Description

The present invention relates to a lighting device for a shared corridor in an apartment house and a lighting fixture used therefor.

Lighting equipment is installed on the ceiling in front of the entrance of each dwelling unit in the common corridor of apartment houses such as apartments for night lighting. In general, there is a control device such as a timer in a manager's room or the like, and in the evening, the lighting fixtures on the ceiling of the shared corridor are turned on and turned off at dawn.

However, from midnight after midnight to dawn, the luminaires are in a lit state even though few people pass, and this is a waste of electricity. Therefore, there are cases where so-called thinning-out lighting is turned off every other lighting fixture that is turned on at midnight. In many cases, dissatisfaction is presented.

As means for solving these problems, a system has been proposed in which a lighting device is turned on in accordance with the movement of a person using a human sensor. For example, in Patent Document 1, a luminaire is provided with a main light source and an auxiliary light source that irradiates the main light source. The human sensor detects that a person is approaching and turns on the main light source. There has been proposed an illuminating device that can be walked in a safe manner without being turned into a dark state even at night by being constantly turned on or turned on when the main light source is not turned on.

However, in a living environment such as an apartment house, as described above, people's movements are concentrated from evening to midnight. Repeating it visually gives a sense of incongruity, which is undesirable for both the resident and the night view of the building.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the object of the present invention is to obtain sufficient illuminance between evening and midnight when people's movement is concentrated, and there is almost no traffic. From dawn to dawn, we provide lighting equipment suitable for use in shared corridors in apartment buildings that can achieve energy savings by reducing the illuminance of the entire common corridor evenly and yet does not give a visual discomfort. There is to do.

In order to achieve the above object, technical measures taken by the present invention are as follows. That is, the lighting device for the shared hallway in the apartment house according to the invention according to claim 1 is provided with a two-lamp type lighting fixture having two light sources on the ceiling in front of the entrance of each dwelling unit in the shared hallway. From midnight to midnight, two light sources are turned on, and from midnight to dawn, the timer is controlled so that only one light source is turned on.

Note that the two light sources are set to an output that ensures the necessary illuminance as a lighting device in the shared corridor when both are turned on. Of these, one light source that is lit from midnight to dawn interferes with walking. It is set to output that secures illuminance without any noise.

A lighting device for a shared hallway in an apartment building according to the invention of claim 2 is provided with a two-lamp type lighting fixture having two light sources with different brightness on the ceiling in front of the entrance of each dwelling unit in the shared hallway. The feature is that it is controlled by a timer so that only the bright light source (main light source) is turned on from evening to midnight, and only the dark light source (auxiliary light source) is turned on from midnight to dawn. Yes.

Of the two light sources with different brightness, the bright light source (main light source) is set to output that ensures the illuminance required for the lighting equipment in the shared corridor by turning on alone (with the auxiliary light source turned off). The dark light source (auxiliary light source) is set to an output that secures illuminance that does not interfere with walking.

A lighting fixture according to a third aspect of the present invention is characterized in that two light sources are mounted in a translucent case in opposite directions.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to ensure a sufficiently bright illuminance continuously by turning on the two light sources in the two-light type luminaire from the evening to the midnight when there is a lot of human movement. From midnight, when there is almost no traffic, only one light source is turned off, and only the other light source is turned on, so that the illuminance can be reduced evenly throughout the common corridor, and energy saving can be achieved. Since there is no repeated turning on and off in the time when there is a lot of time, there is no visual discomfort and the view of the building is not impaired.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the bright light source (main light source) in the two-lamp type lighting fixture is turned on from the evening when there is a lot of human movement to midnight, so that sufficiently bright illuminance is continuously maintained. Since the main light source is turned off and only the dark light source (auxiliary light source) is turned on from midnight to dawn when there is almost no traffic, the illuminance can be reduced evenly throughout the common corridor. In the time zone when there is a lot of people's movements, lighting and extinguishing are not repeated in small increments, so there is no visual discomfort and the building landscape is not impaired.

In the lighting fixture according to the third aspect of the present invention, two light sources are installed in one translucent case so that their directions are opposite to each other. The lighting fixture of the type can be made compact, and is suitable as the lighting fixture in the invention according to claims 1 and 2, and when the two light sources are turned on at the same time, the entire area of the translucent case is not evenly distributed. Since it can illuminate uniformly, it is especially suitable as a lighting fixture in the invention of claim 2.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of a general floor in an apartment house, FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram of a lighting device in a shared corridor in the apartment house, FIG. 3 is a configuration diagram of a control circuit of the lighting device shown in FIG. 2, and FIG. It is explanatory drawing and a shaded part shows the time slot | zone when the timer contact is closed. 5 and 6 are a schematic transverse sectional view and a schematic longitudinal sectional view showing an example of a two-lamp type lighting fixture.

As shown in FIG. 1, two-lamp type lighting fixtures 4 having two light sources 4 a and 4 b shown in FIG. 2 are installed at approximately equal intervals on the ceiling of the common hallway 1 in front of the entrance 3 of each dwelling unit 2. Has been. These luminaires 4 turn on two light sources 4a and 4b from the evening (for example, sunset) to midnight (for example, midnight), and one light source from midnight to dawn (for example, sunrise). It is configured to be controlled by timers A and B so that only 4b is lit. 2, 5 is a power source, 6 is a common line, and 7 is a timer connection line. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the timers A and B are always connected to a driving power supply circuit having a necessary voltage, and when the set time (sunset) comes, the timer contacts a and b are closed, At the set time (timer A is midnight, timer B is sunrise), the timer contacts a and b are configured to open.

