内層材−−−吸湿性、断熱、吸音、防火性等が有る事が当然必要条件です.
然し単独に持つ特性を選別して組合して1体的に資材と労務を加算していました.この様な無駄は当然改善されるべきです.

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この発明が解決しようとする方法は下記の通りで有る.

【課題を解決するための手段】

【003】に記載された▲1▼は表層材の調合、混練の製造方法で有る▲2▼,▲3▼は内層材の調合、混練の製造方法で有る.したがつて▲1▼の表層材と▲2▼,▲3▼の内層材とは性能、特性が異なる。製造の手順としては▲1▼を流し込みその後連続して▲2▼亦は▲3▼をながし込み平滑に均して成型する.

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態について説明いたします.
▲1▼表層材の構成材である微粒子の硅石紛亦は砕石紛とセメント及び混和剤を規定配合された混合材をミキサーに投入し自然水を適量添加する事により流動的になつた混練材を成型用型枠に流し込みバイブレーター併用で均一に均し平滑にする.
▲2▼内層材の構成材で有る溶解された古紙、シラス,軽石,セメント及び混和剤を規定配合したものをミキサーに投入し自然水を適量添加して流動的になつたものを連続して前記▲1▼の平滑面の上に均一に規定厚みに均し作業を終わる。

【発明の効果】
本発明の製品は例えば波型鉄ぱん,スレート等のように雨,風対応材のみでなく内層材を一体化させる事により断熱、吸音,吸放湿等多機能性が期待できる.
特に古紙の利用により室内の吸湿放湿性は木材.ベニヤ、耐火ボードと比較して抜群の効果が実証されている.また古紙利用による防火性のテストでは難燃1級試験でもガス、煙の発性も無く760℃、15分後の裏面温度は42℃で断熱性も良好であつた.
