Description

【0001】

【0102】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an insect repellent device for a lower frame flat sash for an outdoor opening, which is installed in an outdoor opening of a building and has a substantially flat upper surface of the lower frame.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, on a lower frame of a sash installed in an outdoor opening of a building, a rib-shaped rail for rotating a door wheel provided on a lower frame of the sash to slide the sash constituting the sash left and right. A part is formed.
[0003]
Normally, the rail groove sectioned by the rib-shaped rail portion and the rail portion of the inner sash and the outer sash is formed with a step so that the indoor side is higher than the outdoor side from the viewpoint of sash rain. ing. That is, rainwater sprayed on the shoji or window glass falls along the shoji or window glass and accumulates in the rail groove of the lower frame, but a step is provided such that the rail groove is higher on the indoor side than on the outdoor side. The rainwater accumulated in the rail groove prevents the rainwater from entering the indoor side due to its own weight, and the rainwater accumulated in the rail groove is discharged outside.
[0004]
On the other hand, in recent years, from the viewpoint of barrier-free or universal design, a lower frame flat sash in which a rib-shaped rail portion is disposed substantially flat without providing a step between the indoor side and the outdoor side, and furthermore, the rail portion is formed in a rib shape. Also, a lower frame flat sash in which the upper surface of the rail portion is made substantially flat has been developed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0005]
In particular, in the lower frame flat sash in which the upper surface of the rail portion is made substantially flat, it is an issue to secure a certain level of watertightness and airtightness. In Patent Document 1, rainwater is prevented from entering the room. For this purpose, an isobar structure is used to make the space between the shoji and the lower frame airtight through a horizontal tight material. Specifically, a hanging piece (sliding piece) is formed on the indoor side of the shoji lower frame, and the hanging piece and the horizontal tight material provided on the indoor side wall of the rail groove of the lower frame provide watertightness and airtightness. Have secured.
[0006]
Further, in this type of lower frame flat sash, an insect repelling device is disclosed in Patent Document 2.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the insect repellent structure of the lower frame flat sash in Patent Document 2, an insect holding line is formed by providing a lower frame concave portion on the lower frame outdoor side and swallowing a hanging piece provided on a screen door lower frame room outside side wall. In addition, a tight piece is interposed between the bottom of the screen door vertical frame and the lower frame flat surface to form an insect holding line. Also, the indoor side wall of the screen vertical frame and the outdoor side wall of the shoji door frame or the sumo frame. An insect holding line is formed with a vertical tight material interposed therebetween.
[0009]
In the configuration of Patent Document 2, it is essential to form an insect holding line by interposing a tight piece between the bottom of the screen vertical frame and the flat surface of the lower frame.
[0010]
However, it is necessary for the insect control that the tight piece is as close as possible to the lower frame flat surface, but if it is too close, it will contact the lower frame flat surface when sliding the screen door. However, there is a concern that smooth running performance may be impaired.
[0011]
Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to provide a structure that exhibits excellent insect repellent performance while securing good running performance of a screen door, based on a viewpoint of enhancing water tightness and air tightness of a frame and a shoji. It is in.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention that has solved the above problems is as described below.
<Invention according to claim 1>
It has a sliding door that slides left and right along the rail portion of the lower frame, and a screen door that slides left and right provided outside thereof, and makes the entire upper surface of the lower frame substantially flat including the upper surface of the rail portion. A lower frame flat sash for the formed external opening, comprising:
Above the lower frame, the rail section having a substantially flat upper surface, and an indoor-side rising piece and an outdoor-side rising piece having substantially the same height as the rail section are arranged on the indoor side and the outdoor side of the rail, respectively. Set up
Form the indoor side hanging piece and outdoor side hanging piece of the lower frame on the shoji,
The indoor-side guide groove of the indoor-side hanging piece at the indoor-side rising piece and the rail part side surface, and the outdoor-side guide groove of the outdoor-side hanging piece at the outdoor-side rising piece and the rail part side surface, respectively. Forming
Using the outdoor rising piece for a rail portion for screen door traveling,
Forming a swallowing piece along the longitudinal direction that fits in the outdoor guide groove in the screen door lower frame,
This swallowing piece is swallowed in close proximity to the outdoor side guide groove together with the outdoor side hanging piece of the shoji,
An insect repellent device for a lower frame flat sash for external opening.