According to the above configuration, in the evening, the timer contacts a and b are closed, and the two light sources 4a and 4b in the two-lamp type lighting fixture 4 are turned on simultaneously. At midnight, only the timer contact a is opened, one light source 4a is turned off, and only the other light source 4b is turned on. At dawn, the timer contact b is opened and the other light source 4b is also turned off.

As described above, during the period from the evening when there is a lot of human movement to midnight, the light sources 4a and 4b in the two-lamp type lighting fixture 4 are both turned on, so that sufficiently bright illuminance can be continuously secured. From midnight when there is almost no street until dawn, one light source 4a is turned off and only the other light source 4b is turned on, so that the illuminance can be reduced evenly throughout the common corridor, and energy saving can be achieved. Since it does not repeatedly turn on and off in many times, it does not give a visually uncomfortable feeling and does not impair the scenery of the building.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the two-lamp type lighting fixture 4 is provided with two light sources 4 a and 4 b in a translucent case 8 with their directions reversed. It is preferable to use what has been configured in order to make the lighting fixture 4 compact and to uniformly illuminate the entire area of the translucent case 8. Further, as the illuminance of the two-lamp type lighting fixture 4, when two light sources 4a and 4b are turned on, for example, 20 lux is secured immediately below the lighting fixture 4, and when only one light source 4b is turned on, the lighting fixture 4 It is preferable to set so that, for example, about 7 lux can be secured immediately below. For that purpose, for example, two 20W lamps may be provided as the two light sources 4a and 4b, and the power consumption may be set to 40W. One light source 4a may be a 20W to 30W lamp, and the other light source 4b may be You may set it as the electric power of 10W-20W, and it may be set so that it may become about 40W power consumption with two electric lights. Moreover, in order to ensure an illuminance of 7 lux directly under the luminaire 4, it is possible to use a 9W electric lamp. Therefore, it is possible to set the light source 4a to 30W and the other light source 4b to 9W and set it to about 40W. is there. Incandescent bulbs and fluorescent bulbs are used as electric lamps. However, fluorescent bulbs are more expensive than incandescent bulbs. Therefore, the lamp that is lit for a long time of the day is a fluorescent bulb that has a long life and is lit for a short time. It is desirable to reduce the cost by making the electric lamp to be used an incandescent lamp with a short life.

7 and 8 show another embodiment of the present invention, which is a two-lamp type having two light sources 4a and 4b with different brightness on the ceiling in front of the entrance 3 of each dwelling unit 2 in the common corridor 1. The luminaires 4 are installed at approximately equal intervals, and only the bright light source (main light source) 4a is turned on from the evening (for example, sunset) to midnight (for example, midnight), and the light from midnight (for example, sunrise) Up to this point, the configuration is such that the timers A and B are controlled so that only the dark light source (auxiliary light source) 4b is turned on.

According to the above configuration, a bright light source (main light source) 4a in the two-lamp type lighting fixture 4 is turned on continuously from evening until late at night when a lot of people move, so that sufficiently bright illuminance is continuously secured. From late night to dawn when there is almost no traffic light, the bright light source (main light source) 4a is turned off and only the dark light source (auxiliary light source) 4b is turned on. However, it does not repeatedly turn on and off in a time zone where there is a lot of human movement, so that it does not give a sense of incongruity visually and does not impair the scenery of the building.

Of the two light sources 4a and 4b having different brightness, the bright light source (main light source) 4a is lit alone (in a state where the auxiliary light source is turned off) so that the illuminance necessary for the lighting fixture 4 in the shared hallway 1 is obtained. The secured output (for example, power consumption 40W) is set, and the dark light source (auxiliary light source) 4b is set to the output (for example, power consumption 9W) that secures illuminance that does not hinder walking.

As shown in FIG. 9, at midnight, the timer contact of one timer A is opened and at the same time the timer contact of the other timer B is closed, so that only the bright light source (main light source) 4a is used from evening to midnight. It is possible to turn on only the dark light source (auxiliary light source) 4b from midnight to dawn. However, in this case, if the timers A and B have different time settings, the bright light source When switching from the main light source 4a to the dark light source (auxiliary light source) 4b, both the main light source (bright light source 4a) and the auxiliary light source (dark light source 4b) are extinguished for a time corresponding to the time setting deviation of the timers A and B. In this case, the main light source and the auxiliary light source are preferably set to be turned on simultaneously. In this case, although it becomes brighter than necessary, it is temporary.

In the illustrated embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the timer A is configured such that the timer contact a is closed in the evening and the timer contact a is opened at dawn, while the timer B is Is configured such that the timer contact b can be alternately switched between the terminal c on the main light source side and the terminal d on the auxiliary light source side, and at midnight, the timer contact b that has been in contact with the terminal c on the main light source side until then becomes the auxiliary light source. It changes so that it may contact with the terminal d of the side, and when it becomes dawn, it is comprised so that it may switch so that it may contact with the terminal c of the main light source side.

Since the timer contact b is switched instantaneously, there is little influence by turning off the main light source (bright light source 4a) that occurs instantaneously while switching from the main light source (bright light source 4a) to the auxiliary light source (dark light source 4b).

In each of the above-described embodiments, the timers A and B are illustrated separately, but the control device is not necessarily required to be separate. Further, the timers A and B may be either a format for setting time or a format for setting energization time.
