According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a film antenna having a pattern formed with an antenna element and a power supply terminal portion, and a bottom portion and a peripheral wall portion having a conductive portion attached and fixed to the film antenna and corresponding to the power supply terminal portion of the film antenna. The integrally formed holder part and the terminal part which is detachably attached to the holder part and protrudes from the lower surface are electrically connected to the feeding terminal part of the film antenna through the conductive part at the bottom part of the holder part. And a pickup unit attached to the tip of the cable connected to the external communication device.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect of the present invention, the pickup portion is attached to the case portion with the end of the cable attached and the terminal portion protruding from the lower surface. The pickup part is composed of a cover part having a housing structure.

According to the first aspect of the invention, when attaching and fixing the holder part to the feeding terminal part of the film antenna, the opening of the holder part bottom part can be attached while visually recognizing according to the position of the feeding terminal part. While it can be positioned very easily and accurately, the pickup part is made detachable from the holder part fixed to the film antenna, so that the pickup part can be arbitrarily removed from the film antenna when replacing parts including windows or recycling the vehicle. In addition, the holder part can be generalized by standardizing the numerical aperture and dimensions of the bottom part of the holder part, and the holder part can be used in common with a plurality of types of film antennas.

According to the second aspect of the invention, when the holder portion is attached and fixed to the power supply terminal portion of the film antenna, the conductive portion at the bottom of the holder portion can be attached according to the position of the power supply terminal portion. While it can be positioned accurately, the pickup part is detachable from the holder part fixed to the film antenna, so the pickup part can be removed from the film antenna arbitrarily when replacing parts including windows or recycling the vehicle, and then reattached. can do.

In addition, the holder part can be generalized by standardizing the number and dimensions of the conductive parts at the bottom of the holder part, and the holder part can be used in common by a plurality of types of film antennas.

Furthermore, since the holder part is attached with the power supply terminal part of the film antenna covered with the conductive part, even if the pickup part is removed, the power supply terminal part of the film antenna is not exposed and foreign matter adheres to the power supply terminal part. Or corrosion can be prevented.

According to the invention described in claim 3, in addition to the effect of the invention described in claim 1 or 2, the pickup part including the case part and the cover part fitted to the case part has a box structure.
(First embodiment)
A first embodiment in the case where the present invention is applied to a film antenna device for an automobile window will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows the assembly structure, and 11 is a film antenna made of a transparent resin film. On the film antenna 11, antenna element patterns 12 and 13 are printed and the feeding points 12a and 13a of these patterns 12 and 13 are arranged close to each other.

A holder portion 14 having openings 14a and 14b formed at the bottom of the feeding points 12a and 13a in accordance with the size and interval of the feeding points 12a and 13a is provided on both sides (not shown here) so that the openings 14a and 14b are located at the feeding points 12a and 13a. Stick with tape.
Here, the double-sided tape (not shown) is also sized to match the bottom of the holder part 14 and has openings similar to the openings 14a and 14b.

The holder portion 14 is a bottomed cylindrical member made of, for example, ABS resin, in which the tape and the peripheral wall portion are integrally formed. As shown in the drawing, the peripheral wall portion has a notch 14c for a coaxial cable, which will be described later, and a pair of Locking portions 14d and 14d made of through holes are provided.

A pickup unit 16 is detachably attached to the holder unit 14. The other end of the pickup unit 16 is attached to the end of a coaxial cable 15 connected to a tuner (not shown). When the pickup unit 16 is mounted in the holder unit 14, the engagement unit 14d and 14d engage the pickup unit 16. The coaxial cable 15 is sandwiched between the cuts 14c.

Here, the width of the narrowest part of the notch 14c is set slightly smaller than the diameter of the coaxial cable 15, and the coaxial cable 15 is press-fitted into the notch 14c when the pickup unit 16 is mounted, so that the coaxial cable 15 itself has elasticity. Fixed.

2 shows an external configuration of the pickup unit 16, FIG. 2 (A) is a top view, FIG. 2 (B) is a side view, and FIG. 2 (C) is a rear view on the side where the coaxial cable 15 is connected. FIG. 2D is a bottom view.

The pickup unit 16 has a coaxial cable 15 attached thereto, a case portion 18 having a pair of contacts 17a and 17b projecting from its lower surface along the long axis direction, and a cover portion 19 fitted on the case portion 18. Consists of.

