Abstract
【解決手段】 共通ソース焦点を有するコリメーティング構造120と組合わされた複数のデテクタと、少なくとも軽度に角度的に相関する2つの一致放出される放射事象を検出するため前記デテクタの出力の「AND」型の組合わせ論理機能を実行する処理手段とを含む。コリメーティング構造120は、相互に平行な円筒形のパーフォレーション124を備える板122の堆積で構成される。板の厚さdはコリメータの入り口内面側123におけるパーフォレーション124の直径より小とし、パーフォレーション124の間隔は板厚より大とする。パーフォレーション124の対向する焦点Oの立体角は、板122の相似中心を通る法線Nから離れるにつれて減少したものにする。

Description
99mTc、を使用するSPECT(Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography(単一光子放出コンピュータ支援断層撮影))および例えば18Fの崩壊によって 産生される陽電子の組織中での消滅中に2つのガンマー放射事象が同時に放出される放射性同位元素を使用するPET(Positron Emission Tomography(陽電子放出断層撮影))。
− 少なくとも軽度に角度的に相関する2つの一致放出される放射事象を発生する事のできるマーカを被検体の中に注入する段階と、
−前記の型の装置を使用してこれらの放射事象を検出する段階とを含む分析法に関するものである。
−デテクタセット100、
−被検体Cを支持し、この被検体とデテクタセット100との間の制御相対運動を生じるように設計された手段200、および
−処理手段を含む。
−コリメータ120

−キャリジを例えば10cmの行程にわたってネジ/ナットシステムによって運動させる並進テーブル、および

− 光電子倍増管140による信号出力を積分する事のできるコンデンサ321と、
− 光電子倍増管140の出力信号デテクタ322と、
− 前記デテクタ322によって初期化される遅延セル323と、
− コンデンサ322に対して並列に接続され遅延セル323の出力によって駆動される電流ソース324と、
− 一方の入力が接地され他方の入力がコンデンサ321に接続され、出力がエネルギー/時間変換装置の出力を成す比較器325と、
− 比較器325によって制御されまたコンデンサ321を放電させる事のできるスイッチ326とを含む。
− 1セットのデテクタ(例えば15デテクタ)(シンチレータ130+光電子倍増管140)、
− 各デテクタ110に結合された1つのエネルギー/時間変換器320、
− 変換器320による信号出力のそれぞれ先端および後端の2つのデテクタ331、332、
− 信号の時間ベースのクロック333、
− クロック333によって駆動される2つのタイマー334、335、
− 両端デテクタ331、332によって駆動される2つのアドレスカウンター336、337、
− 周期的に一時的に情報を記憶し、次にこの情報をコンピュータ342のバス341に転送する2つのメモリ338、339。
一致ファクタは約70%である。125Iの場合、娘核の励起状態は35keVのエネルギーにあり、基底状態への変化はガンマーの放出によって(確率7%)、または内部転換によって生じる。Xk−γプラスXk−Xkの一致ファクタは60 %である。

Claims (5)
- パーフォレーション(124)を備えた板(122)の堆積から成り、これらの板の厚さはコリメータの入口内側面におけるパーフォレーションの直径より小であり、パーフォレーション間隔が板の厚さより大であるように成された事を特徴とする放射線撮像分析装置のコリメータ。
- 各板(122)中に備えられたパーフォレーション(124)は相似的累進を示す事を特徴とする請求項1に記載のコリメータ。
- パーフォレーション(124)は化学的加工によって形成される事を特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載のコリメータ。
- 板(122)はタングステンから成る事を特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のコリメータ。
- 少なくとも一部の板(122)は2つの同型のパーフォレーション・スクリーンの重ね合せによって形成される事を特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のコリメータ。
