Abstract
【解決手段】 二酸化チタン微粒子とテトライソプロポキシチタンと有機溶媒とからなり、該テトライソプロポキシチタンを二酸化チタン微粒子100重量部当り10乃至30重量部の量で含有し、且つ固形分濃度が25乃至30重量%の範囲にあることを特徴とする半導体微粒子ペースト。

Description
また、酸化チタン半導体の多孔質層をゾル−ゲル法により形成する方法も知られている(特許文献2,3)。
(1)二酸化チタン微粒子が5〜500nmの範囲にあること、
(2)前記有機溶媒が、炭素数が4以下の低級アルコールであること、
が好ましい。
実施例1で調製されたチタンアルコキシド溶液を使用し、実施例1と同様にして、二酸化チタン微粒子100重量部当り20重量部の量でチタンイソプロポキシドを含有し、且つ固形分濃度が55重量%の二酸化チタン微粒子ペーストを調製した。
実施例1で調製されたチタンアルコキシド溶液を使用し、実施例1と同様にして、二酸化チタン微粒子100重量部当り5重量部の量でチタンイソプロポキシドを含有し、且つ固形分濃度が25重量%の二酸化チタン微粒子ペーストを調製した。
実施例1で調製されたチタンアルコキシド溶液を使用し、実施例1と同様にして、二酸化チタン微粒子100重量部当り40重量部の量でチタンイソプロポキシドを含有し、且つ固形分濃度が20重量%の二酸化チタン微粒子ペーストを調製した。
実施例1で調製されたチタンアルコキシド溶液を使用し、実施例1と同様にして、二酸化チタン微粒子100重量部当り50重量部の量でチタンイソプロポキシドを含有し、且つ固形分濃度が30重量%の二酸化チタン微粒子ペーストを調製した。

Claims (3)
- 二酸化チタン微粒子とテトライソプロポキシチタンと有機溶媒とからなり、該テトライソプロポキシチタンを二酸化チタン微粒子100重量部当り10乃至40重量部の量で含有し、且つ固形分濃度が25乃至50重量%の範囲にあることを特徴とする半導体微粒子ペースト。
- 二酸化チタン微粒子が5〜500nmの範囲にある請求項1に記載の半導体微粒子ペースト。
- 前記有機溶媒が、炭素数が4以下の低級アルコールである請求項1または2に記載の半導体微粒子ペースト。