[0013]
(Effect)
In the present invention, since the hanging pieces are formed not only on the indoor side of the lower frame of the sliding door but also on the outdoor side, the raindrops falling along the sliding door surface and the window glass on the outdoor side by the outdoor hanging pieces. Intrusion into the room is denied. That is, the outdoor side hanging piece functions as a substantial drainer. Therefore, drainage can be performed with the outdoor-side hanging piece, and watertightness and airtightness can be reliably secured between the indoor-side hanging piece and the horizontal tight material. More specifically, since the drainage is performed by the outdoor hanging pieces, most of the rainwater flows into the outdoor guide grooves and is discharged to the outside through the hollow portion of the lower frame. It is difficult for rainwater to penetrate the upper surface of the rail portion located in the area, and even if rainwater infiltrates the upper surface of the rail portion, the rainwater does not leak into the room due to the indoor side hanging piece and the horizontal tight material, and the rainwater flows into the indoor guide groove. And is discharged outside through the lower frame hollow portion. In other words, the double structure in which the draining line and the tight line are separately provided reduces the load on the tight line and increases the watertightness and airtightness.
In addition, by providing an outdoor hanging piece to reduce the infiltration of rainwater on the upper surface of the rail section, the lower part of the outer side of the mating stairs for the inner sash of a pulling sash or the shoji shrinking of a single draw sash or a draw sash. And it is easy to ensure watertightness and airtightness at the bottom of the frame. In other words, the watertightness and airtightness of the bottom of the mating frame located on the upper surface of the rail section are high, and the provision of the outdoor hanging pieces reduces rainfall at the lower outdoor side of the mating frame. , Without complicating the structure.
Furthermore, the provision of the outdoor hanging pieces makes it difficult for dust and dirt to accumulate on the upper surface of the rail portion, and is excellent in maintainability. In addition, there is no gap for inserting a bur or the like from the outside, so that security is improved. Is also excellent.
On the other hand, in the present invention, the outdoor-side guide groove of the outdoor-side hanging piece of the shoji is formed by the outdoor-side rising piece and the rail side surface, and the outdoor-side rising piece is used for the rail part for screen door traveling. Then, a swallowing piece is formed in the screen door lower frame along the longitudinal direction to be fitted into the outdoor-side guide groove, and the swallowing piece is swallowed in the outdoor-side guide groove together with the outdoor-side hanging piece of the shoji. It takes the form of masturbation.
As a result, the insects are less likely to enter the room through the close gap between the swallowing piece of the screen door lower frame and the outdoor hanging piece of the shoji. In addition, in this embodiment, the outdoor guide groove is a longitudinally continuous insect repelling line at the lower portion of the sash, so there is basically no need to consider the insect repelling line to the indoor side. An excellent insect repelling line can be constructed.
Furthermore, even if insects enter the outdoor guide groove, the insects need to get over the gap between the outdoor hanging piece of the shoji and the rail, which makes it difficult for the insects to enter.

An outer opening lower frame flat sash formed in:
Above the lower frame hollow portion, in order from the indoor side to the outdoor side, above the hollow portion, a first rising piece, a rail section for an inner sash, a second rising piece, a rail section for a outer sash, and a 3 rising pieces, and the first to third rising pieces are formed at substantially the same height as the rail portion,
The inner sash and the outer sash, the indoor side hanging piece and the outdoor side hanging piece on the lower frame respectively,
The indoor side guide groove of the indoor side hanging piece of the inner sash is provided by the inner side surface of the rail portion indoor side of the inner sash and the first rising piece; Forming an outdoor guide groove of the outdoor-side hanging piece of the inner sash, and the indoor side surface of the indoor-side hanging piece of the outer sash by the second rail and the inner side surface of the rail portion for the outer sash. A guide groove, and the rail portion outdoor side surface for the outer sash and the third rising piece to form an outer guide groove of the outer hanging piece of the outer sash,
The third rising piece is used for a rail portion for screen door traveling,
Forming a swallowing piece along the longitudinal direction that fits in the outdoor guide groove of the shoji on the screen door lower frame,
This swallowing piece is swallowed in the outdoor guide groove of the outer sash in the proximity state together with the outdoor hanging piece of the sash,
An insect repellent device for a lower frame flat sash for external opening.
[0017]
(Effect)
A hanging piece is formed not only on the indoor side of the lower frame of the inner and outer sliding doors but also on the outdoor side in the sliding sash consisting of inner and outer sliding doors. Rainwater falling into the room is refused. In other words, the outdoor hanging pieces of the inner sash and the outer sash function as substantial drainers. Therefore, drainage can be performed with these outdoor-side hanging pieces, and watertightness and airtightness can be reliably secured between the indoor-side hanging pieces and the horizontal tight material. Specifically, drainage is performed on the outdoor hanging pieces of the inner and outer sashes, so that most of the rainwater flows into the respective outdoor guide grooves and is discharged to the outside through the hollow portion of the lower frame. It is difficult for rainwater to infiltrate the upper surface of the rail part located above the tight line by the tight material, and even if rainwater infiltrates the upper surface of the rail part, the indoor drooping pieces of inner and outer sash and the horizontal tight material Without leaking into the room, the rainwater falls into each indoor side guide groove and is discharged to the outside through the hollow portion of the lower frame. In other words, the double structure in which the draining line and the tight line are separately provided reduces the load on the tight line and increases the watertightness and airtightness.
