Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an inner bag used for storing and transporting various liquids and powders in a state of being housed inside a can as an outer container, and more specifically, for a conical stacking in which an upper opening is larger than a lower bottom. The present invention relates to an inner bag for storing in a can.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When storing and transporting various liquids and powders, a cylinder made of a flexible and airtight material such as synthetic resin, using a bottomed outer container with a fixed shape and an open top A bottomed inner bag with the lower end of the body closed at the bottom is inserted into the outer container, and the upper end of the inner bag is folded back outside the opening of the outer container. If a liquid, powder or other fluid is stored and the top opening of the outer container is closed with a lid, etc., the inner wall of the outer container will not be soiled with the stored material, and any liquid or dirt that has previously adhered to the inner wall will not be contaminated. And storage and transportation of various liquids and powders without mixing.
[0003]
As a method of manufacturing the inner bag, usually, a synthetic resin is used to obtain a cylindrical body 10 as shown in FIG. 2 by an insulation method, and this cylindrical body 10 is used as a side member of the inner bag, and is similarly synthesized at one end. A circular bottom member (not shown) made of resin is joined by welding or the like to obtain a cylindrical inner bag having a circular bottom portion and a top opening having substantially the same shape as the can.
[0004]
In addition, as the outer container, a cylindrical can having a predetermined shape such as metal or plastic is mainly used, but in recent years, in consideration of the convenience of storage when not in use, the upper opening is more open than the lower bottom. Large conical cans, for example, bucket-shaped cans (hereinafter referred to as "tapered cans") have been used.
[0005]
These tapered cans can be stored without taking up a lot of space by taking out various liquids and powders from the inside and then stacking them on top so that other tapered cans of the same shape can be stored in the upper opening There is an advantage that can be.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when using the regular cylindrical inner bag for the tapered can, if the dimensions of the bottom portion of the can and the bottom portion of the inner bag are matched, the inner bag cannot be folded around the top opening, If the size of the opening and the size of the inner bag are matched, the bottom portion of the inner bag will not enter the bottom of the can.
[0007]
Therefore, inner tapes such as those shown in FIGS. 3A to 3C are used for these tapered cans. In FIG. 3A, one end of the cylindrical body 10 is closed by a seal portion 11. (B) is the one with the sealed bottom of (A) tied, and (C) is a laminate of two flat sheets 12 having a tapered shape according to the shape of the can, and the periphery is sealed with a sealing portion 11. Sealed by
[0008]
When these are used for cans, those of (A) and (B) cause wrinkles in the inner bag at the bottom and the side near the bottom when stored in a tapered can, and those of (C) Also, although the upper part has a taper, the upper part is larger, but it does not completely match the inner wall of the tapered can, so that it is impossible to prevent the occurrence of wrinkles.
[0009]
When wrinkles are formed in the inner bag, the amount of storage is reduced by the amount of the wrinkles, and the wrinkles become a resistance when the inner bag is taken out, so that there is a problem that the inner bag cannot be taken out smoothly.
[0010]
The structure of the seal portion 11 used in the conventional bottomed inner bag or the inner bag shown in FIG. 3 is such that the ends of the sheets coincide with each other as shown in FIG. However, in this case, there is a problem that the remaining amount of the liquid or powder enters the gap formed in the form of a dead end, so that the contents cannot be used up.
[0011]
Furthermore, when the contents are liquid, the seal portion 11 may be peeled off from the inside by applying a force in the direction of peeling the seal portion 11 from the inside due to the pressure from the inside.
[0012]
On the other hand, there is also a method of integrally forming an inner bag having a tapered shape according to the shape of the can by vacuum molding or melting molding, and producing an inner bag without a seal portion and without wrinkles when stored. is there.
[0013]
However, in the former vacuum forming, a flat sheet is formed by molding with a vacuum, and a sheet material is partially stretched to produce a portion where the sheet thickness is reduced, so that a very thin sheet cannot be used. A relatively thick material is required for the inner bag of ~ 500 µm, which is expensive in terms of material cost, and because it is thick and does not fold when not in use, it takes up space when storing and transporting only the inner bag. There's a problem.
[0014]
Further, in the latter melt molding, a molten material is molded into a cylindrical shape having a taper by centrifugal force in a mold. However, the thickness tends to be non-uniform, and the thickness is increased as a whole. Because of the necessity, the same problem as the former was caused.
