Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pants-type diaper having a comfortable wearing feeling and making an absorbent main body easy to wear and take off. SOLUTION: The pants-type diaper is composed of strip members 2A and 2B for a girth opening having stretchability and the absorbent main body 3 extending in the front and rear direction of the diaper. The front and rear end parts 3a and 3b of the absorbent main body 3 are respectively attached to the front and rear parts of the strip members 2A and 2B and at least the front end part 3a of this absorbent main body 3 is detachably locked with the front parts of the strip members 2A and 2B by a first locking means 26, and the expansion and contraction force of the locking region 26b of the strip member 2A is set lower than that of another region. 本発明は、パンツ型おむつに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、伸縮性を有する帯部材の前部と後部とに跨って、吸収性本体の前後端部を着脱可能な止着手段で係止した使い捨ておむつがある（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特許文献１では、帯部材の内面に吸収性本体の前後端部を止着手段で係止しているから、着用者の腹背回りのごわごわ感が多くなって着用感が悪いとともに、帯部材の係止部位にも収縮力が作用するから、係止部位が収縮力で縮まって吸収性本体の着脱がしづらいという問題がある。

本発明は、上記諸問題を解消するためになされたもので、着用感が快適で、吸収性本体の着脱がし易いパンツ型おむつを提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明に請求項１は、伸縮性を有する胴回り開口用の帯部材と、おむつ前後方向に延在する吸収性本体とでなり、上記吸収性本体の前後端部は、帯部材の前部と後部とにそれぞれ取付けられて、この吸収性本体の少なくとも前端部は、上記帯部材の前部に第１止着手段で着脱可能に係止されていて、この帯部材の係止部位の伸縮力は、他の部位よりも小さく設定されていることを特徴とするパンツ型おむつを提供するものである。

【発明の作用および効果】
請求項１の発明によれば、パンツ型おむつは、帯部材と吸収性本体との組み合わせであるから、構造が簡単で製造も容易であるので、安価になる。

また、帯部材に吸収性本体の少なくとも前端部を第１止着手段により着脱可能に係止しているから、吸収性本体が汚れた場合に交換が簡単が行える。なお、吸収性本体に、尿とりパッドのような補助的な吸収体を重ねて併用する場合でも、尿とりパッドの交換が簡単に行える。

さらに、帯部材の係止部位の伸縮力を他の部位よりも小さく設定しているから、係止部位が収縮力で縮まりにくくなって、吸収性本体の着脱がし易くなる。

請求項８の発明によれば、吸収性本体をひょうたん形状に形成して、脚回り用弾性部材を股部両側の湾曲に沿って添設するから、着用時の外観性がすっきりして、着用者の体型によりフィットしやすくなるとともに、脚回り用弾性部材が脚回りによりフィットして、横漏れが発生しにくくなる。

請求項１０の発明によれば、面ファスナーによって、着脱が簡単かつ迅速に行えるようになる。ここで、面ファスナーとは、フック部とループ部とが対をなして、両者を強く圧迫するとフック部とループ部とが相互に外れにくいように係止されるとともに、フック部とループ部を手で強く引き剥がすとフック部とループ部との係止が外れるものをいい、メカニカルファスナーとも呼ばれている。

請求項１１の発明によれば、不織布製シート自体は、面ファスナーのループ部としての機能も有するので、面ファスナーのループ部を設ける代わりに、不織布シートを利用すれば、面ファスナーのループ部を省略できて、製造工程を簡略化できるとともに、パンツ型おむつがコスト安になる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して詳細に説明する。

図１〜図３に示すように、パンツ型おむつ１は、前側と後側の帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂと、吸収性本体３とで基本構成されている。

上記帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂは、おむつ幅方向Ｗに延在する内方（肌面側）の内装シート５と、外方（外面側）の外装シート６とを有して、内装シート５と外装シート６との間に、ウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８とが幅方向Ｗに伸張状態で添設されてなる複合シート部材で構成されている。

このように、帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂにウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８とを添設すると、帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂが着用者の腰回り、腹背回りにフィットするようになる。

また、内装シート５の少なくとも内面が親水性であれば、腹回りや背回りの接触する部分が快適になる。好ましくは、親水性のレーヨンやコットン等の繊維を配合して吸汗できるようにする。なお、内装シート５を撥水性部材にして、内面に親水性を付与した部材を貼り付けても良い。