In addition, by providing outdoor hanging pieces for inner and outer sashes to reduce the infiltration of rainwater on the upper surface of the rails, watertightness at the lower outside of the combined sashes of the inner sashes and the bottom of the sashes. It is easy to secure the airtightness and airtightness. In other words, the watertightness and airtightness of the bottom of the mating frame, which is located on the upper surface of the rail for the inner sash, is high. It is possible to reliably perform the raining of the lower part of the outdoor side of the joint frame without complicating the structure.
Furthermore, the provision of the outdoor hanging pieces on the lower frame of the inner and outer shojis makes it difficult for dust and dirt to accumulate on the upper surface of the rail portion, which is excellent in maintenance, and that a bur or the like is inserted from outside. Because there is no such gap, it is also excellent in crime prevention.

As the sliding door 6 of the sliding door 5 moves, the rail upper surfaces 4 and 5, which are easily noticeable, are finely scratched, and from the viewpoint of beauty and the like, it is necessary to frequently perform maintenance such as repair and replacement.
[0029]
Fourth, since the hanging pieces are not formed on the outdoor side of the inner sash and the outer sash, the bottom and the lower frame of the inner sash and the outer sash lower frame 1a, 2a from the outdoor side as shown in FIG. A crowbar 7 or the like is inserted into the gaps between the upper surfaces 4 and 5 of the rails, and the inner sash and the outer sashes 1 and 2 are removed by lifting the sash, thereby facilitating entry from outside. It is dangerous.

The lower frame flat sash for an external opening according to any one of Embodiments 1 to 4, which is formed by performing the following steps.
[0041]
(Effect)
The lower frame flat sash, with the upper surface of the rail almost flat, prevents water from entering the room by ensuring a certain level of watertightness and airtightness. Holes should be provided to facilitate drainage outside the tight line.
However, if the drain hole is clogged with dust or the like and cannot be drained into the hollow part communicating with the outside, there is a possibility that rainwater may enter the room over the tight line.
[0042]
Therefore, it is possible to maintain the lower part of the rail part as a structure that allows the upper surface of the rail part to be removed, and by cleaning the lower part of the rail part, it is possible to prevent clogging of the drain hole and to ensure the waterproof effect. In addition, it is possible to prevent an unsanitary state due to accumulation of dust and the like.
[0043]
<Embodiment 6>
A tight material is buried in the area surrounded by the upper surface constituent members of the rail portion and the indoor side and the outdoor side surface of the rail portion, which is located at the bottom of the combination frame of the shoji with the pulling sash closed. (Effect)
A tight material is buried in the area surrounded by the upper surface component of the rail portion and the indoor side and the outdoor side surface of the rail portion, which is located at the bottom portion of the combination frame of the shoji with the pulling sash closed. This prevents the rainwater that has flowed into the lower part of the rail from entering the room, thereby increasing the waterproof effect.
[0045]
"Specific embodiments"
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIGS. 1 to 4 show longitudinal and transverse cross-sectional views of one embodiment of the sash according to the present invention for a pulling sash and FIGS. 6 and 7 for a single pulling sash. As shown in FIGS. 1-4 and 6, 7, the sash forms a frame by a lower frame 10, an upper frame 70, a left vertical frame 71, and a right vertical frame 72. In this case, the inner sash 30 and the outer sash 40 are mounted, or in the case of a single-drawing sash or a draw sash, the fitted sash 60 and the outer sash 40 are mounted to constitute the sash.
[0046]
The entire upper surface of the lower frame 10 is formed substantially flat, and as shown in FIG. 9, the upper surface of the lower frame 10, the grating member 73, the wood deck 75 provided on the balcony 74, and the like are formed substantially flat from the floor in the room. be able to.
[0047]
Hereinafter, the structure of the sash according to the present invention will be described in detail by taking a pulling sash including the inner sash 30 and the outer sash 40 as an example.
[0048]
<Shoji structure>
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the sash 40 is formed by a sash lower frame 41 and an upper sash 42, and a sash vertical frame 43 and a combined sash 44. Glass or the like is mounted inside. Further, a door wheel 46 is provided on the bottom 45 of the lower frame of the outer door, and the outer door 40 rotates left and right by rotating the upper surface 12a of the lower frame rail portion.
[0049]
Furthermore, the hanging pieces 47 and 48 extend to the inside of the room and the outside of the room, respectively, on the outer sash frame 41. The structure of the above-described sash screen is substantially the same for the inner sash screen 30 except for a block body 50 described later.