[0015]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems. Wrinkles do not occur even when used in a tapered can, and contents may enter the seal portion or the seal portion may peel off. Further, it is another object of the present invention to provide an inner bag that can be folded at the time of storage and transportation because the material cost is low because the sheet thickness is not increased.
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention relates to an inner bag that is housed in a conical can having a top opening portion larger than a bottom portion and has a fan-shaped sheet in which upper and lower sides are arc-shaped and both sides are straight. A conical side member formed by welding a surface near one side and a back surface near the other side, and a circular bottom welded to a surface obtained by bending the lower end of the side member inward. It is an inner bag for a can consisting of a member.
[0017]
If the fan-shaped sheet is rolled into a tubular shape and both sides are welded to form a side member consisting of a cone (cut in the middle) -shaped tube, and the lower surface opening of the side member is closed with a circular bottom portion Thus, an inner bag that fits into a conical can having a top opening larger than the bottom can be obtained. Even if the inner bag is stored in the same can, wrinkles due to excessive dimensions of the inner bag do not occur.
[0018]
Further, since the one side surface and the other side surface of the fan-shaped sheet are welded to each other and the side surface member and the bottom member are welded, the welded seal portion does not become a dead end.
[0019]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 (A) shows a fan-shaped sheet 1 constituting a side member forming an inner bag of the present invention, and is a single sheet having a thickness of about 100 to 150 μm made of a flexible, airtight synthetic resin or the like. Is a sheet obtained by cutting out the flat sheet of the above into a substantially fan shape in which the upper side 2 and the lower side 3 are arc-shaped, and both sides 4 and 5 are linear.
[0020]
The size of the arc of the upper side 2 is slightly larger than the circumference of the upper opening of the tapered can, and the size of the arc of the lower side 3 is slightly larger than the circumference of the bottom of the lower surface of the tapered can. Is slightly larger than the height of the tapered can.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 1B, both sides 4 and 5 of the fan-shaped sheet 1 are rounded so as to coincide with each other, and the front surface of one side 4 and the back surface of the other side 5 are joined. Then, the whole is welded and sealed to form a side member 6 made of a tube having a shape like a cut-out portion of a cone.
[0022]
Further, a disk-shaped bottom portion 7 made of synthetic resin is also joined to the bottom of the side member 6 by welding. At this time, the upper surface (back side) of the peripheral portion of the disk-shaped bottom portion 7 and the side member 6 are joined. The surface of the lower end is folded down and fitted together, and this portion is welded and sealed.
[0023]
By doing so, an inner bag having a shape that fits the shape of the tapered can can be obtained, and wrinkles due to excess inner bag inside the can are not generated.
[0024]
After that, if the upper end of the inner bag is folded back to the outside of the opening of the tapered can and the tapered can is closed with a lid or the like, storage and transportation of various liquids and powders can be performed.
[0025]
FIG. 1C is a cross-sectional view showing a seal portion 8 in which the front surface of one side 4 and the back surface of the other side 5 of the fan-shaped sheet 1 are welded, and FIG. It is sectional drawing which shows the sealing part 9 which welded the surface which bent the part inward, and the bottom surface member 7 (back surface).
[0026]
Since there is no gap in the seal portions 8 and 9 into which the liquid or powder particles enter, the entire contents can be taken out when taking out the contents, and the liquid packed in the inner bag can be taken out. Even when the internal pressure is increased, the pressure does not act in the direction in which the seal portions 8 and 9 are peeled off, and there is no possibility that the contents may leak due to the occurrence of cracks from the seal portions 8 and 9 of the inner bag.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the inner bag of the present invention, since the inner bag fits inside the tapered can, no wrinkle occurs when the inner bag is stored inside the tapered can. There is no reduction in workability due to difficulty in removing the contents.
[0028]
In addition, since the structure of the welded seal portion does not look like a blind alley, liquid or powder particles do not enter, the entire content can be taken out, and even if the internal pressure of the content causes the peeling of the seal portion in the peeling direction. Since no force is applied, the content does not exude during transportation or storage due to peeling from the seal portion.
[0029]
Further, the inner bag can be manufactured without partially stretching the flat sheet, and a uniform thickness can be obtained as a whole, so that a thin material can be used and can be folded and stored when not in use. .
