異常値、特異な電圧レベル値を検出するためには、あらかじめ、しきい値を設定し、その値と比較することで検出する方法、正常値と異常値を記憶して、どちらに一致するか比較する方法、正常波形、異常波形を記憶登録して波形パターンを比較する方法等がある。(特許文献1参照)

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
毎回の入力値にばらつきのある値から、特異な電圧レベル値を検出するためには、しきい値を設定する方法があり、そのしきい値は経験により決定されることが多い。条件の変化により入力値が異なる時は、しきい値の再設定が必要になり、繁雑になり作業量が増える。異常波形データを記憶して比較する方法は、あらかじめ記憶設定する操作が繁雑であったり、記憶に十分な容量が必要となり大がかりな装置になる。

毎回の入力値にばらつきのある値から、特異な値を検出するためには、それ以前の2個以上の値をサンプリングし、平均値・分散値を算出、記憶し基準値とし、新たに入力された値に対して、記憶された平均値、分散値をもとに統計的判定式を組込んだ判定回路にて判定を行いON/OFF出力する。

図1は本発明の概略ブロック図である。図1を参照して、アナログ/デジタル変換回路1に電圧レベル値が入力され、電圧レベルに対応した数値に変換される。サンプリング指示入力により、入力取り込みスイッチ回路2で数値を取り込む。平均値・分散値算出記憶回路3にて平均値・分散値の算出と値の記憶が行われている。判定回路4で、入力取り込みスイッチ回路2で入力された数値と、以前に算出され、記憶されていたた平均値・分散値から組込まれた統計的判定式にて判定を行い、結果を1/0の2値(ON/OFF)により出力する。これらアナログ/デジタル変換回路1、入力取り込みスイッチ回路2、平均値・分散値算出記憶回路3、判定回路4を1チップLSIに組込むことにより、小型化、低価格化を実現する。

【発明の効果】
使用者は通常と同じ操作を行い、通常の値が始めに2個以上入力されるのを確認するだけで、以後入力される電圧信号レベル値のうち、それ以前に入力された値と、似て異なる値を統計的判定式を組込んだ判定回路にて判定したON/OFF出力により、電圧信号レベルの違いを判断することができる。
使用者は、しきい値を設定したり、複雑な値の装置の設定を行う必要がない。