[0050]
Since the inner sash lower frame 36 and the outer sash lower frame 41 according to the present invention are provided with the outdoor side hanging pieces 33 and 48 in addition to the indoor side hanging pieces 32 and 47, they are indicated by dotted lines in FIG. As shown in the surrounding area, the outdoor hanging pieces 33 and 48 prevent rainwater that has fallen along the outdoor sliding door surface and the window glass from entering the room. That is, the outdoor side hanging pieces 33 and 48 function as substantial drainers.
[0051]
Therefore, most of the rainwater flows down to the lower frame outdoor side guide grooves 17 and 19 by being drained by the outdoor side hanging pieces 33 and 48, and is discharged outside through the hollow portion 21. Rain water hardly permeates into the upper surfaces 11a and 12a of the rails located above the tight line of the vehicle, and ensures the watertightness and airtightness between the indoor side hanging pieces 32 and 47 and the horizontal tight material 76 described later. Can be secured.
[0052]
In addition, by providing the outdoor side hanging pieces 33 and 48, as shown in a range surrounded by a dotted line in FIG. 26B, dust and dirt hardly accumulate on the upper surfaces 11a and 12a of the rail portions. As shown in FIG. 27B, there is no gap for inserting the bur 7 or the like from the outside as shown in FIG. 27B, and furthermore, as shown in FIG. The right vertical frame 72 is provided with a protruding piece 72a so as to eliminate a gap into which a bar or the like is inserted between the inner shoji vertical frame and the sash right vertical frame 72. Similarly, the outer sash vertical frame 43 and the sash left vertical Since there is no gap with the frame 71, the security is excellent.
[0053]
<Lower frame structure>
As shown in detail in FIG. 1 and FIG. 7A, the lower frame 10 includes a first rising piece 13 and a door wheel 31 provided on the inner sash 30 when the sash lower frame is viewed from the indoor side to the outdoor side. Are formed, a rail portion 11 for the inner sash which rotates, a second rising piece 14, a rail portion 12 for the sash which the door wheel 46 provided on the outer sash 40 rotates, and a third rising piece 15 are formed. ing.
[0054]
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 7A, the indoor guide groove 16 of the indoor side hanging piece 32 of the inner sash is formed by the inner side surface 11 b of the rail portion for the inner sash and the first rising piece 13, and the inner sash The outdoor side guide groove 17 of the outdoor side hanging piece 33 of the inner sash is formed by the rail-side outdoor side surface 11c and the second rising piece 14. Note that the hatched portions in FIG. 7A indicate drainage holes, dew condensation holes, and notches, which will be described later, and FIG. 7B illustrates a partial cross section of the drainage hole 20a. ing.
[0055]
The indoor side guide groove 18 of the indoor side hanging piece 47 of the sash, the rail indoor side surface 12c for the sash and the third rising piece are formed by the rail side indoor side surface 12b for the sash and the second rising piece 14. 15 together with the outer side guide groove 19 of the outer side hanging piece 48 of the outer sash.
[0056]
In order to make the space between the indoor hanging piece 32 of the inner sash and the first rising piece 13 and the space between the indoor hanging piece 47 of the outer sash and the second rising piece 14 airtight and watertight, A tight material 76 is provided, and a part of a tight line in the lower frame 10 is formed by sliding and tight contact between the horizontal tight material 76 and the respective indoor side hanging pieces 32 and 47.
[0057]
Here, as shown in FIG. 7A, the second rising piece 14 divides a guide groove 17 which also functions as a drain groove and a guide groove 18. Since the upper surface 14a of the second rising piece 14 is a flat surface and the lateral tight material 76 for the sash is attached thereto, a substantial tight line of the sash 40 is formed. Preferably, the horizontal tight material 76 is also flush with the upper surface 14a.
[0058]
Further, drainage holes 20a for draining rainwater accumulated in the guide grooves, which also function as drainage grooves, are provided in the lower frame indoor outer guide grooves 17, 19 for the inner and outer shojis and the inner side guide grooves 18 for the outer shojis. , 20c, 20d, and 20e are formed, and the rainwater that has fallen into the drain holes 20a, 20c, 20d, and 20e flows down into a hollow portion 21 formed in the lower frame. Eventually, rainwater will be discharged to the outside through the communication with the outside. Similarly, the condensed water is discharged outside through the condensed water drain valve 20g and the drain port 22 by the dew water hole 20f.
[0059]
That is, in the sash structure according to the present invention, since the outdoor hanging pieces 33 and 48 are provided on the inner sliding door frame 36 and the outer sliding door lower frame 41, the outdoor hanging pieces 33 and 48 serve as substantial drainers. Although it functions, even if rainwater enters the upper surfaces 11a, 12a of the rails, the rainwater does not leak into the room due to the indoor side hanging pieces 33, 47 and the horizontal tight material 76, and the rainwater flows into the lower frame indoor side guide groove 16. , 18 and is discharged to the outside through the hollow portion 21. In other words, as shown in FIG. 19, the double structure in which the draining line 84 and the tight line 85 are separately provided reduces the load on the tight line 85 and increases watertightness and airtightness.
