Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting fixture for a wiring/piping material, its fixing member, its fixing device, and its fixing method that can easily and safely support and construct the wiring/piping material along a wall surface without paying attention to a risk of causing a fire in a nearby site irrespective of whether or not it is designated as a "No Fire" area. <P>SOLUTION: This supporting fixture for a wiring/piping material is provided with a supporting fixture 2 that is bonded to an installation face, and a fixing member 11 for bonding the supporting fixture 2 on the installation face. 本発明は、天井や壁等の壁面に沿って管・ケーブル等の配線・配管材を支持するために使用する配線・配管材用支持具、その固定具、その固定装置及びその固定方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、天井や壁等の壁面に沿って管・ケーブル等の配線・配管材を支持するために支持具を使用していた。また、前記支持具を壁面に固定するために工具を使用していた。従来のこの種の支持具として、例えば、特許文献1及び特許文献2に掲載の技術が開示されている。また、従来のこの種の工具として、例えば、特許文献3に掲載の技術が開示されている。

図25は、従来の配線・配管材用支持具を示す。
図25において、支持具41は合成樹脂で形成されており、方形板状の接着板42と、該接着板42の下面に一体に形成されたフック43とで構成されている。前記接着板42の中央部には充填孔が上下に貫通して設けられている。また、前記フック43はその下半部の支持部44で管・ケーブル等の配線・配管材32を収容して支持する。前記フック43の上半部は前記配線・配管材32を挿入するための挿入部45となっており、該挿入部45には前記支持部44に支持されている配線・配管材32の抜け出しを防止する抜出し防止爪46が設けられている。この抜出し防止爪46の上端部は屈曲条に形成されたばね部47が形成されており、該ばね部47によって該抜出し防止爪46の全体が弾性変形可能となっている。

また、前記支持具41の接着板42の充填孔には下方から接着剤収容体48の吐出口部が差し込まれており、その接着剤収容体48の容器49は押し潰し可能で内部には接着剤が収容されている。

この接着剤収容体48を備えた支持具41を天井壁50に接着固定するには、接着剤収容体48の容器49の吐出口部を開口し、一方の手で該支持具41の接着板42を天井壁50に当てがい、他方の手で接着剤収容体48の容器49を押し潰す。すると、前記容器49の内部に収容されている接着剤が吐出口部から出て支持具41の接着板42の上面と天井壁50との間に充填される。そこで、接着剤が固化するまでの間、一方の手で支持具41を保持し続ければ、支持具41は天井壁50に固定され、配線・配管材32は前記支持具41のフック43に支持されて天井壁50に沿って取付けられる。

ところが、このような支持具の貼着に、有機溶剤を使用した常温乾燥型の接着剤を使用する場合は、予め大量の接着剤を用意する必要があった。また、現場にて、配線・配管経路に沿った適宜間隔毎に配設される大量の支持具のそれぞれに接着剤を塗布しながら壁面に固定していく作業は極めて面倒であった。更には、この種の接着剤は有機溶剤の揮散によって乾燥、固化させるものであるから、一般に人体に有害である。

そこで、ホットメルト等の加熱溶融接着剤を使用し、予め支持具に該加熱溶融接着剤を塗布しておき、現場にて、バーナー等で加熱溶融し、該接着面を壁面に所定時間押圧することにより壁面に該支持具を固定することが行なわれている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、バーナー等を使用して施工するにあたっては、現場によって、火気等の使用が厳禁とされる場合があり、ホットメルト等の加熱溶融接着剤を溶融することによる支持具は使用できないことがあった。

また、火気厳禁でなくとも、新築の建築現場等においては、他の設備工事も同時に行なわれていることも多く、例えば、現場付近にてガス配管工事等が行なわれていれば、火気を用いての施工は極めて危険であり、非常に注意を要すべき作業となっていた。

そこで、本発明は、火気厳禁とされる現場においても配線・配管材を壁面に沿って安全かつ簡単に支持、施工でき、また、火気厳禁でない現場において付近の火気の危険性等に注意を払うことなく、配線・配管材を壁面に沿って安全かつ簡単に支持、施工できる配線・配管材用支持具、その固定具、その固定装置及びその固定方法の提供を課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明にかかる配線・配管材用支持具は、配線・配管材を支持すべく、被貼着面に貼着されるものであって、前記配線・配管材を支持する支持部と、前記被貼着面に貼着される貼着面を備えた本体部とを有し、前記貼着面には、加熱により溶融された後に硬化することにより、該貼着面を前記被貼着面に接着固定する加熱溶融接着剤が予め塗布されているとともに、前記貼着面には、前記塗布された加熱溶融接着剤を溶融させるべく、電気流通によって熱を発生させる電熱線が該貼着面に沿って配線されている。

