Description

The present invention relates to a ventilation heat insulating sheet for waterproofing a paint film applied to a roof or a rooftop.

Examples of waterproofing work to be performed on the roof or roof of a building include asphalt waterproofing, sheet waterproofing, and waterproofing of paint films. Asphalt waterproofing is a process in which heat-melted asphalt is formed as a waterproof layer, and sheet waterproofing is a process in which a waterproof sheet mainly composed of synthetic rubber or the like is attached and fixed by an appropriate fixing means.

Coating film waterproofing forms a waterproof layer by applying and curing a coating film waterproofing material mainly composed of a two-component curable resin, and is usually a process of substrate, primer coating, waterproof material coating, and top coating. After that, the construction is done. An example of the two-component curable resin is a polyurethane resin.

In recent years, in the above-described waterproofing construction of the coating film, there is a method of installing a thermal insulation foam material such as polyethylene foam between the substrate and the waterproof coating layer for the purpose of imparting heat insulation. However, if heat-insulating foam is applied directly, there is a risk of blistering due to water vapor generated from the substrate. It is necessary to paste the material. When this construction method is used, it takes time because a number of layers of sheet affixing work are required, and if there is rain in the middle of the process, water will soak into the nonwoven fabric and the like, so a temporary waterproof curing is required.
For this reason, a heat insulating sheet having a composite performance has been developed. In Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-4142, a nonwoven fabric is formed on the upper layer side, a heat insulating layer is formed on the lower layer side, and the heat insulating layer is centered on the vulcanized rubber sheet. Furthermore, a composite heat insulating waterproof sheet in which a nonwoven fabric is fused on the lower layer side is disclosed.
Further, in JP-A-10-306553, an enforcement surface side resin sheet having closed cells provided with vent holes on the lower layer side and a coating film side having closed cells on the upper layer side with a resin sheet having open cells interposed therebetween. A degassing heat insulating resin sheet for waterproofing a coating film in which a resin sheet is laminated and integrated is disclosed.
JP-A-9-4142 JP-A-10-306553

Therefore, as a solution to the problem of further anti-blurring reliability and heat insulation, and shortening the construction period, the present inventor, as a result of diligent research, uses butyl rubber, which has waterproof performance as an adhesive layer, as an upper layer. A heat insulating deaeration sheet was developed in which a resin foam heat insulating layer was laminated with a resin fiber net having a specific opening area in the lower layer. The summary is as follows.

It is a sheet for waterproofing a coating film, from the construction surface side, a resin net that can provide a non-adhesive part at the interface with the adhesive sheet, an adhesive sheet with a thickness of 0.5 to 5 mm, a thickness having closed cells A heat insulating deaeration sheet, which is laminated in the order of a resin foam material having a thickness of 3 to 60 mm and is integrated by the adhesiveness of the adhesive sheet.
The above-described resin net is made of polyethylene or polypropylene, and is an insulating deaeration sheet in which the area ratio of the opening is 20 to 50%.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is a heat-insulating deaeration sheet that is a butyl rubber sheet.
The above resin foam is a heat insulation deaeration sheet which is a polyethylene foam material.
This will be described in detail below.

The heat insulation deaeration sheet is formed by integrating three layers of a deaeration layer, an adhesive layer, and a heat insulation layer from below. Each layer will be described.
In the deaeration layer, when the water vapor inside the concrete in the concrete building is exposed to the outside, it prevents the occurrence of defects such as blistering in the waterproof layer. A breathable layer is secured between the adhesive layer in the sheet, and water vapor generated from the inside of the building is discharged to the outside through the deaeration layer.
Examples include nets made of various resins. As the resin, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, polyester and the like can be used, and polyethylene and polypropylene can be particularly preferably used.

The above-mentioned resin net must have an adhesive surface between the work surface and the adhesive layer, and at the same time, have an opening, and the area ratio of the opening is 20 to 50%. Is preferred. The opening is a portion where the resin net is spatially transparent, and 0% of the opening means that the resin net has a film shape without any hole.
If the opening is less than 20%, the adhesion area of the construction base and the adhesive layer is small, and the adhesion of the heat-insulating degassing sheet may be reduced. If the opening exceeds 50%, conversely, the contact area between the construction base and the adhesive layer becomes too large, and the air permeability may be insufficiently secured.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer needs to be waterproof even if it is itself, and to have a function of bonding and integrating the air-permeable layer and the heat insulating layer due to the pressure-sensitive adhesive property.
Specifically, a butyl rubber sheet can be preferably used.
The thickness of the butyl rubber sheet is suitably 0.5 mm to 3 mm. If the thickness is less than 0.5 mm, the waterproof property itself is not sufficient, and even if the thickness exceeds 3 mm, there is no change in waterproofness and adhesiveness, which is disadvantageous in terms of cost.