上記帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂの横幅Ｗ１は、１００〜３００ｍｍの範囲であるのが好ましく、この範囲では、着用者の胴回りに充分な収縮力でフィットするとともに、係止部位も広くとれるので、吸収性本体３を帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂに着脱し易くなる。横幅Ｗ１が１００ｍｍ未満であると、帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂが細すぎて充分な収縮力が得られず、吸収性本体３が吸水して重くなったときにずり落ち易くなる。また、横幅Ｗ１が３００ｍｍを超えると、着用者の脚を通すところが相対的に小さくなって着用しづらくなる。

上記前側の帯部材２Ａはおむつ前後方向Ｘの前位置に配置され、後側の帯部材２Ｂはおむつ前後方向Ｘの後位置に配置されるようになる。

そして、製造工程において、帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂに跨るように係止した吸収性本体３の両側に位置する前側の帯部材２Ａと後側の帯部材２Ｂとを接着してサイド部１ａを形成することにより、伸縮性を有する胴回り開口用の帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂを有するパンツ型おむつ１として組み立てられるようになる。

上記帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂの外装シート６の外面の幅方向Ｗのほぼ中央位置には、第１面ファスナー２６のループ部２６ｂ（フック部２６ａでも可）が取付けられている。なお、外装シート６が不織布シートであれば、面ファスナーのループ部としての機能を持たせることができるので、ループ部２６ｂを省略することが可能である。

そして、この第１面ファスナー２６のループ部２６ｂが取付けられた帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂの係止部位の収縮力は、他の部位よりも小さく設定されている。

この伸縮力を小さく設定する方法としては、内装シート５と外装シート６との間にウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８を挟んだ状態で、係止部位に相当する部分において内装シート５と外装シート６とを接着しないようにして、内装シート５と外装シート６の外からウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８をカットすることによって伸縮力が小さくなる。また、内装シート５と外装シート６との間にウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８とを挟んだ状態で接着しておいて、複数の細かい切断線によって、収縮力を小さくしたい範囲のボディフィット用弾性部材８を細かい片に切断するようにしても良い。その他、係止部位に掛かる部分だけウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８の伸張倍率を小さくする方法も採用可能である。

このように、ウエスト用弾性部材７とボディフィット用弾性部材８の収縮力を小さくすると、着用者の腹部の締め付けが緩くなるので、着用感が快適になる。

上記吸収性本体３は、トップシート９とバックシート１０との間に砂時計型の吸収性コア１１を挟み込んで形成されて、おむつ前後方向Ｘに延在するようになる。

上記吸収性本体３のバックシート１０の内面（上面）の両側部には、おむつ前後方向Ｘに延在する立ち上がりフラップ１５の基端部１５ａがそれぞれ接着されて上方に立ち上げられ、その上端が内向きに折り返され、この折り返し内にフラップ用弾性部材１４が前後方向Ｘに伸張状態で添設されることにより、立ち上がりフラップ１５が立ち上がるようになる。この立ち上がりフラップ１５の前後端部は内側に倒伏させて、その内面を吸収性本体３のトップシート９の表面に接着している。

この立ち上がりフラップ１５により、尿等の横漏れを確実に防止でき、立ち上がりフラップ１５は、尿等のしみ出しを防止するために内面が撥水性であるのが好ましい。

上記バックシート１０と立ち上がりフラップ１５の基端部１５ａとの間には、脚回り用弾性部材１６が前後方向Ｘに伸張状態で添設されている。

この脚回り用弾性部材１６の収縮力により、吸収性本体３の両側部が脚回りにフィットするようになる。

また、上記吸収性本体３の吸収性コア１１の下方位置に、前後方向Ｘに伸張状態で幅方向に複数本の股間用弾性部材２３が添設されている。

この股間用弾性部材２３の収縮力により、吸収性コア１１が着用者の股間により密着するようになる。

上記股間用弾性部材２３は、図３（ｂ）のように、吸収性コア１１とバックシート１０との間に添設することができる他、図３（ｃ）のように、被覆シート２４と吸収性コア１１との間に添設しても良い。

上記立ち上がりフラップ１５の内面の前後端部はバックシート１０に接着されていて、この立ち上がりフラップ１５の前後端部の外面には、第１面ファスナー２６のフック部２６ａ（ループ部２６ｂでも可）が上下２箇所に取付けられている。なお、図７に示すように、フック部２６ａを上下に細長くして、１箇所に取付けることもできる。

