Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a seat lifting / lowering device in a vehicle in which the seat can be lifted / lowered through a door opening.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In this type of vehicle, a lifting device for a seat is provided with a lifting mechanism between the floor and the seat of the vehicle, and the lifting mechanism is arranged on a guide rail having a substantially U-shaped cross section with respect to the door opening. The base plate is assembled to be movable in the front-rear direction, the upper link arm is attached to the upper part of the base plate so as to be rotatable at the base, and the base plate is attached to the lower part of the base plate so as to be rotatable at the base. A four-bar linkage mechanism consisting of a substantially straight lower link arm and a lift plate that supports the seat by pivotally connecting the leading ends of both link arms, and below the front end of the guide rail on the door opening side. The seat is configured by a guide roller disposed and slidably engaged with the lower surface of the lower link arm, and the base plate is advanced or retracted along the guide rail by the driving device. It rises to falling or the cabin side to the vehicle exterior through the door opening. Further, since both link arms are formed in a substantially straight line shape, both link arms extending in a substantially horizontal shape can be disposed close to each other when the seat is raised on the passenger compartment side, and the vertical dimension between the link arms can be reduced. The vertical position from the seat floor is suppressed from becoming higher. The seat lifting device in this vehicle is disclosed in, for example, the following patent document.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-10-315825 (page 3-4, FIG. 2, FIG. 11, FIG. 12)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the seat lifting device in such a vehicle, the guide roller is arranged to be inclined upward toward the door opening in order to lift the base plate upward in accordance with the advance toward the door opening. Due to the inclination, the vertical dimension between the front end of the door opening side of the guide rail and the floor is increased, and the height of the vertical position from the floor of the seat cannot be sufficiently suppressed, which is still not satisfactory.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The seat lifting apparatus for a vehicle of the present invention that solves the above problems has the following characteristics.
That is, in claim 1, a lifting mechanism for a seat in a vehicle in which a lifting mechanism is disposed between the floor of the passenger compartment and the seat so that the seat can be raised and lowered between the passenger compartment side and the outer side of the vehicle through the door opening. The lift mechanism is disposed on the floor side and is attached to a guide rail extending substantially linearly toward the door opening so as to be movable in the front-rear direction with respect to the door opening. A substantially linear upper link arm assembled to the upper part so as to be rotatable at the base, a substantially linear lower link arm assembled to the lower part of the base plate so as to be rotatable at the base part, and the tips of both link arms A four-bar linkage mechanism comprising an elevating plate that supports the seat by pivotally connecting parts, and extending the lower link arm rearward from the base of the base plate. Together, characterized by comprising a cam member for movably supporting the engage the link arm engaging portion provided on the lower link arm arranged on the floor side to the engagement surface.
[0006]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a lifting device for a seat in a vehicle in which a lifting mechanism is disposed between the floor of the passenger compartment and the seat so that the seat can be raised and lowered between the passenger compartment side and the outer side of the vehicle through the door opening. The lift mechanism is disposed on the floor side and is attached to a guide rail extending substantially linearly toward the door opening so as to be movable in the front-rear direction with respect to the door opening. A substantially linear upper link arm assembled to the upper part so as to be rotatable at the base, a substantially linear lower link arm assembled to the lower part of the base plate so as to be rotatable at the base part, and the tips of both link arms A four-bar linkage mechanism comprising an elevating plate that supports the seat by rotatably connecting parts, and the upper link arm extends rearward from the base of the base plate. Together, characterized by comprising a cam member for movably supporting the engage the link arm engaging portion provided on the upper link arm arranged on the floor side to the engagement surface.
[0007]
According to the first and second aspects, in addition to being able to make both link arms substantially horizontal when the seat is raised to the passenger compartment side, the guide rail disposed on the floor side can be made substantially horizontal. Therefore, the vertical dimension between the link arms and the vertical dimension between the guide rail and the floor can both be reduced, and the height of the seat in the vertical direction from the floor can be sufficiently suppressed.
[0008]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the cam member disposed on the floor side is detachably provided, and the engagement surface with which the engagement portion is engaged can be changed to another cam member having a different shape. To do.
As a result, by changing to another cam member with a different engagement surface, the seat lift trajectory can be changed, and the simple work of replacing the cam member without requiring changes to the four-bar linkage mechanism or the like. It can be applied to a wide range of vehicles.
