Description

【0001】

[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2002-294795 (pages 5 and 6, FIGS. 10 and 12)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional hot water flush toilet seat device, since the upper and lower portions of the circuit board are covered with a sheet-like cover, assembly of the three members becomes complicated. In other words, it is necessary to take a procedure of interposing the circuit board between the sheet-shaped covers and fixing the three members with a plurality of screws while maintaining this state.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention is to provide a hot water flush toilet seat device that can easily perform countermeasures against inundation and dew condensation on a circuit board of a circuit portion that is a main portion of an operation portion without such a problem. Make it an issue.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical measures taken to solve the above-mentioned problem are such that a warm water washing mechanism and other functional parts are activated / deactivated by operating an operation part provided on a case sleeve located on a side of the toilet. In the hot water washing device, the operation unit is installed in the case sleeve communicating with the toilet installation space at an angle with respect to the toilet installation floor, and switches and other electronic elements are arranged to constitute a circuit unit of the functional unit. A circuit board provided, an elastic hood for covering the circuit board from above, and a switch urged through the elastic hood when the switch is mounted on the upper surface of the case sleeve in an externally exposed manner and pressed. And a button for activating the function section.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the hot water flush toilet seat device according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0008]
The hot water flush toilet seat device 10 includes a case 14 including a main body 14A fixed to the rear upper surface of the toilet 12 and a sleeve 14B extending forward from one end of the main body 14A. A well-known hot water cleaning mechanism (not shown) is housed inside the case 14. When the button 20 (22) of the operation unit OP provided on the upper surface of the sleeve 14B is pressed, the switch 30 (32) mounted on the circuit board 28 disposed in the sleeve 14B is turned on. Then, the water pressure is applied to a hot water tank (not shown), and the hot water pushed out of the hot water tank is supplied to the toilet seat 80 pivotally attached to the main body portion 14A of the case 14 from the anal cleaning nozzle 24 (bidet cleaning nozzle 26). It is designed to be sprayed toward an anus (bidet part) of a user (not shown) who sits on the floor. Then, the intensity of the hot water injected from the anal cleaning nozzle 24 (the bidet cleaning nozzle 26) is appropriately adjusted by the amount of rotation of the volume 36 interlocked with the dial 34. When the button 40 that is linked with the stop switch 38 is pressed, the injection of warm water from the anal cleaning nozzle 24 (the bidet cleaning nozzle 26) is stopped, and the switch and other electronic elements (not shown) are As is well known, a circuit portion of the hot water flush toilet seat device 10 is configured.
[0009]

The electronic element is waterproofed. That is, since the buttons 20 and 22 pressed by the user and the dial 34 rotated by the user are mounted so as to be exposed to the outside, the distance between the outer circumference thereof and the inner circumference of the mounting holes 14B1, 14B2, and 14B3. Logically inevitably creates a clearance. Through this clearance, for example, water droplets may enter the sleeve portion 14B due to splashing of water at the time of hand washing or cleaning. In such a case, the circuit board 28 is covered with an elastic hood 50 from the upper side in a watertight manner to protect the switches 30, 32, 38 and other electronic elements mounted on the circuit board 28 from water droplets. ing. As a material of the elastic hood 50, for example, silicon rubber can be adopted.
[0010]
As a countermeasure against dew condensation on the switches 30, 32, 38 and other electronic elements mounted on the circuit board 28, a hole 14C is formed below the distal end of the sleeve 14B so as to always sufficiently communicate with the outside. You. The hole 14C prevents the temperature difference between the internal space of the sleeve 14B and the space in which the toilet 12 is installed (the toilet installation space), thereby preventing the dew condensation itself of the circuit board 28.
[0011]
The circuit board 28 on which the elastic hood 50 is covered in a water-tight manner is inclined as a whole with respect to the installation surface of the toilet 12. Even if water drops adhere to the elastic hood 50, the water drops fall from the garter 28 </ b> G. Then, it passes through the hole 14C and is discharged out of the sleeve 14B.
[0012]
The elastic hood 50 is integrally formed with rising portions 50A and 50B that completely cover the switches 30 and 32, and rising portions 50C that halfly cover the volume 36 in the height direction. The shaft of the volume 36 penetrates the rising portion 50C in a liquid-tight and rotatable manner. The inward protrusions 50AP and 50BP of the rising portions 50A and 50B are in contact with the switches 30 and 32. The side walls 50AS and 50BS of the rising portions 50A and 50B are formed in a thin shape, and when the buttons 20 and 22 are pressed, the thin side walls 50AS and 50BS of the rising portions 50A and 50B move in the axial direction (up and down in the figure). Direction) to give the user a sense of moderation or click.
[0013]
The elastic hood 50 is permeable by being formed of silicone rubber. In the rising portions 50A and 50B, LEDs 60 and 62 that are turned on when the user sits on the toilet seat 80 are provided. After the light passes through the rising portions 50A and 50B, the buttons 20 and 22 are transparent. Are easily recognized by the user by the light rays. Note that light is not transmitted except for the transparent pictographic portions of the buttons 20 and 22.
[0014]
As described above, the embodiment of the present invention has been described, but the present invention is not intended to be limited to the above-described embodiment, and any warm water flush toilet seat device according to the gist of the present invention can be used. May be.
[0015]