The case portion 18 has a pair of locking portions 18 a and 18 a extending upward from the side surface thereof, and the unevenness formed on the outer surface side of the locking portions 18 a and 18 a is locked to the holder portion 14. The pickup portion 16 is locked and mounted in the holder portion 14 by fitting with the portions 14d and 14d.

Thus, when the user pinches the upper ends of the locking portions 18a and 18a with fingers and pulls them upward simultaneously, the locking portions 18a and 18a are temporarily deformed and locked with the locking portions 14d and 14d. Is released, and the pickup unit 16 can be extracted from the holder unit 14.

The cover portion 19 is configured to be fitted to the case portion 18 to constitute the pickup portion 16 having a box structure, and the fitting between the case portion 18 and the cover portion 19 is longer than the inner surface of the case portion 18. The two pairs of locking portions 18b, 18b,... That protrude along the axial direction are locked by elongated openings 19a, 19a,. .

Next, the configuration in the pickup unit 16 and the state of attachment to the film antenna 11 will be described with reference to FIG.
Here, FIG. 3 (A) is a top view showing the configuration in the case part 18 with the cover part 19 removed from the pickup part 16, and FIG. 3 (B) is a longitudinal sectional view along the major axis direction of the pickup part 16. 3C is a longitudinal sectional view in the minor axis direction along the II line in FIG. 3B, and FIG. 3D is a minor axis along the II-II line in FIG. 3B. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of a direction.

A substrate 20 is incorporated in the case portion 18, and the outer conductor and the center conductor of the coaxial cable 15 are connected and fixed to the upper end portion of the substrate 20 by, for example, soldering. Further, the substrate 20 has an electronic component 21 such as a balun or LNA disposed on the upper surface thereof, and the contactors 17a and 17b project from the lower surface side.

The contacts 17a and 17b are connected to the film antenna 11 through the openings 18c and 18d formed at the bottom of the case 18 and the openings 14a and 14b at the bottom of the holder 14 and the opening of the double-sided tape 22, respectively. The antenna element patterns 12 and 13 are in contact with the feed points 12a and 13a.

Here, the contacts 17a and 17b are always brought into contact with a constant pressure by contact with the feeding points 12a and 13a, and the cross sections thereof are sequentially bent, for example, as shown in the figure so as to maintain an electrically stable connection state. A support portion between the substrate 20 and the feeding points 12a and 13a is formed to be inclined, and a structure that makes use of its elasticity is formed.

As shown in FIG. 3C, at the substantially central portion of the pick-up portion 16 in the major axis direction, the portion where the locking portions 18a, 18a are integrally formed with the case portion 18, the locking portions 18a, 18a are connected to the holder portion. It can be seen that the entire pickup portion 16 is fixed and stored in the holder portion 14 by being locked in the through holes of the 14 locking portions 14d and 14d.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3 (D), at a position off the center of the pickup portion 16 in the long axis direction, the locking portions 18b, 18b,... It is understood that the cover portion 19 is fitted to the case portion 18 by being locked to the openings 19a, 19a,..., And the pickup portion 16 has a box structure.

If it is set as the above structures, when attaching and fixing the holder part 14 according to the feeding points 12a and 13a of the antenna element patterns 12 and 13 of the film antenna 11, the holder part to which the double-sided tape 22 is applied in advance. Since the openings 14a and 14b at the bottom of the 14 can be attached to the feeding points 12a and 13a while being visually recognized from above, they can be positioned and attached very easily and accurately.

In addition, since the pickup unit 16 is detachable with respect to the holder unit 14 fixed to the film antenna 11, the parts including the vehicle window to which the film antenna 11 is attached are replaced, or the vehicle is recycled. For example, the pickup unit 16 can be arbitrarily detached from the film antenna 11 and then reattached easily.

In addition, by standardizing the numerical aperture and inner dimensions of the bottom of the holder part 14, various types such as the number of terminals of the pickup part 16 attached to the holder part 14 and the presence or absence of an internal electronic circuit are available. The holder portion 14 can be used in common with a plurality of types of film antennas.

