【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パーマ等により毛髪にカールを付与する場合に、毛髪束を所定の形状に巻回するときの補助具として用いられる毛髪保持具に関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
毛髪にカールを付与する方法としては、筒状のカーラーに毛髪を巻回する方法が一般的である。この方法を用いて毛髪に種々の巻径でカールを付与するためには、それらの巻径に対応する外径を有するカーラーを多数個用意する必要がある。
一方、特開平１０−１９２０３６号公報には、筒状の毛髪巻取り具が提案されている。このような筒状の毛髪巻取り具によれば、毛髪束が取り扱いが容易である。
しかし、前記公報記載の毛髪巻取り具では、所定の数種類の巻径で毛髪にカールを付与することが困難であり、特に、一人で自分自身の毛髪（頭髪）にカールを付与し難い。

従って、本発明の目的は、毛髪に、容易に所定の数種類の巻径で毛髪にカールを付与することのできる毛髪保持具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、一端の開口部から他端の開口部に向けて毛髪束を挿通可能にシートにより構成された扁平形状の筒状体と、該筒状体の一端の開口部の端部に該端部から該筒状体の長手方向に延出して設けられた延設部と、該筒状体の一方の面を形成するシート表面に、基端が固定され且つ先端が自由端である係止帯体とからなり、前記筒状体は、毛髪束が挿通された状態で前記一方の面を外側にして巻回し得るようになしてあり、前記延設部には、前記係止帯体を挿通固定し得る係止孔が形成されており、該係止帯体は、複数個の係止部が設けられ、前記筒状体を複数種の巻径の巻回状態に固定し得るようになしてある毛髪保持具を提供することにより、上記目的を達成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の毛髪保持具を、その好ましい一実施形態について、図１及び図２を参照して説明する。
本実施形態の毛髪保持具１は、図１及び図２に示すように、一端の開口部２１から他端の開口部２２に向けて毛髪束３を挿通可能にシート２３Ａ、２３Ｂにより構成された扁平形状の筒状体２と、該筒状体２の一端の開口部２１の端部に該端部から該筒状体２の長手方向に延出して設けられた延設部４と、該筒状体２の一方の面を形成するシート２３Ａの表面に、基端が固定され且つ先端が自由端５２である係止帯体５とからなる。そして、本実施形態の毛髪保持具１においては、前記筒状体２は、毛髪束３が挿通された状態で前記一方の面２３Ａを外側にして巻回し得るようになしてあり、前記延設部４には、前記係止帯体５を挿通固定し得る係止孔４１が形成されており、該係止帯体５は、複数個の係止部５１Ａ、５１Ｂが設けられ、前記筒状体２を複数種の巻径の巻回状態に固定し得るようになしてある。

本実施形態の毛髪保持具１について更に詳述する。
前記筒状体２は、図１に示すように、２枚の矩形状のシート２３Ａ、２３Ｂを、その長手方向に沿う側端部２４、２４同士を接合させて形成されている。
筒状体２の大きさは、長さ５０〜３５０ｍｍ、長径２０〜１００ｍｍ、短径０〜３０ｍｍであることが好ましく、毛髪の長さやくせ付けしたい場所、挿入する毛髪束の量に応じて適宜選択できる。

筒状体２を構成するシート２３Ａ，２３Ｂとしては、各種可撓性材料が用いられ、例えば、不織布（ポリエチレン不織布、ポリエチレンテレフタレート不織布等）、織布、多孔性又は非多孔性の樹脂フィルム（ポリエチレンフィルム、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム等）、紙、高分子材料シート、ゴムシート、又はこれらの複合体等が挙げられる。本実施形態においては、毛髪処理剤に対して透過性を有するポリエチレンテレフタレート不織布が用いられている。

また、前記筒状体２には、その巻径に対応して目印（図示せず）が付されている。詳述すると、筒状体２にはその幅方向に亘って直線が印刷されており、該直線は、係止帯体５の係止部５１Ａ、５１Ｂをそれぞれ延設部４の係止孔４１に係止させたときに、延設部４の一端部が目印となる前記直線と略一致するような位置にそれぞれ付されている。