[0060]
The lower frame 10 is made of an aluminum alloy or the like, and the lower frame itself is formed by an extruded member. As a configuration of the lower frame 10, as shown in FIG. 7A, when the upper surfaces 11a and 12b of the lower frame rail portion are formed separately from the lower frame member 23 forming the base of the lower frame, that is, the rail portion The upper surface constituting members 24 and 25 of the lower frame rail portion from which the upper surfaces 11a and 12a of the lower frame member can be detached are manufactured separately. It is conceivable to fit the rising pieces 12e and 12f. If the upper surface constituting members 24 and 25 are separate members, as shown in FIG. 11, not only water drain holes 20b and 20d and dew water holes 20f can be easily provided in the lower grooves 11d and 12d of the rail portion. It is possible to clean dust and the like clogged in the drain holes 20b and 20d and the dew condensation water hole 20f to prevent water leakage into the room due to clogging. Further, an unsanitary state due to accumulation of trash and the like can be prevented.
[0061]
As shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B, when the lower frame is integrally formed as the lower frame members 23a and 23b, that is, the hollow portion 21, the rail portions 11 and 12, and the first to third rising portions. It is also conceivable to integrally mold the pieces 12, 13, 14 and the like. Here, for example, as shown in FIG. 10B, in a lower frame member 23b in which a space corresponding to the lower grooves 11d and 12d of the rail portion is integrated with the hollow portion 21, the lower grooves 11d and 11d of these rail portions are used. Since there is no 12d, maintenance such as cleaning, which is necessary when there are lower grooves 11d and 12d of the rail portion, is unnecessary.
[0062]
FIGS. 11A and 11B are a plan view and a cross-sectional view of the lower frame in a state where the upper surface components 24 and 25 of the lower frame rail are removed. The lower frame 10 is provided with drainage holes 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d, and 20e, and the drainage holes 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d, and 20e are formed in hollow portions 21 formed in the lower frame. The inner frame guides 17 and 19 for the inner sash and outer sash and the inner side guide grooves 18 for the outer sash and the lower grooves 11d and 12d of the lower frame rails for the inner sash and the outer sash. The rainwater flows down into the hollow portion 21. Similarly, the condensed water flows into the hollow portion 21 through the condensed water drain valve 20g with a check valve through the dew water hole 20f. A notch 26 is also provided for communicating between the guide groove and the lower groove of the rail.
[0063]
Here, the drain holes 20b and 20d provided in the rail grooves 11d and 12d are provided with the rail portions for the outer sliding door even if there is rainwater which gets over the upper surfaces 11a and 12a of the rail portions and enters the guide grooves 16 and 18. Of the indoor side rising piece 12e and the notch 26 of the indoor rising piece 11e of the rail for the inner sash, the water is discharged from the drain holes 20b and 20d, and is sprayed from the hollow part 21 by wind pressure or the like (blowing up). State) is covered by the upper surface of the rail portion, so that the horizontal tight member 76 is hardly splashed.
[0064]
A drain port 22 communicating with the outside is provided in the hollow portion 21 of the lower frame, and the lower frame room outer guide grooves 17 and 19 for the inner and outer shojis and the indoor side guide grooves 18 and the inner guide grooves 18 for the outer shojis are provided. Rainwater or dewdrop water 20f, which has flowed down from the lower grooves 11d, 12d of the lower frame rail portion for the shoji and outer shoji through the drain holes 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d, 20e, passes through the dew-water drain valve 20g from the condensate water hole 20f. The condensed water that has fallen is discharged from the drain port 22. In addition, a lid 22a is attached to the drain port 22 in order to prevent invasion of wind, rainwater, insects, and the like from the outside, and functions as a check valve.
[0065]
<Air-tight and water-tight structure of the combination frame>
Between the indoor surface 34a of the inner frame and the inner surface 44a of the outer frame, the inner frame and the outer frame are closed, and the inner frame and the outer frame of the outer frame are closed. Are provided with smoke returns 34b and 44b so as to engage with each other and withstand wind pressure from the outside. Among them, a smoke return 34b provided on the outdoor surface 34a of the inner frame of the inner sliding door is provided with the outer surface 34a of the inner sliding door of the inner sliding door and the indoor surface of the outer sliding door of the outer sliding door. A vertical tight member 78 for airtightness with the surface 44a is provided. This vertical tight member 78 secures airtightness and watertightness between the outdoor surface 34a of the inner frame of the sliding door and the indoor surface 44a of the outer frame of the sliding door. This prevents rainwater sprayed on the combination frame 34 and the shoji from entering the room. At the lower end, the vertical tight material 78 is in close contact with the side surface of the below-combination frame lower airtight block 51 as shown in FIG. 12 to form a vertical tight line. In addition, this vertical tight member 78 may be provided on the indoor surface 44a of the staircase for the stash.