Furthermore, the pickup unit 16 has a box structure including a case unit 18 and a cover unit 19 fitted to the case unit 18, thereby eliminating the need for screws and the like, and greatly simplifying the assembly process. Electronic circuit components such as a balun and a low noise amplifier can be freely incorporated in the unit 16 as necessary.

In the above-described embodiment, the holder portion 14 is described as being fixed to the film antenna 11 with the double-sided tape 22, but the present invention is not limited to this, and an adhesive or other technique is used. And may be fixed.

Further, by devising the shape of the opening at the bottom of the holder part 14, even when the holder part 14 has to be peeled off from the film antenna, for example, the tip of a minus driver is inserted into the opening, and the shaft of the driver is If it is fixed on the peripheral wall portion of the holder portion 14 and is used as a fulcrum and is peeled off by the principle of leverage, the operation can be carried out relatively without damaging the pattern of the film antenna.

(Second Embodiment)
A second embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a terminal structure of a film antenna device will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 4 shows an assembly configuration of the holder portion 31 attached to the film antenna.
As shown in FIG. 4A, the holder portion 31 is a bottomed cylindrical member made of, for example, ABS resin, in which peripheral wall portions 31a to 31d and a bottom portion 31e are integrally formed. A peripheral wall portion 31d on the short side located at the lower left in FIG. 5A has a pair of rectangles at the center at the bottom of a notch 31f having a width corresponding to the diameter of a coaxial cable 36, which will be described later, on both ends of the bottom portion 31e. The fitting parts 31g and 31g by a through-hole are formed.

In addition, a locking portion 31h for locking and fixing a pickup portion 35, which will be described later, protrudes and is formed on the bottom portion 31e in the vicinity of the peripheral wall portion 31a opposite to the peripheral wall portion 31d. Two sets of long rectangular through holes 31i, 31j, 31j and 31k, 31l, 31l arranged in a shape are formed.

Semicircular cutouts 31m and 31n are formed at positions corresponding to each other on the long side peripheral wall portions 31b and 31c.

Thus, as shown in FIG. 4B, one piece 321 of the contactor 32 as a conductive member having an L-shaped cross section has claw portions 32a and 32a bent at 90 ° on both sides, and the other piece 322 is When the through hole 31i is inserted, the pair of claw portions 32a and 32a bite the through holes 31j and 31j and cannot be detached from the holder portion 31.

Further, a pair of protrusions 32b and 32b matching the width of the through hole 31i are formed on the outer surface side of the bent portion of the contactor 32, and when the other piece 322 is inserted into the through hole 31i to the final position. It is assumed that no rattling occurs in the through hole 31i.

The contactor 32 is used as a conductive member as described above, and is configured by using a spring material such as phosphor bronze so that the claw portions 32a and 32a hold the through holes 31j and 31j due to its elasticity. To do.

Similarly, one piece 331 of the contactor 33 as a conductive member having an L-shaped cross section has claw portions 33a and 33a whose both sides are bent by 90 °, and when the other piece 332 is inserted into the through hole 31k, The pair of claw portions 33a and 33a bite the through holes 31l and 31l and cannot be detached from the holder portion 31.

A pair of protrusions 33b and 33b are formed on the outer surface side of the bent portion of the contactor 33 so as to match the width of the through hole 31k. When the other piece 332 is inserted into the through hole 31k to the final position, the through hole It is assumed that no rattling occurs within 31k.

The contactor 33 is used as a conductive member as described above, and is configured by using a spring material such as phosphor bronze, so that the claw portions 33a and 33a hold the through holes 31l and 31l by its elasticity.

As described above, the double-sided tape 34 in which the through holes similar to the through holes 31j and 31k are formed as shown in FIG. 4C with the contactors 32 and 33 having the L-shaped cross section attached to the holder portion 31. One surface side is abutted from the lower side of the bottom part 31e and stuck.

Further, although not shown here, the other pieces 322 and 332 of the contactors 32 and 33 penetrating the through holes are bent with the release paper on the other side (lower side) of the double-sided tape 34 once peeled off. By attaching the adhesive to the lower surface of the double-sided tape 34, the contactors 32 and 33 both have a U-shaped cross section.

By selecting a double-sided tape 34 having a certain thickness, cushioning property, and strong adhesiveness, the elasticity of the contactors 32 and 33 suppresses the force to be peeled off from the double-sided tape 34 and the film antenna. When affixing to each terminal part, the electrical connection between the contactors 32 and 33 and each terminal part is maintained.

