The slip accident by a rainfall can be prevented by promoting road surface drainage by using a high functional material having the drainage function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for setting a road surface display such as a lane mark on a pavement surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Signs such as center line, vehicle stop position, sidewalk position, and parking position on asphalt pavement such as roads and parking lots are constructed by painting a material such as white epoxy resin on the pavement surface on the pavement surface. I have.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A road surface mark such as a road center line displayed on the road surface is worn due to friction with tires during vehicle operation, and the road surface display function cannot be identified. Therefore, especially on a road with a large number of passing vehicles, it is necessary to periodically repaint the road surface such as the center line, which occupies a large factor in the road management cost. In addition, the material of the display portion was high in hardness, causing a slip accident.
In addition, regular application work causes traffic congestion, and time loss of passing vehicles and increase in exhaust gas due to traffic congestion have caused pain to local residents.
The present invention has been made to eliminate the above disadvantages.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
By cutting the surface layer of the road surface display part into a required shape and paving a material (falcon, etc.) that can be colored and has the same function as the existing pavement, the display function is not reduced even if the part is worn. It is characterized by things. With such a structure, necessary functions are always displayed even if the pavement surface is worn, and the display does not deteriorate due to the wear, so that maintenance is not required.
As an example, a material such as a highly durable elastic composite material "Falcon" which has been spotlighted as a road surface repair material in recent years can be used as a means for solving the problem.
Falcon is easy to have a drainage function, and if the zebra mark displayed on a sharp curve part of a mountain road is constructed by this method, the surface water drainage function can prevent road slip and ice burn in winter, It can contribute to the prevention of traffic accidents. The aggregate used in the Falcon is limestone, which is characterized in that its surface becomes white due to abrasion and its function increases.
The present invention is a “paving method for a road mark or the like that does not require maintenance” having the above configuration.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 1 shows a pavement condition of a conventional road surface mark. The mark display material 2 is baked and painted on the upper surface of the sash 1. Therefore, a step is generated at the boundary between 1 and 2 by an application thickness of 2.
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the status of the road mark according to the present invention. Cut the surfacing 1 to an appropriate depth by the width of the mark, and lay the colored Falcon surfacing material 3. Therefore, there is no step on the road surface.
[0006]
【The invention's effect】
In the conventional construction method, the display material 2 is worn by the operation of the vehicle, and repainting is necessary periodically to lose the function. Therefore, the graduations below the display did not wear out, so the steps between 1 and 2 became large, and on highways, etc., situations such as ruts occurred and often caused accidents.
Also, when repainting, traffic congestion was unavoidable due to restrictions on service such as lane regulation.
The construction method of the present invention is characterized in that the display function is not deteriorated even when the road surface is worn due to the operation of the vehicle, and that no steps are formed on the road surface because 1 and 3 are worn simultaneously.
In addition, if a high-performance pavement material is used, it is possible to easily provide a drainage function to the relevant portion, and it is possible to prevent a vehicle traffic slip accident due to road surface water.
In addition, the maintenance of the road surface display is completely unnecessary for a long time until the pavement replacement time.
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a road.
FIG. 2 is a sectional view of a conventional system. FIG. 3 is a sectional view of the present invention.
FIG. 4 is an example of road surface display using the present invention.
