Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a framed motor having both prevention of idling of a stator and a ground structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a motor in which a frame is shrunk on a stator core to prevent idling of the stator core by pressing the frame (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 06-105487
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, only the pressing force of the conventional frame described above may cause the stator to run idle when the pressing force is insufficient due to dimensional variations in the inner diameter of the frame. Thereafter, it was necessary to form a hole by co-machining and press-fit a connecting pin into the hole to prevent idling of the stator.
[0005]
Although the connecting pin did not fall off when pressed in, it could not be disassembled into a stator and a frame and could not be regenerated even if a failure occurred in the stator. Further, drilling is a step after fixing of shrinkage due to positioning, and there is a problem that cutting powder generated by drilling adheres to the stator winding and causes foreign matter to enter.
[0006]
In addition, it is required that the motor housing be grounded (frame ground) for safety measures, and a stator core having windings and a bracket (or frame) are electrically connected to each other so that the bracket (or frame) is connected. There is a demand for an earth structure that is easy to connect to.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to solve such a conventional problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a motor having both prevention of idling of a stator and a simple grounding structure.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a stator in which a stator core having a concave portion on the outer periphery is wound, a metal frame fixed to the outer periphery of the stator core, and a screw fixed to the frame. A bolt is provided, and the tip of the bolt is engaged with a concave portion of the iron core to prevent idling of the stator and the frame.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the motor with a frame according to the first aspect of the present invention prevents the stator and the frame from running idle by engaging the tip of the bolt with the recess of the stator core.
[0010]
Further, in the motor with a frame according to the second aspect, the ground terminal is fixed to the frame by bolts for preventing idling, so that the ground structure can be simplified.
[0011]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0012]
The embodiment is a motor with a frame in which a core is inserted into a frame.
[0013]
In FIG. 1, an aluminum frame 1 is fixed to the outer periphery of a stator core 2 by shrink fitting. The stator core 2 is formed by laminating stator teeth provided with concave portions 3 on the outer peripheral side. A winding (not shown) is applied to the stator core 2 to form a stator.
[0014]
The position of the female screw provided in the frame 1 in advance and the position of the concave portion 3 of the stator core 2 are matched and shrink-fitted. Although the holding force of the frame 1 and the stator core 2 can be secured to some extent by the pressing force due to shrinkage, in the case of a motor having a large output torque, the holding force in the rotating direction becomes insufficient. Tighten until it engages with the recess 3 of the iron core 2. At this time, when the lug plate 5 for the ground terminal is screwed together, the frame 1, the stator core 2 and the lug plate 5 are electrically connected.
[0015]
By the way, since the frame 1 and the stator core 2 have a certain holding force due to shrinkage fitting, the work of attaching the bolt 1 and the lug plate 5 to the frame 1 can be completed at the end of the assembly process. Further, since the ground wire can be finally connected to the lug plate 5, there is no need to worry about disconnection during the process, and a simple configuration in which the assembling work is easy can be realized.
[0016]
When the motor is driven, a rotational torque acts on the stator winding. However, the tip of the bolt 4 is in contact with the recess 3 of the stator core 2, so that idling with the frame 1 can be prevented.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above embodiment, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a motor having both prevention of idling of the stator and a simple grounding structure.