[0066]
An airtight block body 50 is provided at the lower part of the outdoor surface 34a and the bottom part 34c of the stile for the inner shoji. The airtight block body 50 makes the space between the lower portion of the outdoor surface 34a of the inner frame of the inner sliding door and the lower portion of the inner surface 44a of the outer frame of the outer sliding door airtight and watertight, and the bottom 34c of the inner sliding door frame. An airtight and watertight state is provided between the upper surface 14a of the second rising piece 14 and the upper surface 11a of the lower frame rail portion for the inner sash. Here, a horizontal tight material 76 is attached to the second rising piece 14, and the upper surface 14a of the second rising piece 14 and the horizontal tight material 76 form substantially the same plane.・ The airtightness is assured.
[0067]
As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the hermetic block body 50 is composed of a lower hermetic block 51, a lower hermetic block 52, and a fin 53 for a hermetic block.
[0068]
The lower frame 51 of the combination frame is attached to the lower part of the outdoor surface 34a of the combination frame of the inner shoji by screws or the like so as to be adjustable in height, and is in close contact with the lower block 52 of the combination frame. Of these, the fin portion 51a shown in FIG. 14 is made of an elastic material such as soft PVC containing ABS. A plurality of airtight / watertight spaces are formed by the plurality of fins 51a of the lower sealing block 51, and a lower portion of the outer surface 34a of the inner stile frame and a lower portion of the inner surface 44a of the outer shoji frame are formed. A high airtightness and high watertightness can be ensured between the doors, and rainwater that has fallen along the mating frame or rainwater blown below the mating frame can be prevented from entering the room.
[0069]
The joint frame bottom airtight block 52 is fitted to the joint frame bottom 34c of the shoji. As shown in FIG. 15, an indoor side hanging piece 52a and an outdoor side hanging piece 52b are integrally formed in the mating frame bottom airtight block 52, and the inner sash is cut off at the inner staple combining frame bottom 34c. The indoor side hanging pieces 32 and the outdoor side hanging pieces 33 of the lower frame are substantially extended. It is not always necessary to provide the indoor hanging piece 52a and the outdoor hanging piece 52b of the combined frame bottom airtight block. In this case, the indoor hanging piece 32 and the outdoor hanging piece 33 of the lower frame of the inner sash are extended. I just need to be there.
[0070]
A fin 53 for a bottom airtight block is fitted or adhered to the bottom of the bottom frame of the combination frame. This is a place where the bottom 52c is fitted or adhered as shown in FIG. The fin 53 for the bottom airtight block shown in FIG. 16 is made of an elastic body such as a soft PVC containing ABS, and is brought into close contact with the upper surface 11a of the rail for the inner shoji, thereby forming the inner bottom shroud 34c of the inner shoji. Since the space between the upper surface 11a for the sliding door and the upper surface 11a is made airtight, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering from the upper surface 11a of the lower rail portion. As shown in FIG. 17, the fin 54a may be formed integrally with the sealing frame bottom airtight block 54 without forming the fin 54a as a separate member.
[0071]
In addition, even if these mating frame bottom airtight blocks 51, the mating frame bottom airtight blocks 52 and 54, the bottom airtight block fins 53, etc. are provided on the lower part of the indoor surface 44a of the mating frame of the sash and the frame bottom 44c. Good.
[0072]
As shown in FIG. 18, in addition to an airtight block body 50 composed of a lower airtight block 51 of a mating frame, a lower airtight block 52 of a mating frame, and a fin 53 for a lower airtight block, in order to further enhance the waterproof effect, a lower airtight block of the merging frame is provided. The auxiliary block 55 may be attached to the lower part of the sash longitudinal direction surface 34d of the joining frame of the inner shoji with screws or the like. The plate member 55a of the lower airtight auxiliary block 55 of the mating frame is made of an elastic body such as soft PVC containing ABS, and the plate member 55a is an end of the lower portion of the indoor surface 44a of the mating frame of the sash. The upper surface 14a of the lower frame second rising piece 14, the lower frame room outer guide groove 16 for the inner sash, and the upper surface 11a of the inner sash rail, and the guide groove when rainwater enters the room. Since the water is stopped by urging the discharge at 17, 18, the waterproof effect can be further enhanced.
[0073]
Also, as shown in FIG. 11, the guide grooves 16, 17 on the indoor side and the outdoor side of the lower frame rail portion for the inner sash, which are located at the bottom 34c of the inner frame of the sash with the pulling sash closed. , A grooved tight block 79 is embedded. The grooved tight block 79 prevents the rainwater flowing into the guide grooves 16 and 17 from flowing into the room, and discharges the rainwater to the drain hole 20a.