即ち、前記配線・配管材用支持具は、天井面、壁面等の被貼着面に貼着される貼着面に予め加熱溶融接着剤が塗布されており、この加熱溶融接着剤にホットメルトなどの接着剤が用いられ、加熱することによって溶融し、硬化して被貼着面に接着固定される。加熱溶融接着剤の加熱溶融手段としては電気流通によって熱を発生するニクロム線等の電熱線が用いられ、前記電熱線は前記支持具の貼着面に沿って配線されている。前記加熱溶融接着剤は加熱によって溶融するものであるから、有機溶剤等を混合してなる溶剤型接着剤と異なって、人体に有害な有機溶剤等の溶剤の混合量は極く僅かである。

前記加熱溶融接着剤は電熱線に電流を通してその熱によって溶融し、その溶融状態で貼着面を被貼着面に押圧した後、電気流通を解除して冷却することにより硬化し、貼着面を被貼着面に接着固定する。前記支持具は加熱溶融接着剤を溶融させてから被貼着面に押圧してもよく、被貼着面に押圧してから溶融させてもよい。なお、溶融後の電気流通の解除は貼着面を被貼着面に押圧する前とすることもできる、即ち、溶融後に電気流通を解除して加熱溶融接着剤が硬化を開始する溶融状態で押圧することもできる。

この配線・配管材用支持具は加熱溶融接着剤の加熱溶融をバーナー等の火気を全く使用せず、電熱線による電気流通手段によって行なうから、火気等の使用が厳禁された現場においても管・ケーブル等の配線・配管材を支持する施工を行なうことができる。また、火気厳禁とされていない新築現場付近等において、例えば、ガス配管工事等が行なわれていて火気の使用は極めて危険な現場においても前記配線・配管材を支持する施工を行なうことができる。また、バーナー等を使用せず、電気流通によって加熱するものであるから、取扱いが簡便で施工が容易である。

請求項2の発明にかかる配線・配管材用支持具は、請求項1に記載の電熱線の両端が前記本体部に取付けられた端子部に連結されてなる。この支持具は端子部が、被貼着面に固定するための固定具に設けた接触部である端子と接触することにより電気的に導通される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例を図1乃至図24に基づいて説明する。
図において、配線・配管材用支持具の固定装置1は天井や壁等の壁面の被貼着面31に沿って管・ケーブル等の配線・配管材32を支持するために使用する支持具2と、その支持具2を前記被貼着面31に貼着固定するための固定具11とで構成されている。前記支持具2は一側部に切欠部3aが形成された矩形板状の本体部3と、ビニル紐等で形成されて前記配線・配管材32を支持する支持部4とで形成されている。なお、前記本体部3に切欠部3aを設けたのは、支持具2が図示しない天井からの吊ボルトの近辺に貼着された場合に、その吊ボルトとの干渉を避ける逃がしを形成したものである。

前記支持具2の本体部3は合成樹脂等で形成され、その上面は前記被貼着面31への貼着面5を形成し、予めホットメルト等の加熱溶融接着剤7が一定厚さに塗布されている。前記加熱溶融接着剤7は加熱によって溶融し、硬化することにより接着効果が得られる。前記本体部3の下面は略中央部に略コ字板状の取着部6が突設されており、その取着部6には支持部4を形成するビニル紐等が取着されるようになっている。前記貼着面5に塗布された加熱溶融接着剤7には表層に近い部分に前記加熱溶融接着剤7を加熱するニクロム線等の電熱線8が埋設されており、前記貼着面5の全体に至って略U字状に蛇行して設けられている。但し、前記電熱線8は例えば渦巻状に配設されていてもよく、要するに、前記加熱溶融接着剤7を貼着面5の全体に至ってほぼ均一に加熱、溶融できればどのような形態で配設されていても構わない。

前記電熱線8の両端部は、図7及び図8に示すように、それぞれ前記本体部3の一側端部から先端部分が突出し、更に、側端面3bに沿って裏面側に向けて屈曲している。また、前記側端面3bには左右に奥側程細幅に形成された端子取着空間3cが凹設されており、前記端子取着空間3cにはその開口3dから、略コ字板状に形成された導電性金属板材からなる端子9を挿入し、取着できるようになっている。前記端子9は上下の側板部9aの先端に略V字状に切欠された切欠部9bが形成されており、前記電熱線8が図7に示す屈曲状態において矢印方向に前記端子9を強制的に押込むことにより、前記切欠部9aで前記電熱線8を挟持しつつ前記端子取着空間3c内に収容するものとなっている。また、前記端子9は奥側程細幅となっている前記端子取着空間3c内に強制的に押込まれることによって前記端子取着空間3c内に保持されるとともに、上下の側板部9aが本体部3の側端面3bの下半部を挟持する。これにより、前記端子9は前記本体部3の貼着面5の側面側及び裏面側に臨む状態で前記本体部3に弾性的に強固に保持されるものとなっている。

なお、前記支持具2の貼着面5の上面には被貼着面31に貼着するまでの間、前記貼着面5の表面に塗布された加熱溶融接着剤7を塵埃や傷付きから防止するために、貼着する直前に簡単に剥がせる剥離フィルム10を必要に応じて付着させておくとよい。

