Abstract
【解決手段】 電動機用冷却装置は、冷却ジャケットと個別の構成部材の表面との間に形成された冷却ダクトを備える。個別の構成部材の表面は、冷却ダクトの壁部の少なくとも一部を画定し得る。冷却ダクトは、冷却液体を個別の構成部材表面の少なくとも一部に沿って方向付け、電動機から熱を引き出すように構成され得る。入口ポートは、冷却ダクトと流体連通し得る。この入口ポートは、冷却液体を受け取って冷却液体を冷却ダクトに導入するように構成され得る。出口ポートは、冷却ダクトと流体連通し得る。

Claims (10)
- 冷却ジャケットと冷却ダクトの壁部の少なくとも一部を画定する個別の構成部材の表面との間に形成され、冷却液体を個別の構成部材表面の少なくとも一部に沿って方向付けて電動機から熱を引き出すように構成された冷却ダクトと、
冷却ダクトと流体連通し、冷却液体を受け取って冷却液体を冷却ダクトに導入するように構成された入口ポートと、
冷却ダクトと流体連通する出口ポートとを備える電動機用冷却装置。 - 個別の構成部材の表面は、冷却ジャケット内のステータの外面である請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- 個別の構成部材の表面は、冷却ジャケット周りに配置された外部スリーブである請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- 冷却ジャケットに形成された環状リングと、
環状リングから冷却ジャケットにより少なくとも部分的に画定された作動領域まで延びる通路とをさらに備える請求項3に記載の冷却装置。 - 通路は、ステータの端部翼に冷却液体を方向付けるように構成されている請求項4に記載の冷却装置。
- 少なくとも1つの冷却溝を有する内面を備える冷却ジャケットと、
冷却ジャケット内に配置され、冷却ジャケットの内面の少なくとも一部に接触する外面を有するステータとを備え、
冷却溝とステータの外面とは、冷却ダクトを形成しており、
冷却溝は、冷却ダクトが冷却液体を電動機の軸方向に少なくとも部分的に方向付けるべく構成されるように、らせん状に配置されている電動機。 - 冷却ジャケットは、3つの冷却溝を含む請求項6に記載の電動機。
- 冷却溝は、交差部で接続されている請求項7に記載の電動機。
- 少なくとも1つの冷却溝が溝幅を有し、少なくとも1つの冷却溝の隣接する曲部間の距離がランド幅であり、溝幅対ランド幅の割合が2対3〜3対2の範囲の割合である請求項6に記載の電動機。
- 冷却ジャケットの内面により少なくとも部分的に画定された作動領域に冷却液体を射出するように構成された少なくとも1つの流体通路をさらに備え、ステータがその作動領域内に配置される請求項6に記載の電動機。