[0074]
Further, when the upper surface 11a of the lower frame rail portion for the inner sash is formed as a separate member from the lower frame member 23b constituting the base of the lower frame, that is, the upper surface 11a of the lower frame rail portion for the inner sash is removable. When the upper surface component 24 is formed as a separate member, the upper surface component 24 of the rail portion and the rising piece 11e of the rail portion, which are located at the bottom 34c of the combination frame of the shoji with the pulling sash closed. A grooved tight block 80 is embedded in a range surrounded by 11f (the lower groove 11d of the lower frame rail portion for the inner sash). In the same manner as described above, the flow of the rainwater flowing into the lower groove 11d of the rail portion into the room is blocked by the tight block 80 with the groove, and the rainwater is discharged to the drain holes 20a and 20d.
[0075]
As shown in FIG. 11, the drain hole 20a is provided at a position outside and close to the mating frame tight line 85c, and the lower part of the rail portion lower groove 11d, the bottoms of the guide grooves 17, 18 and the rail for the inner shoji are provided. The opening 11 f and the second rising piece 14 are cut out and opened.
[0076]
Here, the reason why the second rising piece 14 is cut off outside the mating frame tight line 85c and the continuity of the upper surface 14a is interrupted is that the rainwater that has fallen on the upper surface 14a is the second rising piece 14 as it is. This is to prevent the water from traveling along the upper surface 14a and invading the indoor side, to improve the drainage outside the combined frame tight line 85c, and to reduce the burden on the combined frame tight line 85c.
[0077]
<Draining line and tight line>
In the sash structure according to the present invention, the inner sash 30 and the outer sash 40 are provided with outdoor hanging pieces 33, 48 to reduce the infiltration of rainwater into the upper surfaces 11a, 12a of the lower frame rails, so that the lower frame as a whole is watertight. Improves sex and airtightness. That is, as shown in FIG. 19A, the drainage line 84 by the outdoor-side hanging pieces 33 and 48 is provided on the inner sash 30 and the outer sash 40, and the indoor-side hanging pieces 32, of the inner and outer sashes described above. The vertical tight member 78, the airtight block 50, the grooved tight blocks 79, 80, and the auxiliary airtight auxiliary block 55 at the bottom of the combined frame are added when the 47 and the horizontal tight member 76 are in close contact with each other, and the vertical frame 78, the airtight block 50 and the grooved tight blocks 79 and 80 are added. The dual structure in which the inner tight line 85a, the inner tight line 85b, the inner tight line 85b, and the lower frame tight line 85 composed of the combined frame tight line 85c are separately provided reduces the burden on the tight line 85. Increases waterproofness.
[0078]
Also, by providing the outdoor hanging pieces 33 and 48 on the inner sash 30 and the outer sash 40, the watertightness and airtightness of the lower part of the outer side 34a of the mating frame of the inner sash 30 of the pulling sash and the bottom 34c of the frame are improved. It is easy to secure the sex. That is, the watertightness and airtightness of the bottom portion 34c of the combination frame located on the upper surface 11a of the rail portion are high.
[0079]
Furthermore, by providing the outdoor side hanging pieces 33 and 48 on the inner sash 30 and the outer sash 40, the rain due to the airtight block 50, the grooved tight blocks 79 and 80, and the drain holes 20a at the lower part of the outdoor side 34a of the combination frame. This ensures that the closing can be performed without complicating the structure.
[0080]
On the other hand, as a matter of course, the sash according to the present invention is provided with a vertical tight material 81 in the left and right sash vertical frames 71 and 72 as shown in FIGS. Thus, the inner surface of the vertical frame 43 of the outer sash and the inner surface of the vertical frame 35 of the inner sash are closely contacted with the respective vertical tight members 81 to form tight lines in the sash height direction. It is substantially integrated with the line 85 to prevent water leakage into the room.
[0081]
As another embodiment of the present invention, application to an openable external opening such as a one-sided draw sash or a draw sash can be considered. The major difference between these sashes and the pulling sash is that a fitting / killing portion 60 is provided instead of the inner sash 30. Therefore, as a difference in the sash structure, as shown in FIG. 7, the rail portion 11 for the inner sash, which was necessary in the case of the pulling sash, is eliminated, and a waterproof measure for this portion becomes unnecessary.
[0082]
<Grating equipment>
The grating device according to the present invention has been described briefly with reference to FIG. 9, but details are shown in FIGS. 17 to 21. FIGS. 20 and 21 show examples of one-sided sliding doors. However, it should be noted that the present invention can be applied to a sliding sash made of inner and outer sliding doors in advance (FIG. 9 shows a sliding door made of inner and outer sliding doors). An example in which a grating device is provided on the difference sash is shown.)
