Abstract
【解決手段】 油圧シリンダ(19)により駆動されるスイングブーム(15)が停止すると、慣性により油圧シリンダの室(40、42)の圧力を増加させるブームの振動が生じる。最終的に、この圧力はブームの方向を逆転させるレベルに達する。反対のシリンダ室(42、40)の圧力はブームの動きを再度逆転させるレベルに達するまで増加する。この振動はブームに作用する他の力により収まるまで継続する。結果として、オペレータはブームを正しく位置決めすることが困難になる。この振動効果を減らすため、センサー(48、49)はシリンダ室の圧力が任意の大きさ以上に上昇する時を検出し、圧力の変化率が規定の閾値以下であるときが判定される。振動が生じると、制御バルブ(33、34)が開きシリンダ室(42、40)内の圧力を逃がす。

Claims (21)
- 流体が流れるバルブアセンブリ(30)に接続された油圧アクチュエータ(19)により駆動される部材(15)の動きを制御する方法において、
任意の方向の前記部材の動きを停止させることを示す命令を受信する工程と;
前記命令の受信に応答して、前記部材(15)の動きを止めるため前記油圧アクチュエータ(19)を動作させる工程と;
前記部材の動きで変化するパラメータを検出する工程と;
前記部材の動きが停止するように且つ指示の発生に応答して所定の条件が生じるときを判断するためパラメータを分析する工程と;
前記支持と前記命令の受信に応答して、前記油圧アクチュエータ(19)の圧力を解放する工程と;
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記パラメータを分析する工程が前記部材(15)の動きが所定の速度に低下した時を判断することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記パラメータを分析する工程が前記油圧アクチュエータ(19)で生じる圧力を検出する工程からなり;
前記パラメータを分析する工程が圧力変化率を判断し、前記変化率が所定の閾値以下である場合に前記指示を発生することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記パラメータを分析する工程が前記パラメータの変化率を決定し、前記変化率が所定の閾値を有する場合に前記指示を発生することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記油圧アクチュエータ(19)の圧力を解放する工程が制御バルブ(33、34)を開口する工程からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記油圧アクチュエータ(19)の圧力を解放する工程がさらに閾値より大きい前記油圧アクチュエータの圧力に応答することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記油圧アクチュエータに接続された圧力リリーフバルブが閉じられるかどうかを判断する工程をさらに含み、前記油圧アクチュエータ(19)の圧力を解放する工程が閉鎖する前記油圧アクチュエータに応答して生じることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記圧力リリーフバルブ(37、39)が閉じるかどうかを判断する工程が前記油圧アクチュエータ(19)の圧力を所定の圧力レベルと比較することに基づいていることを特徴とする請求項7項記載の方法。
- 前記圧力リリーフバルブ(37、39)が閉鎖されないと判断されると、前記バルブアセンブリ内のバルブ(33、34)を開口する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記油圧アクチュエータ(19)に接続された圧力リリーフバルブ(37、39)が前記命令の受信後に開くかどうかを判断する工程と;
前記圧力リリーフバルブ(37、39)が開状態であることを判断した後、前記圧力リリーフバルブの閉鎖を検出する工程と;
前記圧力リリーフバルブ(37、39)の閉鎖の検出後、前記油圧アクチュエータ(19)に残る圧力を解放する制御バルブ(33、34)を開く工程と;
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記圧力リリーフバルブ(37、39)の閉鎖を検出する工程が前記油圧アクチュエータ(19)の圧力が任意のレベル以下に低下するときを検出する工程からなることを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記油圧アクチュエータ(19)が第1室(40)と第2室(42)を有し;パラメータを検出する工程が前記第1室の圧力を検出する工程と、前記第1室の圧力変化率を決定する工程とを有し;前記パラメータを分析する工程が前記圧力変化率が所定の閾値以下である時を決定する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第1室(40)の圧力を解放する工程が前記第1室の圧力が所定の閾値を超えてからのみで生じることを特徴とする請求項12記載の方法。
- 圧力を解放する工程は任意の期間前記第1シリンダ室に接続された制御バルブ(34)を開口する工程からなることを特徴とする請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記命令の受信に応答して前記第2シリンダ室(42)の圧力を解放する工程をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記第2シリンダ室(42)の圧力を解放する工程が所定の期間制御バルブ(33)を開口する工程からなることを特徴とする請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記第1室(40)に接続された圧力リリーフバルブ(39)が開口しているか閉鎖しているかどうかを決定する工程をさらに含み;
前記命令の受信後、
(a)もし前記圧力リリーフバルブ(39)が開くと、前記圧力リリーフバルブが閉鎖する時を決定し、前記油圧アクチュエータ(19)の前記第1室(40)に残っている圧力を解放する工程と;
(b)もし前記圧力リリーフバルブ(39)が閉じると、前記第1室(40)の変化率を決定し、所定の閾値以下である前記変化率に応答して前記圧力を解放する工程と;
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記命令に応答して前記油圧アクチュエータ(19)の第2室(42)の圧力を解放する工程をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項17記載の方法。
- 前記圧力リリーフバルブ(39)が開くかどうかを決定する工程が前記第1室(40)の圧力が任意の圧力レベル以上であるかどうかを決定する工程からなることを特徴とする請求項17記載の方法。
- 前記圧力リリーフバルブ(39)が閉じるときを決定する工程が前記第1室(40)の圧力が任意の圧力レベル以下に低下するときを検出する工程からなることを特徴とする請求項17記載の方法。
- 前記圧力リリーフバルブ(39)が閉じるときを決定する工程が前記第1室(40)の圧力が減少し、圧力が前記油圧アクチュエータ(19)の第2室(42)で増加するときを検出する工程からなることを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。
