この発明は、幼児をだっこして移動する際に使用されるベビーホルダー、特に簡易にだっこして携帯にも便利なベビーホルダーに関する。

【従来の技術】
幼児をだっこするベビーホルダーとして、図７（Ａ）（Ｂ）に示すようなものがある。このベビーホルダー（６０）は、一枚のシート状背当て部（６１）の下端部にウエストベルト（６２）を取付けるとともに、上端部に１本のショルダーベルト（６３）を左右に架け渡しただけの簡易なものであり、前記ウエストベルト（６２）を使用者の腰回りに装着し、ショルダーベルト（６３）を一方の肩にたすき掛けにして、だっこした幼児を補助的に支えながら使用する。また、使用しない時は、ショルダーベルト（６３）を背当て部（６１）で包みながらウエストベルト（６２）の周りに巻き付けてその周囲をロールアップベルト（６４）等で留め、図７（Ｂ）に示すようにウエストベルト（６２）で身体に装着したり、ウエストベルトを手提げ紐として使用する等して携帯することができる。

前記ベビーホルダー（６０）は、両肩にショルダーベルトを掛けておんぶやだっこするタイプのベビーキャリアと比較すると、装着動作が簡単であり、また部品点数が少ないために非常に軽量であって携帯時にも嵩張らないという長所がある。
しかし、小物手回り品の携帯に不便を感じることがあり、また、携帯時の外観に難点があった。

そこで出願人は、背当て部の背面側に小物を入れるポケットを設けるとともに、携帯時に背当て部の下半部にウエストベルトを収納し、ショルダーバッグのように携帯できるベビーホルダーを出願した（特許文献１参照）。

しかし、上記ベビーホルダーは、背当て部の背面ポケットの下方にウエストベルトを収納する構造であり、バッグとしての外観に不満を感じる使用者もあり、改善が求められている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために、この発明のベビーホルダーは、シート状背当て部と、前記背当て部の下端側に取付けられて使用者の腰回りに装着するウエストベルトと、両端を前記背当て部の上端側左右に取付けられるショルダーベルトとを備えるベビーホルダーにおいて、前記背当て部の背面側上部にポケットを具備するとともに、背当て部の上部に前記ウエストベルトが収納されることを基本要旨とする。

前記ベビーホルダーにおいて、前記ウエストベルトが背当て部の下部とともに上方に折り上げられ、背当て部の下部とともに該背当て部の前面側上部に沿わせた状態に保持されることが好ましい。前記保持方法としては、背当て部の上端部に前面側に垂下するフラップが設けられ、該フラップを折り上げられた背当て部に被せることによって背当て部およびウエストベルトを保持することが好ましい。さらに、前記背当て部の背面側中間部にタブが設けられ、該タブに前記フラップを係合させることによって背当て部およびウエストベルトを保持することが好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明の好適な２つの実施形態を図示例に基づいて以下に説明する。
〔第一実施形態〕
図１〜４に示すベビーホルダー（１）は、背当て部（１０）、ウエストベルト（２０）およびショルダーベルト（３０）から構成されている。

前記背当て部（１０）は、幼児の背中から臀部までを覆う長さを有し、上端側は幼児の背から脇を保持するためにやや幅広に形成される一方で、下端側は幼児の足を左右に出しやすいようにやや幅小に形成され、全体として略逆台形に形成されている。

前記背当て部（１０）の上部の背面側には、ファスナーで開閉する箱形ポケット（１１）とその両脇に投げ込みポケット（１２）（１２）の２種類３個のポケットが設けられている。また、上端縁には半円形のフラップ（１３）が縫着され、背当て部（１０）の前面側に垂下している。また、前記箱形ポケット（１１）の下方にはタブ（１４）が縫着され、図１に示す背当て部（１０）の展開状態において垂下している。そして、前記フラップ（１３）とタブ（１４）とは、それぞれに縫着された一対の面ファスナー（１５ａ）（１５ｂ）によって係合される。また、背当て部（１０）の左右両端には保護ベルト（１６）（１６）が縫着され、先端のバックル（１７ａ）（１７ｂ）を連結することによって幼児の身体に巻き留めて幼児の脱落を防止するものとなされている。

