Description

【0001】

[0016]
As in the eleventh aspect, it is preferable that the loop portion of the hook-and-loop fastener is configured to use a nonwoven fabric sheet.
[0017]
Function and Effect of the Invention
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the pants-type diaper is a combination of the band member and the absorbent main body, the structure is simple and the manufacturing is easy, so that the cost is low.
[0018]
In addition, since at least the front end of the absorbent main body is detachably locked to the band member by the first fastening means, replacement can be easily performed when the absorbent main body becomes dirty. It should be noted that even when an auxiliary absorbent such as a urine absorbing pad is overlaid on the absorbent main body and used together, the urine absorbing pad can be easily replaced.
[0019]
Furthermore, since the elasticity of the locking portion of the band member is set to be smaller than that of the other portions, the locking portion does not easily contract due to the contraction force, and the absorbent body can be easily attached and detached.
[0020]
Furthermore, since the absorbent main body can be detachably locked to the outer surface of the band member, the stiff feeling around the belly and back of the wearer is reduced and the wearing feeling is comfortable. Here, as the detachable fastening means, in addition to the peelable adhesive, a hook-and-loop fastener as described in claim 8 is also included.
[0021]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the band member fits around the waist and the abdomen of the wearer.
[0022]
According to the invention of claim 3, since the locking portion does not cover the elastic member for the waist, it is possible to prevent the pants-type diaper from slipping down by the contraction force of the elastic member for the waist, and the abdomen of the wearer by the elastic member for body fitting. As the tightening becomes loose, the feeling of wearing becomes comfortable.
[0023]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, when the front and rear ends of the absorbent main body are detachably locked to the band member, replacement can be performed easily when the absorbent main body becomes dirty.
[0024]
According to the invention of claim 5, when the rear end portion of the absorbent main body is joined to the rear portion of the band member, and the front end portion of the absorbent main body is detachably locked to the front portion of the band member, When an auxiliary absorbent such as a urine-absorbing pad is used in combination, the urine-absorbing pad can be easily replaced.
[0025]
According to the invention of claim 6, when the front portion of the band member is cut and detachably locked, the front portion of the band member is opened in the left-right direction, so that the pants-type diaper can be easily detached from the wearer. Become.
[0026]
According to the invention of claim 7, the rising flap can surely prevent lateral leakage of urine and the like, and the elastic members for leg rotation allow both sides of the absorbent main body to fit around the legs.
[0027]
According to the invention of claim 8, the absorbent main body is formed in a gourd shape, and the leg elastic members are attached along the curved portions on both sides of the crotch portion. Fits more easily with the body shape of the person, and the elastic member for leg rotation fits more closely around the leg, so that lateral leakage hardly occurs.
[0028]
According to the invention of claim 9, the absorbent core comes into closer contact with the wearer's crotch.
[0029]
According to the tenth aspect, the attachment and detachment can be performed easily and quickly by the hook-and-loop fastener. Here, the hook-and-loop fastener is a pair of a hook and a loop, and when the two are strongly pressed, the hook and the loop are locked so that the hook and the loop are not easily separated from each other. It is the one that releases the lock between the hook and loop when it is peeled off by hand and is also called a mechanical fastener.
[0030]
According to the invention of claim 11, the nonwoven fabric sheet itself also has a function as a loop portion of the hook-and-loop fastener. Therefore, instead of providing the loop portion of the hook-and-loop fastener, if the nonwoven fabric sheet is used, the loop portion of the hook-and-loop fastener can be used. This can be omitted, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the cost of the pants-type diaper is reduced.
[0031]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0032]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the pants-type diaper 1 is basically composed of front and rear band members 2 </ b> A and 2 </ b> B and an absorbent main body 3.
[0033]
The band members 2A and 2B include an inner (skin side) interior sheet 5 extending in the diaper width direction W and an outer (outer side) exterior sheet 6, and the interior sheet 5 and the exterior An elastic member for waist 7 and an elastic member for body fitting 8 are provided between the sheet 6 and a composite sheet member in a state of being extended in the width direction W.
[0034]
As described above, when the waist elastic member 7 and the body fitting elastic member 8 are added to the band members 2A and 2B, the band members 2A and 2B fit around the waist and the back of the wearer.
[0035]
In addition, if at least the inner surface of the interior sheet 5 is hydrophilic, the contact portion around the belly or the back becomes comfortable. Preferably, fibers such as hydrophilic rayon or cotton are blended so that sweat can be absorbed. The interior sheet 5 may be a water-repellent member, and a member having hydrophilicity may be attached to the inner surface.
