Abstract
【解決手段】 ポリエチレン(基材)とこれより溶融温度の高いポリアミド(分散材)を含む原料ペレットを、供給スクリュー機10に供給し、供給スクリュー機10で加熱しながら混練し、出口11cから押出ヘッド20を経てパリソン50を押出成形し、さらに成形金型40でブロー成形して燃料タンク等の容器を得る。供給スクリュー機10の混練領域Mでは、分散材を固体または半固体状態に維持しながら基材を溶融するように原料の加熱制御を行ない、混練領域Mから外れた出口11cまたはその近傍では、分散材を溶融するように原料の加熱制御を行なう。

Description
上記供給スクリュー機の混練領域では、上記分散材を固体または半固体状態に維持しながら上記基材を溶融するように原料の加熱制御を行ない、上記混練領域から外れた供給スクリュー機の出口または出口近傍では、上記分散材を溶融するように原料の加熱制御を行なうことを特徴とする。
本発明は、押出ヘッドからポリマーアロイの管を押出成形する方法にも適用できる。また、供給スクリュー機に射出成形金型(成形部)を接続して、種々形状の射出成形品を得ることもできる。

Claims (6)
- 基材とこれより溶融温度の高い分散材を含む原料を、供給スクリュー機に供給し、この供給スクリュー機で加熱しながら混練し、供給スクリュー機の出口から成形部に供給するようにしたポリマーアロイの成形方法において、
上記供給スクリュー機の混練領域では、上記分散材を固体または半固体状態に維持しながら上記基材を溶融するように原料の加熱制御を行ない、上記混練領域から外れた供給スクリュー機の出口または出口近傍では、上記分散材を溶融するように原料の加熱制御を行なうことを特徴とするポリマーアロイの成形方法。 - 上記供給スクリュー機に供給される原料が相溶化剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリマーアロイの成形方法。
- 上記基材がポリエチレンで、上記分散材がポリアミドであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のポリマーアロイの成形方法。
- 上記混練領域における上流域では上記分散材が固体状態を維持するように原料を加熱し、下流域では上記分散材が半固体状態となるように原料を加熱することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のポリマーアロイの成形方法。
- 上記供給スクリュー機の出口と成形部とを接続するアダプタにおいて、分散材が溶融するように原料を加熱することを特徴とするポリマーアロイの成形方法。
- 請求項1〜5のポリマーアロイ成形方法を用いて容器をブロー成形する方法において、上記成形部が押出ヘッドと成形金型とを含み、この押出ヘッドから筒形状のパリソンを下方に押出し、この押出ヘッドの下方に配置された上記成形金型により、パリソンをブロー成形して容器を得ることを特徴とする容器成形方法。
