Abstract
【解決手段】 呼吸に伴ういびき音を収集し、一般的な人の呼吸の1サイクルに相当する長さの時間窓で波形を順次、切り出す。そして、ある1つのサイクルとその次のサイクルのいびき音の波形の相関係数を順次算出する。もし、いびき音が呼吸のサイクルに伴って定常的に繰り返されているのであれば、求めた相関係数の値は1に極めて近い数値を示しながら推移することとなる。一方、低呼吸や無呼吸が始まって、いびき音が非定常なものになれば、その時点で相関係数の値は急激に低下する。このため、睡眠時無呼吸症候群診断装置により、いびき音の変化を相関係数の値で、定常的に把握することができるようになる。

Claims (8)
- いびき音を収集する、いびき音収集手段と、
収集したいびき音を保持する、いびき音保持手段と、
前記いびき音保持手段に保持されているいびき音の時間軸を複数のサイクルに区分して、1つのサイクルのいびき音と、この1つのサイクルの次のサイクルのいびき音との間の相関係数を順次算出する相関係数算出手段と、
前記相関係数算出手段で算出した相関係数を出力する、出力手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする睡眠時無呼吸症候群診断装置。 - 前記相関係数算出手段は、
いびき音の時間軸に対して、前記サイクルの長さより長い、第1の長さの基準データ移動区間を設定する、基準データ移動区間設定手段と、
いびき音の時間軸に対して、前記サイクルの長さより長い、第2の長さの比較データ移動区間を、前記基準データ移動区間よりも第1の所定期間ずらして設定する、比較データ移動区間設定手段と、
前記基準データ移動区間内を第2の所定期間シフトすることにより設定されるサイクルと、前記比較データ移動区間内を第3の所定期間シフトすることにより設定されるサイクルとの組み合わせについて、それぞれ、相関係数を算出する、組み合わせ算出手段と、
前記組み合わせ算出手段で算出された相関係数に基づいて、代表値を抽出する、代表値抽出手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の睡眠時無呼吸症候群診断装置。 - 前記組み合わせ算出手段は、前記基準データ移動区間内を第2の所定期間シフトすることにより設定されるサイクルと、前記比較データ移動区間内を第3の所定期間シフトすることにより設定されるサイクルとのすべての組み合わせについて、相関係数を算出する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の睡眠時無呼吸症候群診断装置。
- 前記代表値抽出手段は、前記組み合わせ算出手段で算出された相関係数のうち、最大値のものを、代表値として抽出することを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載の睡眠時無呼吸症候群診断装置。
- 前記第2の所定期間、及び、前記第3の所定期間は、前記いびき音保持手段に保持されているいびき音のデータサンプリング周期と一致している、ことを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の睡眠時無呼吸症候群診断装置。
- 前記出力手段は、前記算出手段で算出した相関係数をグラフとして出力することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の睡眠時無呼吸症候群診断装置。
- 不規則な周期性のある信号データを保持する、信号データ保持手段と、
前記信号データ保持手段に保持されている信号データの時間軸を複数のサイクルに区分して、1つのサイクルの信号データと、この1つのサイクルの次のサイクルの信号データとの間の相関係数を順次算出する相関係数算出手段と、
前記相関係数算出手段で算出した相関係数を出力する、出力手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする信号解析装置。 - 不規則な周期性のある信号データを収集して、信号データ保持手段に保持させるステップと、
前記信号データ保持手段に保持されている信号データの時間軸を複数のサイクルに区分して、1つのサイクルの信号データと、この1つのサイクルの次のサイクルの信号データとの間の相関係数を順次算出するステップと、
前記算出した相関係数を出力するステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする信号解析方法。