[0083]
According to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 9, the lower frame flat sash for external opening having the above-described structure, the outdoor deck 75, and the grating member 73 closing the space therebetween are arranged substantially flat. Thus, a grating device is configured.
[0084]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 20, a rail portion (third rising piece) 15 for running the screen door 82 is raised from the lower frame 10. That is, this is an example in which the third rising piece 15 is used as a rail portion for running the screen door 82.
[0085]
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 20, a hook piece 15A is formed on the rail 15 so as to protrude outside the upper part of the rail 15 so that the door roller 82a of the screen door 82 can run. The receiving groove 15B is formed continuously in the longitudinal direction.
[0086]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 23, a plurality of, in this embodiment, three receiving support members 90 projecting to the outside of the room at the middle in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 10 are disposed (FIG. Only the receiving support member 90 located in the section is shown).
[0087]
The receiving support member 20 is fixed to the lower frame 10 in a state where its indoor side end surface is in contact with the outdoor surface of the lower frame 10 and the upper indoor side of the receiving support member 20 is engaged with the engagement receiving groove 15B. The member 73 is disposed over a plurality of receiving and supporting members 90, 90...
[0088]
As shown in FIGS. 23 and 24, specific examples of the receiving support member 90 include adjacent receiving supporting plate portions 90A, 90A protruding to the outdoor side, connecting portions 90B connecting these outdoor sides, and each receiving portion. On the indoor side of the support plate portions 90A, 90A, fixed seat portions 90C, 90C along the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 10 are integrated.
[0089]
The fixed seats 90C, 90C are formed below the receiving support plates 90A, 90A, and, as shown in FIGS. 20 and 24, the interior surfaces of the fixed seats 90C, 90C are connected to the respective receiving support plates. On the other hand, a step portion 10a is formed on the outdoor surface of the lower frame 10 so that the upper side of the lower frame 10 projects outward from the lower side.
[0090]
Then, the indoor upper portions 90a, 90a of the respective receiving support plate portions 90A, 90A are respectively engaged with the engagement receiving grooves 15B, and the indoor side end surfaces of the respective receiving support plate portions 90A, 90A are formed on the outdoor surface of the lower frame 10, and Specifically, it is in contact from the step 10 a to the rail 15. In this state, the fixed seat portions 90C, 90C are brought into contact with the outdoor surface of the lower frame 10 in a state of being abutted on the shoulder of the step portion 10a of the lower frame 10, and as a fixing tool, as a specific example, It is fixed by fixing screws 91, 91. As shown in FIG. 20, below the step portion 10a, a receiving projection 10b is formed on the lower frame 10 so as to protrude outward.
[0091]
On the other hand, the grating member 73 is made of, for example, stainless steel, is formed in a cross-sectional groove shape, and has a large number of drainage holes formed at the center thereof at intervals in the longitudinal direction. , 90A, and are straddled over the plurality of receiving support members 90, 90, with the outdoor piece 73B substantially abutting against the outdoor surface of the receiving support plate portions 90A, 90A. [0092]
In the grating device configured as described above, the upper portion of the receiving support member 90 on the indoor side is engaged with the downwardly engaging receiving groove 15 </ b> B on the outer side of the upper portion of the rail portion 15, and the indoor end surface of the receiving support member 90 is formed. Abuts on the outdoor surface of the lower frame 10, and is fixed to the lower frame 10 in a state of being placed on the receiving protrusion 10 b. Accordingly, the counterclockwise rotational moment of the receiving support member 90 caused by the load applied via the grating member 73 in the counterclockwise direction with reference to FIGS. The end surface can be supported by a strut contacting the outdoor surface of the lower frame 10. Therefore, the stability with respect to the load is much better than that with the screw.
[0093]
As a result, the fixing portions by the screws 91, 91 do not need to be screwed up and down as in Patent Document 1, and only the lower portion of the receiving support member 90 is sufficient. In the embodiment, two fixing portions are sufficient. Therefore, the number of construction steps is reduced accordingly. Moreover, the receiving support member 90 can be positioned vertically by engaging the upper portion 90a on the indoor side with the engagement receiving groove 15B, so that the positioning can be performed easily and accurately, and the lower frame The flat sash and the deck on the outdoor side and the grating member can be reliably flattened. Furthermore, at the start of mounting of the receiving support member 90, the upper portion 90a on the indoor side of the receiving support member 90 is engaged with the engagement receiving groove 15B, and the lower portion of the receiving support member 90 is placed on the receiving piece 10b. As a result, since the receiving support member 90 can be temporarily held on the lower frame 10 without continuing the pressing by hand, the operation of fixing the screws 91 of the receiving support member 90 can be easily performed.
