本発明は、ペットの散歩中に、引き紐を過引っ張りをさせないで躾や訓練をするための、ペット用過引張防止・訓練装置に関する。

従来のペット用過引張防止・訓練装置には、引き綱に加わる張力によりスイッチ部が動作し、飼い主の音声が出力されるペット用訓練装置がある。(特許文献1参照。)
以下、図9、図10により従来のペット用訓練装置について説明する。
これは、ペットに装着され引き綱22を有する取付具21と、引き綱22に加わる張力により動作するスイッチ部23と、取付具21に設けられスイッチ部23の動作によりペットの飼い主の声を記憶した音声記憶メモリ30から音声を読み出しスピーカ25から音声出力を得る音声出力再生回路29と、各部へ電力を供給する電源部28を備えたことを特徴とするものである。

従来、犬などのペットに首輪や胴輪を付け、それに引き紐を付けて散歩させる際に、ペットが引き紐を強く引きすぎて、飼い主が引っ張られる事が多かった。ペットに注意しても聞き分けがなく、躾や訓練上にも好ましくなかった。ペットの引く力が強いときには、飼い主が転倒したり、車に接触することもあり危険であった。また、他人や他人のペットに怪我を負わせる事故もあった。散歩コースも飼い主ではなくペットが引っ張って決め、飼い主がそれに付いて行くこともあった。静かな市街地や、夜間の市街地は音が響くので、大きな音や声でペットに注意を促すことができなかった。ペットの首輪を引き紐で強く引くと、ペットが呼吸困難や、脳貧血、首の障害等を起こすこともあった。

以下、図面に示す実施の形態により、本発明を詳細に説明する。