Next, the configuration of the pickup unit 35 that is detachably attached to the holder unit 31 will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5A, the pickup part 35 is also a bottomed cylindrical member made of, for example, ABS resin, in which the peripheral wall parts 35a to 35d and the (upper) bottom part 35e are integrally formed. The peripheral wall portion 35d on the short side located at the lower left in FIG. 5A is formed with an inverted U-shaped notch 35f having a width corresponding to the diameter of the coaxial cable 36 described later at the center. A pair of rectangular leg portions 35g, 35g corresponding to the fitting portions 31g, 31g of the holder portion 31 are formed on the left and right sides of the notch 35f.

The peripheral wall portion 35a opposite to the peripheral wall portion 35d has a locking shape corresponding to the locking portion 31h of the holder portion 31, and the holder portion 31 is provided at the end of the peripheral wall portions 35b and 35c that contacts the bottom portion 35e. Semi-cylindrical knob portions 35h and 35i corresponding to the notches 31m and 31n are formed to protrude.

Further, rectangular through holes 35j, 35j,... For locking terminal fittings, which will be described later, are formed in the peripheral wall portions 35b, 35c at two places, a total of four places.

On the other hand, the pickup part 35 is attached with terminal fittings 37 and 38 connected to the end of the coaxial cable 36 from the opening side.

Here, the terminal fitting 37 is fixed and connected to the central conductor of the coaxial cable 36 by, for example, soldering. The fitting main body 37a having a U-shaped cross section and the extended terminal portion 37b are integrated with each other. Like the contactors 32 and 33, the contactors 32 and 33 are made of a metal piece having a spring property such as phosphor bronze.

As shown in FIG. 5 (B), locking claws 37c and 37c that are pushed outward are bent at the centers of the pair of leg portions of the bracket body 37a having a U-shaped cross section. By pushing into the corresponding position of the pickup portion 35, it is locked and held when the pair of through holes 35j, 35j is reached.

Similarly, the terminal fitting 38 is fixed and connected to the peeled outer conductor of the coaxial cable 36 by, for example, soldering. The terminal fitting 38 extends from the U-shaped fitting body 38a and is folded back. The part 38b is integrated with a metal piece having a spring property such as phosphor bronze.

Locking claws 38c, 38c that are pushed outward are bent at the centers of the pair of leg portions of the U-shaped bracket body 38a, and the terminal bracket 38 is pushed to a corresponding position on the pickup section 35. By inserting, this is also locked and held when the pair of through holes 35j and 35j are reached.

As described above, the terminal fitting 37 is connected to the central conductor of the coaxial cable 36 and the terminal fitting 38 is connected to the outer conductor of the coaxial cable 36 by soldering or the like, so that both the fittings 37 and 38 are electrically insulated. is there.

FIG. 5C shows an external configuration when the coaxial cable 36 having the terminal fittings 37 and 38 connected to the pickup portion 35 is viewed from a substantially oblique upper side. The terminal portions 37b and 38b of the terminal fittings 37 and 38 are slightly protruded.

With reference to FIG. 6, the procedure for mounting the pickup unit 35 to the holder unit 31 will be described.

As shown in FIG. 6A, when the pickup unit 35 to which the coaxial cable 36 to which the terminal fittings 37 and 38 are connected is attached to the holder unit 31, first, the leg portions 35g and 35g of the pickup unit 35 are firstly attached. Is inserted into the fitting parts 31g and 31g of the holder part 31 as shown by alternate long and short dashed lines III and III in the figure.

Then, a peripheral wall portion 35a located on the front end side of the pickup portion 35 is formed so as to protrude inside the peripheral wall portion 31a of the holder portion 31 so as to rotate as indicated by alternate long and short dash lines IV, IV in the figure. The mounting is completed by locking the locking portion 31h.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 6B, the terminal portions 37b, 38b of the terminal fittings 37, 38 having spring properties are slightly on the lower surface side of the pickup portion 35 as described above. Since the pickup portion 35 is mounted on the holder portion 31, the terminal portions 37 b and 38 b are attached to the bottom portion 31 e of the holder portion 31. Each is held in a connected state with a pressing force corresponding to its elasticity.