次に、前記ベビーホルダー（１）を用いた幼児抱持方法、およびベビーホルダー（１）携帯方法を説明する。
（幼児抱持方法）
図３に示すように、背当て部（１０）を使用者の腹部側に配置してウエストベルト（２０）を腰に回し、バックル（２１ａ）（２１ｂ）を連結して装着する。また、ショルダーベルト（３０）は、幼児を収容しやすいように長い目に調節しておく。そして、背当て部（１０）内に幼児を収容するとともに、ショルダーベルト（３０）を使用者のどちらか一方の肩にたすき掛けにしたのち、ショルダーベルト（３０）の長さを適正な長さに調節する。また、背当て部（１０）のポケット（１１）（１２）は適宜物入れとして利用する。

また、前記フラップ（１３）は図示したように背当て部（１０）の内面側に垂下させて使用しても良いし、背面側にはね上げて箱形ポケット（１１）上でタブ（１４）と係合させておくこともできる（図示省略）。
（携帯方法）
図４（Ａ）（Ｂ）に示すように、ウエストベルト（２０）を背当て部（１０）の幅に合わせて適宜折り畳み、背当て部（１０）のポケット（１１）（１２）より下側の部分（以下、下部と称する）でウエストベルト（２０）を包んで下部を内側に折り上げ、該背当て部（１０）の前面側上部に沿わせる。そして、フラップ（１３）を折り上げた背当て部（１０）に被せ、背当て部（１０）の折り上げによって上向きとなったタブ（１４）をフラップ（１３）に重ねて面ファスナー（１５ａ）（１５ｂ）を係合させる。これにより、ウエストベルト（２０）は背当て部（１０）の下部とともに背当て部（１０）の前面側上部に収納保持される。また、フラップ（１３）が折り上げられた背当て部（１０）を広範囲に覆うことで、外れにくく安定した保持状態が得られる。また、背当て部（１０）が隠されることで外観も良い。

前記ベビーホルダー（１）において、ウエストベルト（２０）と背当て部（１０）の収納保持手段として、図示したフラップ（１３）とタブ（１４）の組み合わせるものの他、どちらか一方のみを用いて保持することこともできる。即ち、タブ（１４）を設けずフラップ（１３）を折り上げた背当て部（１０）に直接留め付けても良いし、またフラップ（１３）を設けずタブ（１３）の長さを図示例よりも長く形成して先端部を背当て部（１０）の上端縁またはその近傍に留め付けることもできる。フラップおよびタブの寸法形状、これらの係着具も何ら限定されず、図示した面ファスナーの他、スナップやボタン等を適宜使用することができる。さらに、フラップやタブを用いずに、折り上げた背当て部を直接留め付けるように、背当て部（１０）の背面側と前面側上部とに係着具を取り付けたものの本発明に含まれる。
〔第２実施形態〕
図５（Ａ）（Ｂ）および図６に示すベビーホルダー（２）は、上記ベビーホルダー（１）とはウエストベルト（２０）の収納方法が相違する。なお、図５、６において、図１〜４と同じ符号を付したものは上記ベビーホルダー（１）と同じ機能を示すものであり、説明を省略する。

（携帯方法）
図５（Ａ）（Ｂ）に示すように、引き出された背当て部（５０）およびウエストベルト（２０）（２０）を袋状収納部（４０）内に収納し、開閉口（４１）を閉じる。

以上の次第で、請求項１にかかる発明によれば、ベビーホルダーとして幼児を抱持したときにポケット内に小物を収納でき、かつ携帯時にはウエストベルトを収納することによって小物を持ち運ぶショルダーバッグとして利用することができる。無論、だっこ時と携帯時とでポケット内の収納物の取り出しや入れ替えの必要はなく、外観も良い。