そして、この吸収性本体３の前後端部３ａ，３ｂに位置する第１面ファスナー２６のフック部２６ａが上記帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂの第１面ファスナー２６のループ部２６ｂに着脱可能に係止されるようになる。

上記内装シート５は、少なくとも内面が親水性の不織布材料が好適に使用できる。例えば、透液性の不織布材料が好ましい。より好ましくは、親水性繊維（セルロース、レーヨン、コットン等）を用いた不織布材料、あるいは、疎水性繊維（ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポルエステル、ポリアミド、ナイロン等）の表面を界面活性剤により処理し透液性とした不織布材料が用いられる。また、上記に撥水性不織布材料と透液性の不織布材料とを組み合わせても良いし、透液性の不織布材料の外面を撥水処理しても良いし、その逆で撥水性不織布材料の内面を親水化処理しても良い。好ましくは、目付１０〜２５ｇ／ｍ２の透液性の不織布材料が用いられる。

上記外装シート６は、好ましくは、撥水性不織布材料（スパンボンド不織布、メルトブロー不織布、ＳＭＳ不織布等）が用いられる。最も好ましくは、目付１０〜２５ｇ／ｍ２の撥水性の不織布材料が用いられる。

上記トップシート９は、透液性の不織布材料が好ましい。例えば、親水性繊維（セルロース、レーヨン、コットン等）を用いた不織布材料、あるいは、疎水性繊維（ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポルエステル、ポリアミド、ナイロン等）の表面を界面活性剤により処理し透液性とした不織布材料が用いられる。好ましくは、目付１０〜２５ｇ／ｍ２の疎水性繊維の表面を界面活性剤により処理し透液性として透液性の不織布材料（ポイントボンド不織布、エアースルー不織布等）が用いられる。

上記バックシート１０は、撥水性不織布材料（スパンボンド不織布、メルトブロー不織布、ＳＭＳ不織布等）やプラスチックフィルム（通気性であっても非通気性であっても良いが、より快適な態様としては通気性プラスチックフィルムが好ましい。）やその複合材料が用いられる。より好ましくは、目付１５〜４０ｇ／ｍ２の通気性のポリエチレンフィルムが用いられ、さらに別の態様として、目付１５〜２５ｇ／ｍ２の通気性のポリエチレンフィルムに目付１０〜２０ｇ／ｍ２の撥水性材料をホットメルト接着剤等で貼り合わせた、いわゆるクロスライクフィルムがその不織布材料側を裏面にして用いられる。

上記吸収性コア１１は、粉砕したパルプ繊維やセルロース繊維等の親水性繊維集合層に粒状の高分子吸水体を混合した吸収コアをティッシュペーパー等の紙シートあるいは透液性不織布シート等の被覆シート２４で包んで、所定の形状に成形した吸収体である。着用者が歩いたり、寝返りを打ったりしても形状を保持できるように、親水性繊維集合層中やシートに所定の形状保持手段（ホットメルト接着剤を塗布したり、合成繊維を混合したり）を施しても構わない。また、上記繊維や高分子吸収体をシート状に成型したシート状吸収体（例えばエアレイド吸収体）等を所定の形状（長方形、砂時計型等）に成形して用いても構わない。なお、被覆シート２４を図示しないものも被覆シート２４が存在するものと理解されたい。

上記各弾性部材７等は、ポリウレタン糸やポリウレタンフィルム、ＳＥＢＳ系フィルム、天然ゴム等を適宜に用いることができる。

上記各材料の接合としては、ホットメルト接着剤による接着に限られずに、超音波接着や熱接着等を適宜に用いることができる。ホットメルト接着剤については、ゴム系、ポリオレフィン系、酢酸ビニール系等のホットメルト接着剤から適切に選定され、直接的なコーター塗布、間接的なスパイラル塗布、メルトブロー（カーテンスプレー）塗布、ビード塗布等の塗布方法がある。なお、上記サイド部１ａについては、熱接着が好ましい。

上記のようにパンツ型おむつ１を構成すれば、パンツ型おむつ１は、基本的には帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂと吸収性本体３との組み合わせであるから、構造が簡単で製造も容易であるので、安価になる。