[0036]
The width W1 of the band members 2A, 2B is preferably in the range of 100 to 300 mm. In this range, the band can be fitted around the wearer's waist with a sufficient contraction force, and the locking portion can be widened. The main body 3 can be easily attached to and detached from the band members 2A and 2B. When the width W1 is less than 100 mm, the band members 2A and 2B are too thin to obtain a sufficient shrinkage force, and easily slip off when the absorbent main body 3 absorbs water and becomes heavy. Further, if the width W1 exceeds 300 mm, the place where the wearer's leg passes is relatively small, making it difficult to wear.
[0037]
The front band member 2A is disposed at a front position in the diaper front-rear direction X, and the rear band member 2B is disposed at a rear position in the diaper front-rear direction X.
[0038]
Then, in the manufacturing process, the front band member 2A and the rear band member 2B located on both sides of the absorbent main body 3 locked so as to straddle the band members 2A and 2B are bonded to form the side portion 1a. Thereby, the pants-type diaper 1 having the elastic waist band members 2A and 2B can be assembled.
[0039]
A loop portion 26b (or a hook portion 26a) of the first surface fastener 26 is attached to a substantially central position in the width direction W of the outer surface of the exterior sheet 6 of the band members 2A and 2B. In addition, if the exterior sheet 6 is a nonwoven fabric sheet, it can have a function as a loop part of the hook-and-loop fastener, so that the loop part 26b can be omitted.
[0040]
The contraction force of the locking portions of the band members 2A and 2B to which the loop portions 26b of the first surface fastener 26 are attached is set to be smaller than the other portions.
[0041]
As a method of setting the expansion / contraction force to be small, in a state where the waist elastic member 7 and the body fitting elastic member 8 are sandwiched between the interior sheet 5 and the exterior sheet 6, the interior sheet 5 The elastic force for waist is reduced by cutting the waist elastic member 7 and the body fitting elastic member 8 from the outside of the interior sheet 5 and the exterior sheet 6 so as not to adhere the exterior sheet 5 and the exterior sheet 6. In addition, the waist elastic member 7 and the body fitting elastic member 8 are bonded between the interior sheet 5 and the exterior sheet 6 with the elastic member 7 sandwiched therebetween, and the contraction force is reduced by a plurality of fine cutting lines. The body-fitting elastic member 8 may be cut into small pieces. In addition, it is also possible to adopt a method of reducing the expansion ratio of the waist elastic member 7 and the body fitting elastic member 8 only at the portion that is hooked on the locking portion.
[0042]
As described above, when the contraction force of the waist elastic member 7 and the body fitting elastic member 8 is reduced, the tightening of the wearer's abdomen is loosened, so that the wearing feeling becomes comfortable.
[0043]
The absorbent main body 3 is formed by sandwiching an hourglass-shaped absorbent core 11 between the top sheet 9 and the back sheet 10, and extends in the front-rear direction X of the diaper.
[0044]
On both sides of the inner surface (upper surface) of the backsheet 10 of the absorbent main body 3, base ends 15a of rising flaps 15 extending in the diaper front-rear direction X are respectively adhered and raised upward, and the upper ends thereof are raised. It is folded inward, and the flap elastic member 14 is attached in the folded state in the front-rear direction X so that the rising flap 15 rises. The front and rear ends of the rising flap 15 are laid down inward, and the inner surface thereof is adhered to the surface of the top sheet 9 of the absorbent main body 3.
[0045]
The rising flaps 15 can reliably prevent lateral leakage of urine and the like, and the rising flaps 15 preferably have a water-repellent inner surface to prevent exudation of urine and the like.
[0046]
Between the back sheet 10 and the base end portion 15a of the rising flap 15, a leg elastic member 16 is provided in a state of being extended in the front-rear direction X.
[0047]
Due to the contraction force of the leg elastic member 16, both sides of the absorbent main body 3 fit around the leg.
[0048]
A plurality of crotch elastic members 23 are provided in the width direction in a state of being extended in the front-rear direction X at a position below the absorbent core 11 of the absorbent main body 3.
[0049]
Due to the contraction force of the crotch elastic member 23, the absorbent core 11 comes into closer contact with the wearer's crotch.
[0050]
The crotch elastic member 23 can be provided between the absorbent core 11 and the back sheet 10 as shown in FIG. 3 (b), and can be attached to the covering sheet 24 as shown in FIG. 3 (c). It may be added between the absorbent core 11.
[0051]
The front and rear ends of the inner surface of the rising flap 15 are adhered to the back sheet 10, and a hook 26 a (or a loop 26 b) of the first surface fastener 26 is provided on the outer surface of the front and rear ends of the rising flap 15. It is attached to the upper and lower two places. As shown in FIG. 7, the hook portion 26a may be vertically elongated to be attached at one place.