次に、前記支持具2を被貼着面31に貼着するために使用する固定具11は先端部に前記支持具2を載置する載置部15が設けられた柄部12と、手で把持される把持部13とで構成され、全体が略竿状をなしている。まず、前記柄部12は中実または中空の丸棒からなる柄部本体14の先端部に載置部15が首振り可能に取付けられている。前記載置部15を首振り可能とする首振り機構16は、図16及び図17に示すように、前記載置部15における柄部本体14と対向する側が半球形状に形成され、他方、前記柄部本体14の先端側は前記載置部15の半球形状の部分を載置できる形状に形成されていて、前記載置部15の半球形状の部分と前記柄部本体14の先端側とはコイルスプリング19により連結されることによって形成されている。したがって、例えば、天井面に支持具2を貼着するときに、周辺の作業状態における作業姿勢との関係から固定具11の柄部本体14が斜めの状態で押圧する場合においても、載置部15の上面は天井面と平行させ、支持具2の貼着面5の全体を天井面に密接させることができる。

前記載置部15は、図1、図2、図14及び図19等に示すように、先端上面に前記支持具2が安定して載置されるように一定深さ凹設されてなる載置面17が形成されており、更に、その下方は略U字溝状に凹設されてなる支持部逃がし空間18が形成され、その支持部逃がし空間18は載置部15の一側面から外部に開口している。前記支持部逃がし空間18は支持具2を載置面17上に載置したときに前記支持具2のビニル紐等からなる支持部4の取着部分を収納するとともに、前記支持部4における配線・配管材32の結束部分を前記載置部15の一側面において外部に開口する開口18aから外部に引出すものとなっている。

一方、前記把持部13は略中空筒状に形成され、外表面に、手で安定して把持し得るよう複数の凹溝が形成されているとともに、内部に前記柄部12の柄部本体14を出し入れ自在に収納している。図1及び図11は柄部本体14が前記把持部13内から完全に突出した状態を示し、この状態は、被貼着面31までの距離が長い現場において使用される態様を示す。他方、図12及び図13は柄部本体14が前記把持部13内に完全に収納された状態を示し、この状態は、被貼着面31までの距離が短かい現場で使用される態様を示す。なお、図示しないが、前記把持部13の内周壁に係合凹部を設け、前記柄部本体14に長さ方向の中間部の複数箇所に前記把持部13の係合凹部と弾性的に係合する係合凸部を設けるなどの手段により、固定具11全体の長さを複数段階に変化させることも可能である。

また、前記把持部13の側面には電熱線8に通電、遮断解除する作動操作を行なうための操作部20が付設されている。前記操作部20を構成する操作箱20aは矩形箱状に形成され、その一側面の略中央における一点鎖線で示した位置に設けた図示しない取着軸を介して、図11の矢印に示すように、上下方向に回動できるようになっている。このように操作部20を上下方向に回動可能であることにより、固定具11の把持部13及び柄部本体14が被貼着面に対して傾斜した状態にあっても、天井を見上げるなどして作業する施工業者は前記操作部20に設けた各種スイッチの操作や各種表示ランプの確認を楽な姿勢で行なうことができる。

前記操作箱20aには加熱溶融接着剤7を加熱溶融する電熱線8に電流を送るバッテリ21が内蔵されており、そのバッテリ21に接続された電線22は前記図示しない取着軸の内部を挿通した後、把持部13及び柄部本体14内を通り、前記首振り機構16内を貫通し、更に、支持部逃がし空間18内で2方向に分岐した後、載置面17の両端部における前記支持具2の端子9と対向する位置に上面側に臨んで設けられた端子23に接続するものとなっている。これにより、バッテリ21から送出される電流は電線22を伝って載置面17の一側の端子23に至り、前記載置面17に載置された支持具2の一側の端子9を伝って前記支持具2の電熱線8内を通流し、再び、他側の端子9及び固定具11の載置面17の他側の端子23から電線22を伝ってバッテリ21に戻る。ここで、前記バッテリ21及び電線22は支持具2の電熱線8に電気を流通させるための電気流通手段となるものである。なお、前記端子23は請求項の接触部に相当するものである。

更に、前記操作部20には、その下面に、電源をON、OFF操作するメインスイッチ24が取付けられており、また、正面には電気流通の開始操作、停止解除操作を兼ねる作動スイッチ25が設けられている。この作動スイッチ25は前記電気流通手段を作動して前記支持具2の電熱線8に電気を流通させる作動手段となるものであるとともに、前記支持具2の電熱線8に電気が流通する状態を解除する解除手段となるものである。更に、前記操作部20の正面にはバッテリ21の充電状態を表示するバッテリランプ21aが取付けられており、充電状態にあるときは、例えば、緑色に点灯し、充電不足状態にあるときは、赤色に点灯し、或いは、消灯するようになっている。また、作動スイッチ25を作動させて電気流通する加熱状態を表示する加熱表示ランプ26及び加熱溶融後通電を解除してから加熱溶融接着剤7が硬化するまで固定具11による押圧状態の維持を表示する養生表示ランプ27が取付けられている。
