Abstract

Claims (13)
- ガスタービンのためのタービン羽根(1)であって、プラットフォーム(3,4)から延びる中空の羽根ブレード(2)を有し、羽根ブレード(2)とプラットフォーム(3,4)との間に羽根ブレード(2)の圧縮側(8)又は吸込み側(9)にて移行部(13)があり、この移行部(13)がこの移行部(13)の長さの少なくとも1部に沿って延びる冷却孔(17,18)を有し、この冷却孔(17,18)がタービン羽根の内部に接続された、ガス状の冷却媒体を受容する第1の端部(17a,18a)と、タービン羽根(1)の外部に接続された第2の端部(17b,18b)とを有していることを特徴とする、ガスタービンのためのタービン羽根。
- 冷却孔(17,18)の第1の端部(17a,18a)がプラットフォーム(3,4)の内部にある、請求項1記載のタービン羽根。
- 冷却孔(17,18)の第1の端部(17a,18a)がプラットフォーム(3,4)の内部にプラットフォーム(3,4)における溝(17c,18c)として構成されている、請求項2記載のタービン羽根。
- 冷却孔(17,18)の第2の端部(17b,18b)がタービン羽根(1)の出口側にある、請求項1記載のタービン羽根。
- 冷却孔(17,18)の第2の端部(17b,18b)が羽根ブレード(2)の出口縁(7)の横にある、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のタービン羽根。
- 冷却孔(17,18)が真っ直ぐである、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のタービン羽根。
- 冷却孔(17,18)が湾曲されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のタービン羽根。
- 冷却孔(17,18)がほぼ一定の曲率を有している、請求項7記載のタービン羽根。
- 冷却孔(17,18)が約1mmの直径を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のタービン羽根。
- 冷却孔(17,18)が少なくとも5cmの長さを有している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のタービン羽根。
- 前記の如き冷却孔(17,18)が2つ設けられ、1つは圧縮側(8)にて移行部(13)に設けられ、もう1つは吸込み側(7)にて移行部(13)に設けられている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のタービン羽根。
- 冷却孔(17,18)が火花侵食(EDM)で製作されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のタービン羽根。
- タービン羽根が案内羽根であるか又は回転羽根である、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のタービン羽根。
