Abstract
【解決手段】カルコパイライト型太陽電池50は、粉粒状のマイカが樹脂で結合された集成マイカ基板52を有する。この集成マイカ基板52上には、第1電極16と、光吸収層18と、第2電極20とを有する積層体14が積層されており、集成マイカ基板52と積層体14との間には、平滑化層54とバインダ層56とが介装されている。平滑化層54は、好ましくはSiN又はSiO2からなり、一方、バインダ層56は、例えば、TiN又はTaNからなる。

Claims (4)
- 金属からなる第1電極と、前記第1電極上に形成されてP型半導体であるカルコパイライト化合物からなる光吸収層と、前記光吸収層上に形成されてN型半導体である第2電極との積層体を有するカルコパイライト型太陽電池であって、
前記積層体を保持する絶縁性基板にマイカが含まれ、
且つ前記絶縁性基板と前記積層体との間に、少なくともバインダとして機能するバインダ層が介装されていることを特徴とするカルコパイライト型太陽電池。 - 請求項1記載の太陽電池において、前記バインダ層がTiN又はTaNを含むとともに、0.5〜1μmの厚みに設定されていることを特徴とするカルコパイライト型太陽電池。
- 請求項1又は2記載の太陽電池において、前記絶縁性基板は、マイカと樹脂が混合された後に焼成された集成マイカであることを特徴とするカルコパイライト型太陽電池。
- 請求項3記載の太陽電池において、前記絶縁性基板と前記バインダ層との間に、SiN又はSiO2を含むとともに上端面の起伏が前記絶縁性基板の上端面の起伏に比して小さい平滑化層が設けられていることを特徴とするカルコパイライト型太陽電池。