The heat insulating layer bonded to the upper layer side of the adhesive layer is suitably a foamed plastic foam material made of resin. Further, a foam material having closed cells is preferable for heat insulation. Examples of the resin constituting the foam material include polyethylene, polystyrene, polyurethane, and polypropylene, and a polyethylene foam material can be particularly preferably used.
The thickness of the foam material is suitably 5 mm to 50 mm. If the thickness is less than 5 mm, not only the heat insulating property is insufficient but also the strength may be insufficient. Even if the thickness exceeds 50 mm, the heat insulating property is not improved in proportion to the thickness, which is disadvantageous in terms of cost.

The heat insulating layer and the air-permeable layer are a multi-layer sheet material in which the three layers are bonded and integrated with each other by the self-adhesive force of the adhesive layer.
In the case of producing the sheet material, it can be produced by a conventionally known method for producing a multilayer sheet material. For example, a heat insulating layer foam material, an adhesive layer sheet material, and a breathable resin net material cut into substantially the same area and shape, and a heat insulating layer sheet material and a breathable resin net material sandwiching the adhesive layer foam material. Are supplied from above and below, and are pressed and integrated with a roller or the like with a certain pressure.

The adhesive layer of the heat-insulating deaeration sheet has self-adhesive strength due to butyl rubber or the like, and therefore the opening of the resin net is sticky. Therefore, by releasing a release paper on the resin net in advance, it can be released at the construction site. It can be attached to the work surface simply by removing the pattern.

The heat-insulating deaeration sheet according to the present invention may be in a sheet state or in the form of a long scroll. If it is in a sheet state, it can be easily constructed at a waterproof construction site of a small area. If it is in the form of a scroll, it is easy to transport and carry in the heat-insulated deaeration sheet for construction on a waterproof construction site having a large area, and it is convenient for construction. As a matter of course, it is also possible to carry out the construction by using both the sheet state and the roll form sheet.

Specific examples will be described below to help understanding of the present invention. Needless to say, the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

As a ventilation layer, it is a fiber net made of polyethylene resin, a sheet-like material having an opening area of 20%, a sticky layer as a 1 mm-thick butyl rubber sheet, and a heat-insulating layer as 5 mm thick closed cells. Using a polyethylene foam material, a polyethylene foam material was sandwiched between a butyl rubber sheet, a polyethylene resin net on the bottom, and three layers were bonded and integrated by a pressure roller.
Further, a release paper was attached to the surface of the polyethylene resin net to obtain a heat insulating ventilation sheet.

[Test method]
The upper part of the reinforced concrete building was waterproofed by using the heat insulating ventilation sheet according to the embodiment.
A primer was applied to the rooftop construction surface with a roller and left to dry for 2 hours.
The release paper of the heat-insulating air-permeable sheet described in the examples was peeled off, and the air-permeable layer surface having adhesiveness was placed on the primer-coated surface, and was affixed with care not to leave air inside while lightly pressing.
A waterproof coating material mainly composed of a two-component curable polyurethane resin at room temperature was applied to the surface of the heat insulating layer twice with a scissors, and was left to stand for one day for curing and drying.
A top coat mainly composed of a two-component curable polyurethane resin at room temperature was roller-coated on the waterproof surface of the coating film, and allowed to stand for 3 hours for curing and drying.

[result]
The waterproof construction method using the heat-insulating deaeration sheet according to the present invention requires significantly more time for the construction method than a series of conventional methods of forming a ventilation layer for preventing blistering, applying an adhesive, and sticking a heat-insulating foam sheet. It is shortened and greatly contributes to the realization of an economical and efficient waterproofing method. In addition, even if the waterproof layer is damaged by being struck by birds such as crows, even if the waterproof coating is damaged, the adhesive layer on the inside functions as a waterproof layer, so the waterproof performance against the building is maintained. It was.

The heat-insulating deaeration sheet according to the present invention is a multi-layer having the above three functions of prevention of blistering by a ventilation layer, secondary waterproofing layer by an adhesive layer and an adhesive layer for integration, and heat insulation outside the building (outside heat insulation) by a heat insulating layer. It is a multi-functional sheet, and it only plays the role of secondary waterproofing in the lower layer in the outer waterproof layer breakage due to bird damage, heat insulation, and further by simply constructing this sheet in advance during coating waterproofing work, In order to realize quick and efficient construction, it can be widely applied to general construction work.
