本発明は、化粧料及びその組成物に関し、更に詳細には、ポンプフォーマータイプの泡沫状化粧料に好適な化粧料及びその為の化粧料組成物に関する。

【従来の技術】
化粧料の機能として、「肌を清浄に整える」ことは薬事法にも規定されているとおり、重要な機能の一つである。この意味で、所謂洗浄用の化粧料は重要な化粧品構成の一つと言える。通常洗浄用の化粧料は、油性汚れを落とす油性洗浄料(クレンジング化粧料)と水性洗浄料の二種が存し、これらを用いて、油性洗浄料で油性汚れを落とした後、水性洗浄料で水性汚れを落とす、「ダブル洗顔」による洗浄が広く用いられている。かかる洗浄料の内、油性洗浄料として最も一般的なものは、液体脂を多く含有する、高内相の水中油エマルションタイプのクレンジング化粧料であるが、かかる洗浄料は、油汚れを落とす作用に優れるものの、使用後油脂が皮膚上に残存し、水性洗浄料による洗浄無しには不都合のあるものである。従って、外出先で簡単にメークアップ落としをして、化粧直しをするには、この様な油性の洗浄料は使用しにくい性質のものであった。この様な観点から、ウオッシュオフタイプの油性洗浄料が開発されているが、これについては水でウオッシュオフしやすければ油性汚れが落としにくく、油性汚れが落としやすければウオッシュオフしにくい傾向があり、完全なものとは言い難かった。この様な状況を背景に、水馴染みの良い組成物を泡沫状に噴出させて、泡の表面張力の低さを利用して油性汚れを落とす、フォーム状クレンジングの技術が開発されている。この様なフォーム状クレンジングの内、環境的な配慮からポンプフォーマーを用いたものとしては、例えば、両性界面活性剤を泡沫形成剤として用いたもの(例えば、特許文献1)、非イオン界面活性剤とアニオン性界面活性剤の組合せを用いたもの(例えば、特許文献2、3)或いはアルキルアミノジカルボン酸を用いたもの(例えば、特許文献4)などが存するが、これらの何れもがイオン性界面活性剤を用いたものである。イオン性界面活性剤を用いると、一次刺激が高まり、敏感肌の人には使いにくい欠点が生じるが、非イオン界面活性剤のみではこれまでのところ好適な泡沫は得られていない。即ち、非イオン性界面活性剤のみを界面活性剤として使用し、フォーム状クレンジング料に好適な泡沫を形成させる組成物の開発が望まれていた。

一方、1)非イオン界面活性剤3〜10重量%と2)多価アルコール2〜5重量%と3)水70〜95重量%とを含有するフォーム形成用の化粧料組成物は全く知られていないし、かかる組成物をポンプフォーマーに充填してなる化粧料も知られていない。更に、かかる化粧料が生ずる泡沫が、水性であるにも係わらず、優れた油性汚れ除去効果を有していることも全く知られていない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、この様な状況下為されたものであり、非イオン性界面活性剤のみを界面活性剤として使用し、フォーム状クレンジング料に好適な泡沫を形成させる組成物を提供することを課題とする。

【課題の解決手段】
この様な状況に鑑みて、本発明者らは、非イオン性界面活性剤のみを界面活性剤として使用し、フォーム状クレンジング料に好適な泡沫を形成させる組成物を求めて、鋭意研究努力を重ねた結果、1)非イオン界面活性剤3〜10重量%と2)多価アルコール2〜5重量%と3)水70〜95重量%とを含有するフォーム形成用の化粧料組成物がその様な特性を有していることを見出し、発明を完成させるに至った。即ち、本発明は、以下に示す技術に関するものである。
(1)ポンプフォーマー用の組成物であって、1)非イオン界面活性剤3〜10重量%と2)多価アルコール2〜5重量%と3)水70〜95重量%とを含有することを特徴とする、泡沫形成組成物。
(2)前記非イオン性界面活性剤として、脂肪酸ポリオキシエチレングリセリルを含有することを特徴とする、(1)に記載の泡沫形成組成物。
(3)前記非イオン性界面活性剤として、ポリグリセリンの脂肪酸エステルを含有することを特徴とする、(1)又は(2)に記載の泡沫形成組成物。
(4)実質的にアニオン性界面活性剤を含有しないことを特徴とする、(1)〜(3)何れか1項に記載の泡沫形成組成物。
(5)クレンジング用の化粧料組成物であることを特徴とする、(1)〜(4)何れか1項に記載の泡沫形成組成物。
(6)(1)〜(5)何れか1項に記載の泡沫形成組成物をフォーマー容器に充填してなる、化粧料。
(7)クレンジング化粧料であることを特徴とする、(6)に記載の化粧料。