Therefore, by attaching the double-sided tape 34 adhered to the lower surface side of the holder portion 31 to which the pickup portion 35 is attached to the feeding terminal portion of the film antenna (not shown), the terminal fittings 37 and 38 of the pickup portion 35 and the holder portion are attached. Thus, the center conductor and the outer conductor of the coaxial cable 36 are connected to the respective feeding terminal portions of the film antenna (not shown) through the contactors 32 and 33 in an electrically stable state.

The knob portions 35h and 35i of the pickup portion 35 and the notches 31m and 31n of the holder portion 31 are formed so that their shapes and positions correspond to each other in advance, and the pickup portion 35 is attached to the holder portion 31. In order not to make a mistake in the direction or the like, it is formed by being offset to a position deviating from the center position in the longitudinal direction.

Further, when the pickup unit 35 is removed from the state in which the pickup unit 35 is mounted on the holder unit 31 as described above, the tip of the locking portion 31h of the holder unit 31 is pushed outward by the tip of a minus driver or the like. However, on the other hand, by lifting with a pair of knob portions 35h, 35i, the locking by the locking portion 31h is released, and the leg portions 35g, 35g of the pickup portion 35 and the fitting portions 31g of the holder portion 31 are released. The pickup portion 35 can be removed so as to rotate about 31g as a fulcrum.

If it is set as the above, when attaching and fixing the holder part 31 according to the electric power feeding terminal part of the film antenna which is not shown here, the contactor 32 of the holder part 31 bottom part which has already stuck the double-sided tape 34, Since the other pieces 322 and 332 of 33 should just be attached according to the position of these electric power feeding terminal parts, it can position and stick easily and correctly.

In addition, since the pickup unit 35 is made detachable with respect to the holder unit 31 that is attached and fixed to the film antenna, the parts including the window of the vehicle to which the film antenna is attached can be replaced, or the vehicle can be recycled. In some cases, the pickup unit 35 can be arbitrarily detached from the film antenna and then can be easily reattached.

In addition, by standardizing the number of other contactors on the bottom of the holder 31 and the inner dimensions, the number of terminals of the pickup unit 35 attached to the holder 31 and the presence or absence of internal electronic circuits It is possible to deal with various types of pickup units 35 such as differences, and the holder unit 31 can be generalized so that the holder unit 31 can be used in common with a plurality of types of film antennas.

In addition, since the holder portion 31 is attached in a state where the feeding terminal portion of the film antenna is covered with the other pieces 322 and 332 of the contactors 32 and 33 and the double-sided tape 34, the feeding terminal portion of the film antenna is removed even when the pickup portion 35 is removed. Can prevent foreign matter from adhering to the power supply terminal portion or corrosion from occurring without being exposed to the outside air.

In particular, when the assembly process of the one film antenna is implemented in an automobile production line, the holder 31 is attached to the feeding terminal portion of the film antenna as early as possible, so that dust in the atmosphere can be obtained. This is effective in reliably preventing foreign matter from adhering to the power supply terminal portion due to, for example, and eliminating the occurrence of poor contact.

In the second embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, the pickup unit 35 is not used as a housing structure including a case part and a cover part fitted to the case part. Although the terminal structure is simpler and simpler, it can be made to have a structure in which an electronic circuit such as a balun or LNA (low noise amplifier) is integrated with the substrate. It is possible as well.

Moreover, although the said 1st and 2nd embodiment demonstrated both as what uses a coaxial cable, this invention is not restricted to this, As a cable which connects a film antenna and an external communication apparatus, Of course, it can also be applied to a single-wire cable, a coaxial cable having a plurality of central conductors arranged in parallel, or a bundle of single-wire cables bundled or arranged in parallel. It is easy to make the contactor structure of the holder part corresponding to the position correspond to the structure of the terminal fitting of the pickup part.

In addition, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.

Further, the above embodiments include inventions at various stages, and various inventions can be extracted by appropriately combining a plurality of disclosed constituent elements. For example, even if some constituent elements are deleted from all the constituent elements shown in the embodiment, at least one of the problems described in the column of the problem to be solved by the invention can be solved, and described in the column of the effect of the invention. In a case where at least one of the obtained effects can be obtained, a configuration in which this configuration requirement is deleted can be extracted as an invention.