[0052]
The hook 26a of the first surface fastener 26 located at the front and rear ends 3a, 3b of the absorbent main body 3 is detachably engaged with the loop 26b of the first surface fastener 26 of the band members 2A, 2B. Become so.
[0053]
The interior sheet 5 is preferably made of a nonwoven material having a hydrophilic inner surface. For example, a liquid-permeable nonwoven material is preferable. More preferably, the surface of a non-woven fabric material using hydrophilic fibers (cellulose, rayon, cotton, etc.) or a hydrophobic fiber (polypropylene, polyethylene, polester, polyamide, nylon, etc.) is treated with a surfactant to be liquid-permeable. The non-woven material is used. Further, a water-repellent nonwoven material and a liquid-permeable nonwoven material may be combined with each other, the outer surface of the liquid-permeable nonwoven material may be subjected to a water-repellent treatment, and vice versa. May be subjected to a hydrophilic treatment. Preferably, a liquid-permeable nonwoven material having a basis weight of 10 to 25 g / m2 is used.
[0054]
The outer sheet 6 is preferably made of a water-repellent nonwoven material (spunbonded nonwoven fabric, meltblown nonwoven fabric, SMS nonwoven fabric, etc.). Most preferably, a water-repellent nonwoven material having a basis weight of 10 to 25 g / m2 is used.
[0055]
The top sheet 9 is preferably made of a liquid-permeable nonwoven material. For example, a nonwoven fabric material using hydrophilic fibers (cellulose, rayon, cotton, etc.) or a surface of hydrophobic fibers (polypropylene, polyethylene, polester, polyamide, nylon, etc.) is treated with a surfactant to make it liquid-permeable. A non-woven material is used. Preferably, the surface of the hydrophobic fiber having a basis weight of 10 to 25 g / m2 is treated with a surfactant and a liquid-permeable nonwoven material (point-bonded nonwoven fabric, air-through nonwoven fabric, etc.) is used.
[0056]
The back sheet 10 may be made of a water-repellent nonwoven material (spunbonded nonwoven fabric, melt-blown nonwoven fabric, SMS nonwoven fabric, etc.) or a plastic film (air-permeable or non-air-permeable). Plastic films are preferred.) And composite materials thereof. More preferably, a breathable polyethylene film having a basis weight of 15 to 40 g / m2 is used. As still another embodiment, a water-repellent material having a basis weight of 10 to 20 g / m2 is added to a breathable polyethylene film having a basis weight of 15 to 25 g / m2. A so-called cross-like film bonded with a hot-melt adhesive or the like is used with its nonwoven material side facing the back.
[0057]
The absorbent core 11 may be a coated sheet such as a paper sheet such as a tissue paper or a liquid-permeable nonwoven sheet formed by mixing an absorbent core obtained by mixing a granular polymer absorbent with a hydrophilic fiber aggregated layer such as crushed pulp fiber or cellulose fiber. This is an absorbent body wrapped in 24 and formed into a predetermined shape. In order to maintain the shape even if the wearer walks or rolls over, the predetermined shape holding means (such as applying a hot melt adhesive or mixing synthetic fibers in the hydrophilic fiber aggregate layer or on the sheet) ) May be applied. Further, a sheet-like absorber (for example, an air-laid absorber) obtained by molding the above-mentioned fiber or polymer absorber into a sheet shape may be used after being formed into a predetermined shape (rectangular, hourglass type, or the like). It should be understood that the cover sheet 24 is not shown, but the cover sheet 24 exists.
[0058]
For each of the elastic members 7 and the like, a polyurethane thread, a polyurethane film, an SEBS-based film, natural rubber, or the like can be appropriately used.
[0059]
The bonding of each of the above materials is not limited to the bonding using a hot melt adhesive, and ultrasonic bonding, thermal bonding, or the like can be appropriately used. The hot melt adhesive is appropriately selected from rubber, polyolefin, vinyl acetate, etc. hot melt adhesives, direct coater coating, indirect spiral coating, melt blow (curtain spray) coating, bead coating, etc. Is applied. In addition, about the said side part 1a, thermal bonding is preferable.
[0060]
If the pants-type diaper 1 is configured as described above, since the pants-type diaper 1 is basically a combination of the band members 2A and 2B and the absorbent main body 3, the structure is simple and the manufacturing is easy. , Will be cheaper.
[0061]
Further, hook portions 26a of the first surface fastener 26 of the front and rear ends 3a, 3b of the absorbent main body 3 are detachably locked to the loop portions 26b of the first surface fastener 26 on the outer surfaces of the band members 2A, 2B. Therefore, the feeling of wearing around the belly and back of the wearer is reduced and the wearing feeling becomes comfortable. The loop portions 26b of the first surface fastener 26 are attached to the inner surfaces of the band members 2A and 2B, and the hook portions 26a of the first surface fastener 26 attached to the back surfaces of the front and rear ends 3a and 3b of the absorbent main body 3 are attached and detached. Locking is also possible.
