【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は多段形オープンショーケースなどを対象とするショーケースに関し、詳しくはケース本体の上部前面に構築したキャノピー部の組立構造に係わる。

【従来の技術】
まず、頭記した多段形オープンショーケースの構成、およびそのケース本体に構築したキャノピー部の従来構造を図3〜図5に示す。図3はオープンショーケースの全体図であり、1は前面開放形の断熱筐体になるケース本体、2はケース本体1の庫内に上下段に並べて設けた商品陳列棚、3はケース本体1の冷気循環ダクトに配した冷却器(冷凍機のエバポレータ)、4は送風ファンであり、ケース本体1の上部前面には前方に向け庇状に突き出した蛍光灯付きのキャノピー部(天蓋)5を構成している(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。

次に、前記キャノピー部5の従来例として、特許文献1に開示されているキャノピー部の組立構造を図4,図5に示す。すなわち、キャノピー部5には、ケース本体1の前面にリブ状の取付板6を介して後傾姿勢に組付けた長尺なライトレール7と、ライトレール7の下面にホルダ8を介して取付けた蛍光灯9と、蛍光灯9の前方を覆ってキャノピー部の前面に縦向きに布設した電照板10を装備している。
ここで、電照板10は透光性樹脂で作られた長尺板であり、前記ライトレール7の上縁部7aとキャノピー部5の天井,前面に被せたフロントパネル11の下縁部11aとの間の隙間に上縁を差込み、下縁側は次記のようにフック兼用のモール12を介して吊り金具13で担持するようにしている。

すなわち、電照板10の下縁には、その長手方向に沿って断面S字形のモール(アルミ材の押出成形品)12を嵌め込んで接着剤により接合しておく。一方,電照板10の背後側には上端をライトレール13に固定した左右一対の吊り金具13を設け、この吊り金具の間に跨がってその先端に折り返し形成したフック部13aに前記モール12を掛合して電照板10を縦向き姿勢に担持し、さらに背後側から吊り金具13の下端部に化粧ビス14をねじ込み、そのねじ軸でモール12を吊り金具のフック部13aに押さえ込んで電照板10が外れないように固定している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、図4に示したキャノピー部5の従来構造では、電照板10の下端側を掛合支持する手段として、電照板10とは別部品のフック兼用モール12,および化粧ビス14を用いて吊り金具13に掛合支持するようにしており、このために組立部品の点数,組立工数が増して製作コストが嵩む問題があった。また、ショーケースのロケーション先で実施する清掃などのメンテナンス作業で、電照板10をキャノピー部5から着脱する場合には、化粧ビス14をねじ操作する必要があって作業に手間が掛かる。

本発明は上記の点に鑑みなされたものであり、その目的は前記課題を解決し、部品点数,組立工数を削減して製作コストの低減化が図れ、併せて据付け先現地でのメンテナンスで電照板を着脱する作業が楽に行えるようにキャノピー部の組立構造を改良したショーケースを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明によれば、ケース本体の前面上部に蛍光灯付きのキャノピー部を構築したショーケースであって、前記キャノピー部に、蛍光灯を支持するライトレール,蛍光灯の前方を覆ってキャノピー部の前面に布設した電照板,および電照板を背後から支持する左右の吊り金具を装備したものにおいて、
樹脂成形品になる前記電照板と一体に、その下縁から背後に突き出したフック部を押出し成形しておき、組立工程では前記フック部を前記吊り金具の先端フック部に掛合して電照板を支持するように構成し(請求項1)、従来の組立構造で用いていたアルミ製のモールを省略して部品点数,組立工数を削減する。

また、電照板が吊り金具から外れないように固定する手段として、本発明では従来の化粧ビスの代わりに樹脂製のピン形クリップを用い、該クリップを吊り金具に形成したピン穴に圧挿して電照板のフック部を掛合位置に押付け保持するようにする(請求項2)。この樹脂製のピン形クリップは化粧ビスに比べて安価に市場から入手でき、また作業面でもクリップをピン穴に押し込むだけの簡単なワンタッチ操作で装着でき、従来の化粧ビスのようにねじ込み操作が必要なくて作業能率も改善される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図1,図2に示す実施例に基づいて説明する。なお、実施例の図中で図4,図5に対応する部材には同じ符号を付してその説明は省略する。
すなわち、図示実施例における電照板10には、その長手方向に沿って下縁から背後へ突き出すようにフック部10aが電照板10と一体に押出し成形されている。そして、キャノピー部5の組立工程で、電照板10の下端を吊り金具13に掛合支持させる際には、図4,図5の従来構造で採用していたモール12を省略し、電照板10に一体成形したフック部10aを直接吊り金具13の先端フック部13aに掛合して所定の組立位置に支持させる。

また、吊り金具13に掛合した電照板10が外れないように固定する手段として、図示実施例ではロックピンとして広く使われている樹脂製のピン形クリップ15を用意する。そして、吊り金具13のフック部13aに電照板10のフック部10aを掛合した組立状態で、クリップ15を吊り金具13の下部に穿孔したピン穴13bに背後側から圧挿し、その先端部で前記フック部10aを上から掛合位置に押さえ込んで固定する。なお、クリップ15の圧挿は簡単なワンタッチ操作で行える。また、電照板10をキャノピー部5から取り外す場合には、クリップ15を専用のプライヤー工具を用いることで簡単に引き抜いて電照板10を取り外せる。

【発明の効果】
以上述べたように本発明によれば、ケース本体の前面上部に蛍光灯付きのキャノピー部を構築したショーケースで、キャノピー部に蛍光灯を支持するライトレール,蛍光灯の前方を覆ってキャノピー部の前面に布設した電照板,および電照板を背後から支持する左右一対の吊り金具を装備したものにおいて、
