can switch to the mist mode when the mist switch 19 is turned on.

When the hot water supplied from the water heater 3 reaches a temperature suitable for the mist shower, the notification means 20 notifies that the mist shower bath is possible. This notification can be performed by voice or character display, lighting of the lamp, or change of the lamp color to be lit. By providing such a notification means 20, the bather H can quickly recognize the usable time and can prevent unnecessary waiting time.

In addition, you may use this notification means 20 in order to notify a bather of danger, such as when hot hot water has accumulated in the bathtub 1. FIG.

When receiving the input signal from the mist switch 19, the switching control device 8 is set so that the three-way valve 16 of the water heater 3 is first in the hot water supply mode. The mist mode is used only when the temperature of the hot water supplied from the water heater 3 measured by the temperature measuring means 9 is equal to or higher than the lower limit temperature set by the storage unit of the switching control device 8 and equal to or lower than the upper limit temperature. It is set so that it can be switched to. Therefore, the hot water sent from the bathtub 1 does not flow out to the mist hot water supply pipe 5 and is ejected from the mist nozzle 2, which is preferable in terms of hygiene and the nozzle is included in the hot water of the bathtub 1. It is also possible to prevent clogging with foreign substances.

The temperature measuring means 10 measures the temperature of the hot water supplied to the mist nozzle 2, and controls the mixing ratio of hot water and the on / off of the heat source device 13 based on the measured value, so that the mist mode. Sometimes the bather can stably maintain the mist temperature set by H.

In addition, when performing normal bathing, the hot water supply mode as shown in FIG. 1A is set, and after a predetermined amount of hot water has been supplied, the mode is switched to the circulation mode as shown in FIG. Cooking is done.

In addition, when the space of the bathtub 1 is narrow, it is necessary to take a bath with the knee bent, but when taking a mist shower in this state, the hot water mist of the mist nozzle 2 is sprayed on the elbow from a close distance. There is a case. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), an installation table 22 on which a protective wall 21 is projected is installed at a predetermined position of the bathtub 1, and hot water mist is sprayed directly on the knee of the bather H. Can be prevented.

3 (a) and 3 (b), the mist nozzle 2 is installed on the upper end side in the vicinity of the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the inner wall surface on the long side of the bathtub 1, and the knee portion of the bather H It is possible to prevent hot water mist from being directly sprayed on.

It is a side view which shows the outline | summary of the mist shower apparatus in embodiment of this invention, (a) is at the time of hot water supply mode, (b) is at the time of mist mode, (c) shows at the time of additional cooking (circulation mode). . The outline at the time of providing a defense wall in a mist shower apparatus is shown, (a) is a top view, (b) is a longitudinal cross-sectional view. The outline at the time of installing a mist nozzle in the inner wall surface of the long side of a bathtub is shown, (a) is a top view, (b) is a longitudinal cross-sectional view. It is explanatory drawing which shows a prior art example.