[0062]
As described above, since the absorbent main body 3 is detachable from the band members 2A and 2B, replacement can be easily performed when the absorbent main body 3 becomes dirty. It should be noted that even when an auxiliary absorbent such as a urine absorbing pad is overlaid on the absorbent main body 3 and used together, the urine absorbing pad can be easily replaced.
[0063]
Furthermore, since the elasticity of the locking portions of the band members 2A and 2B to which the loop portions 26b of the first surface fastener 26 are attached is set to be smaller than that of the other portions, the loop portions 26b are less likely to contract due to the contracting force. In addition, the loop portion 26b of the absorbent main body 3 can be easily attached and detached.
[0064]
Furthermore, since the front and rear end portions 3a and 3b of the absorbent main body 3 are detachably locked to the band members 2A and 2B by the first surface fastener 26, replacement is easy when the absorbent main body 3 becomes dirty. I can do it.
[0065]
Further, the first surface fastener 26 allows the absorbent body 3 to be easily and quickly attached and detached, and instead of providing the loop portions 26b and 27b of the surface fasteners 26 and 27, a nonwoven fabric sheet is used as the loop portions 26b and 27b. If used, the loop portions 26b and 27b can be omitted, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the pants-type diaper 1 can be reduced in cost. Instead of the surface fasteners 26 and 27, a peelable adhesive may be used.
[0066]
FIG. 4 shows a first modification, in which the front end 3a of the absorbent main body 3 is detachably locked to the front band member 2A with the first surface fastener 26, and the rear end 3b of the absorbent main body 3 is provided. Is bonded to the rear band member 2B with a hot melt adhesive or the like.
[0067]
Accordingly, when an auxiliary absorbent such as a urine absorbing pad is overlaid on the absorbent main body 3 and used together, the urine absorbing pad can be easily replaced.
[0068]
Also, of the waist elastic members 7 and the body-fitting elastic members 8 of the band members 2A and 2B to which the loop portions 26b of the first surface fastener 26 are attached, only the contraction of the locking portions of the body-fitting elastic members 8 is performed. Is set smaller than the other portions so that the loop portion 26b, which is the locking portion, does not catch on the waist elastic member 7.
[0069]
Accordingly, the pants-type diaper 1 can be prevented from slipping down by the contracting force of the waist elastic member 7, and the tightening of the abdomen of the wearer by the body-fitting elastic member 8 becomes loose, so that the wearing feeling becomes comfortable.
[0070]
5 to 7 show a second modification, in which the front band member 2A is elongated in the width direction W, and cut in the front-rear direction X at a substantially intermediate position in the width direction W. 2b, the hook portions 27a of the second surface fastener 27 are attached to the upper and lower portions on the outer surface of the inner cut end 2a, and the nonwoven fabric sheet on the inner surface of the outer cut end 2b is attached to the outer surface of the hook and loop fastener. The cut end portions 2a and 2b are detachably locked by the second surface fastener 27 so as to have a function as a loop portion 27b. The hook portion 27a can be vertically elongated to be attached at one location.
[0071]
As a result, the front band member 2A can be opened to the left and right positions, so that the pants-type diaper 1 can be easily attached to and removed from the wearer.
[0072]
FIGS. 8 and 9 show a third modification, in which the absorbent main body 3 ′ is curved and spreads from the crotch part R in the front-rear direction, and the width W3 of the rear part is wider than the width W2 of the front part. It is formed in a shape. The elastic member 16 for leg rotation is attached in an extended state along the curvature on both sides of the crotch portion R.
[0073]
Then, as shown in FIG. 9 (a), in a region G where the crotch side edges of the band members 2A and 2B and the absorbent main body 3 'overlap, the outer peripheral edge of the absorbent main body 3' and the elastic member 16 for leg rotation are provided. It is preferable that the positional relationship be such that it intersects a wide curved portion.
[0074]
As a result, the absorbent main body 3 ′ is formed in a gourd shape and the leg elastic members 16 are attached along the curved portions on both sides of the crotch portion R. And the leg elastic member 16 fits more around the leg, so that lateral leakage hardly occurs.
[0075]
Also, as shown in FIG. 9A, the left and right hook portions 26a at the front and rear portions of the absorbent main body 3 'are provided at both sides of the absorbent core 11, and are absorbed between the left and right hook portions 26a. When the hook portion 26a 'is also provided at the upper position of the absorbent core 11, the engagement with the absorbent main body 3' becomes more reliable.
