【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は生産可能な木材または木質系バイオマスを用いてその熱分解による熱発生装置とその分解で発生するガスの利用を目的として使用する熱発生装置に関する。

【従来の技術】従来蠶(蚕)室の土間に炉を切り灰火の中へ木材を入れ暖房に利用していた(非特許文献1)。この方法は「埋薪」と言われた。また,近年では地下資源特に石油製品を用いたボイラーなどを利用している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来の埋薪法では土間に炉を切りその中の灰で埋薪を行ってきた。しかしこの方法では設置場所が限定され,熱量は限られるとともに火災などの危険性もある。また,近年のボイラーなどは限りある地下資源を利用した熱発生装置で,その燃焼時に発生するガスは,地球環境に厳しく,昨今問題とされている地球温暖化の一つの原因でもある。また,人体にも悪影響を及ぼすダイオキシンや危険なガスを発生する。一般的に缶を用いて木材の燃焼・熱分解すると大量の煙が発生する。このことにより閉鎖された室内などの利用には限りがあった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の発生装置は環境調和型の石油代替えエネルギー資源として,木材および木質バイオマスを用いる熱発生装置である。容器「ドラム缶」(1)の周囲及び底上部を不燃の綿状の素材(2)で覆い,底部に数センチの空間をロストル(7)として設け,その上に木材または木質バイオマス素材(5)を搬入する。その上に乾燥した小粒の着火剤(4)を入れ,上部に点火材(3)を置き不燃の綿状の素材(2)を覆うことを特徴とする。
点火材(3)は無煙の素材を用いてこれに点火する。この点火剤に十分に点火し,不燃の綿状の素材(2)を覆うことにより木材または木質バイオマス素材(5)を材料とし,熱分解を始め無煙で熱とガスを発させことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】以下,本発明の実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。図1は木材または木質系バイオマスを用いた熱発生装置の側面図,図2は木材または木質系バイオマスを用いた熱発生装置の斜視図である。
(イ)木材または木質系バイオマスを用いた熱発生装置の容器(1)は底部及び内側周囲に不燃の綿状の素材(2)を有す。
(ロ)容器(1)の底部にロストル壁(6)を設けロストル(7)を作る。その上に燃料の木材または木質系バイオマス(5)を入れる。
(ハ)燃料の木材または木質系バイオマス(5)を入れたすき間にモミガラ等の乾燥した小粒の素材を着火材(4)として入れる。
(ニ)着火材(4)の上にある程度の厚みで炭化材等を用いて点火剤(3)として覆う。
(ホ)点火剤(3)に完全に着火後,不燃の綿状の素材(2)で覆う。
本発明の木材または木質系バイオマスを用いた熱発生装置は上記のように構成されており,これを利用すれば屋内及びビニールハウスの暖房と植物生産に必要な炭酸ガスの生産を得られるので炭酸ガス発生装置としても使用できる。

【発明の効果】本発明は容器で行うことにより移動が可能であり,高温の熱が得られる。一般に容器の中で木材を燃焼すると煙が出て燃焼は持続しない。しかし,この熱発生装置は無煙であり,木材または木質系バイオマスを長期間燃焼する。また,地下資源のような有毒なガスは排出されず,生産可能な木材または木質系バイオマスを利用できる。