また、帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂの外面の第１面ファスナー２６のループ部２６ｂに吸収性本体３の前後端部３ａ，３ｂの第１面ファスナー２６のフック部２６ａを着脱可能に係止しているから、着用者の腹背回りのごわごわ感が少なくなって着用感が快適になる。なお、帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂの内面に第１面ファスナー２６のループ部２６ｂを取付けて、吸収性本体３の前後端部３ａ，３ｂの裏面に取付けた第１面ファスナー２６のフック部２６ａを着脱可能に係止することも可能である。

このように吸収性本体３が帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂに対して着脱可能であるから、吸収性本体３が汚れた場合に交換が簡単に行える。なお、吸収性本体３に尿とりパッドのような補助的な吸収体を重ねて併用する場合でも、尿とりパッドの交換が簡単に行える。

さらに、第１面ファスナー２６のループ部２６ｂを取付けた帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂの係止部位の伸縮力を他の部位よりも小さく設定しているから、ループ部２６ｂが収縮力で縮まりにくくなって、吸収性本体３のループ部２６ｂの着脱がし易くなる。

さらにまた、吸収性本体３の前後端部３ａ，３ｂを帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂに第１面ファスナー２６で着脱可能に係止しているから、吸収性本体３が汚れた場合に交換が簡単が行える。

また、第１面ファスナー２６によって、吸収性本体３の着脱が簡単かつ迅速に行えるとともに、各面ファスナー２６，２７のループ部２６ｂ，２７ｂを設ける代わりに、不織布製シートをループ部２６ｂ，２７ｂとして利用すれば、ループ部２６ｂ，２７ｂを省略できて、製造工程を簡略化できるとともに、パンツ型おむつ１がコスト安になる。なお、各面ファスナー２６，２７に代えて、剥離可能な接着剤を使用しても良い。

図４は第１変形例であって、吸収性本体３の前端部３ａは、前側の帯部材２Ａに第１面ファスナー２６で着脱可能に係止するとともに、吸収性本体３の後端部３ｂは、後側の帯部材２Ｂにホットメルト接着剤等で接着している。

これにより、吸収性本体３に、尿とりパッドのような補助的な吸収体を重ねて併用する場合には、尿とりパッドの交換が簡単に行える。

これにより、ウエスト用弾性部材７の収縮力でパンツ型おむつ１のずり落ちを防止できるとともに、ボディフィット用弾性部材８による着用者の腹部の締め付けが緩くなるので、着用感が快適になる。

図５〜図７は第２変形例であって、前側の帯部材２Ａを幅方向Ｗに長くして、その幅方向Ｗのほぼ中間位置で前後方向Ｘに切断し、その切断端部２ａ，２ｂを重ね合わせて、内側となる切断端部２ａの外面に、第２面ファスナー２７のフック部２７ａを上下２箇所に取付けるとともに、外側となる切断端部２ｂの内面の不織布シートを面ファスナーのループ部２７ｂとしての機能を持たせて、第２面ファスナー２７によって切断端部２ａ，２ｂ同士を着脱可能に係止する。なお、フック部２７ａを上下に細長くして、１箇所に取付けることもできる。

これにより、前側の帯部材２Ａが左右位置に開けられるので、着用者に対するパンツ型おむつ１の付け外しが簡単になる。

図８および図９は第３変形例であって、吸収性本体３´は、股部Ｒから前後方向にそれぞれ湾曲しながら広がって、前部の幅Ｗ２よりも後部の幅Ｗ３が幅広なひょうたん形状に形成している。上記脚回り用弾性部材１６は、股部Ｒの両側の湾曲に沿って伸張状態で添設している。

そして、図９（ａ）のように、帯部材２Ａ，２Ｂの股下側の縁と吸収性本体３´が重なる領域Ｇについては、吸収性本体３´の外周縁および脚回り用弾性部材１６が幅広に湾曲している箇所と交わるような位置関係となっていることが好ましい。

これにより、吸収性本体３´をひょうたん形状に形成して、脚回り用弾性部材１６を股部Ｒの両側の湾曲に沿って添設するから、着用時の外観性がすっきりして、着用者の体型によりフィットしやすくなるとともに、脚回り用弾性部材１６が脚回りによりフィットして、横漏れが発生しにくくなる。

また、図９（ａ）のように、吸収性本体３´の前部と後部の左右のフック部２６ａは、吸収性コア１１の両側位置に設けるとともに、この左右のフック部２６ａの間で吸収性コア１１の上部位置にもフック部２６ａ´を設けると、吸収性本体３´に係止がより確実となる。