前記延設部４は、図１に示すように、前記筒状体２の一方の面を形成するシート２３Ａと一体的に形成されており、該延設部４には、該筒状体２の一端の開口部２１と連通する挿通開口部４２が形成されている。
また、延設部４における長手方向端部と前記挿通開口部４２との間には、前記係止孔４１が、図１（ｂ）に示すように、横長矩形状の幅広部４１Ａと上底に向かって拡開する台形状の幅狭部４１Ｂとを上下方向に接合した形状で形成されている。幅広部４１Ａの幅は、係止帯体５の幅と略同じとなっており、幅狭部４１Ｂの下底（最も幅が狭い部分）の幅は、係止帯体５における最も幅の狭い部分（後述する係止部５１Ａ、５１Ｂが形成されている部分）の幅と略同じとなっている。

係止帯体５を構成する帯状部材としては、本実施形態においては、硬質樹脂シートが用いられている。
前記係止部５１Ａ、５１Ｂは、前記係止帯体５の長手方向の両側縁部に該長手方向に所定間隔で離間して形成された複数個の切欠きからなり、それぞれ係止帯体５の両側縁部を直角三角形状に切り欠いて形成されている。

次に、本発明の毛髪保持具の一実施形態の一使用態様として、パーマ処理により毛髪（頭髪）に直接カールを付与する場合について、図２及び図３を参照しながら説明する。
先ず、毛髪束３の量や得ようとするカール形状に応じて、適当な長さ及び幅を有する筒状体２からなる毛髪保持具１を用い、図２（ａ）に示すように、筒状体２の一端の開口部２１を楕円形状に開口し、毛髪束３を一方のシート２３Ａの側から挿通開口部４２を介して該開口部２１の中へ挿入する。そして、図２（ｂ）に示すように、毛髪束３を、その先端が筒状体２の他端の開口部２２から少しはみ出るまで、筒状体２に挿通させる。

毛髪束３を筒状体２に挿通させた後、図２（ｃ）及び（ｄ）に示すように、筒状体２をその他端の開口部２２の側から、一方のシート２３Ａを外側にして巻回する。そして、係止帯体５をその自由端５２から延設部４の係止孔４１における幅広部４１Ａに挿通し、係止帯体５をその係止部５１Ａが係止孔４１に整合する位置に配置し、その状態で係止帯体５を係止孔４１の幅狭部４１Ｂの方に移動させる。

その後、筒状体２の外側からパーマ用の毛髪処理剤を毛髪束３に付与する。毛髪処理剤は、該毛髪処理剤に対して透過性を有するシート２３を介して、毛髪束３に付与される。所定時間後、筒状体２から毛髪束３を挿脱し、洗髪等して、パーマ処理を完了する。

本実施形態の毛髪保持具１によれば、前述した手順で係止帯体５の係止部５１Ａ又は５１Ｂを係止孔４１の幅狭部４１Ｂに係止することにより、毛髪束３を所定の２種類の巻径の巻回状態に固定できる。
また、本実施形態の毛髪保持具１における筒状体２には、その巻径に対応して目印が付されているため、所望の巻径の巻回状態に固定されているかを容易に目視確認できる。また、筒状体の一方の面を形成するシート２３Ａのテーバーこわさが０．４ｍＮ・ｍ以上であるため、毛髪束３が挿通された筒状体２を綺麗な円形に巻回し易い。また、筒状体２が形状記憶性を有しているため、筒状体２に毛髪束３を挿入したときに、毛髪束３を抑え付けるような力が働き、毛髪保持具１のズレ落ちや位置ズレの発生が少ない。

本発明の毛髪保持具は、前述した実施形態に制限されることなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない限り、例えば以下に示すように適宜変更が可能である。
延設部に形成される係止孔及び係止帯体に設けられる係止部の構成は、係止孔に係止帯体を挿通固定することにより、筒状体を複数種の巻径の巻回状態に固定し得るようになしてある構成であれば種々の構成を採用できる。係止部は、所望の巻径の種類に応じて、３個以上設けることができる。
