本発明は、把手の自由戻り用ラチェット型の手工具に関する。

【従来の技術】
ラチェット機構を有するレンチやスパナでナットやボルトなどの締具を締結する場合に、仮締め状態(締込み初期)の締具は、ラチェットの空転摩擦力より螺合摩擦力(締付力)が小さいため、空転方向へ一緒に共回りすることとなり、レンチやスパナ全体を締込み方向にのみ回すか、作業者が手で締具を締込むなどの作業が強いられ、作業能率が悪いものであった。
そこで、ラチェット歯車板とソケット間に、ラチェット歯車板と共回りするように、該ラチェット歯車板に突設する矩形断面の棒体状の連結部にその矩形孔部を嵌合した補助回転板を設け、締具の締込み初期では該補助回転板を指で送りながら回転させる発明(特開08−141920号)が提案されている。
また、一方の手で握ったレンチの把持部を回転させずに、前記締具に係合するソケット部に固定したノブ部材を回転し、その手を持ち変えて把持部を回転させる発明(特開2001−347465号)が提案されている。
ところで、前者(特開08−141920号発明)は、補助回転板の外周面に設けられた滑り止め部が、図面から判断しても浅い溝部であり、指で送りながら回転させるとは言うものの、油に汚れた手ではその指1本で回すには難しいものであり、後者(特開2001−347465号発明)では、ノブ部材をソケット部の端にネジ締め固定するものであるから、既存のソケット部への取着ができない点で難点があり、さらに、該ノブ部材は掌に握られて使用されるものであるため、締込み初期ではノブ部材と把持部の持ち変えなどの煩わしい面もある上、ノブ部材の周縁の形状は、把持部を握った手の指1本で操作する技術思想で達成されたものではない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記従来技術に鑑みて、ボルトやナット等の締具の締込み初期(又は緩め終期)において、ラチェット機構の空転摩擦力に左右されることなく、締込み(又は緩め)できる回転手段を設けたラチェット型締付工具において、該回転手段が把手(把持部)を握った手の指1本で回転され得るラチェット型締付工具及び該工具用回転手段を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
すなわち、第1発明のラチェット型締付工具は、把持部に一体の頭部において、該頭部に内蔵されるラチェット機構により、一方向へ回転力を伝達する回転軸に回転手段を設けて成るラチェット型締付工具において、
回転手段が所要肉厚の盤体の周縁に花弁状に複数片突出する長尺な突出片と、溝底を前記頭部外周近傍に配して該突出片間に連続して設けられる深い係止溝と、中心部で垂下され、前記回転軸の締具への嵌着孔に嵌着する所要形状の短尺な嵌着部とから成る。
第2発明のラチェット型締付工具は、第1発明のラチェット型締付工具において、
回転手段の嵌着部が弾性変形自在で所要の摩擦力を有して成る。
第3発明のラチェット型締付工具は、第1発明又は第2発明のラチェット型締付工具において、
回転手段の嵌着部が中央部軸心方向に沿って、所要締具の軸部を挿通させる挿通孔を有して成る。
第4発明のラチェット型締付工具は、把持部に一体の頭部において、該頭部に内蔵されるラチェット機構により、一方向へ回転力を伝達する回転軸に回転手段を設けて成るラチェット型締付工具において、
回転手段が所要肉厚の盤体の周縁に花弁状に複数片突出する長尺な突出片と、溝底を前記頭部外周近傍に配して該突出片間に連続して設けられる深い係止溝と、中心部に配設され、前記回転軸に外嵌する所要形状の係合孔とから成る。
第5発明のラチェット型締付工具は、第4発明のラチェット型締付工具において、
回転手段の係合孔が弾性変形自在で所要の摩擦力を有して成る。
また、第6発明のラチェット型締付工具は、把持部に一体の頭部において、該頭部に内蔵されるラチェット機構により、一方向へ回転力を伝達する回転軸に、ボルト、ナット等の締具に係合する係合孔を有するソケットを着脱自在に係合して成るラチェット型締付工具において、
前記ソケットの外周に回転手段が着脱自在に係合され、該回転手段が所要肉厚の盤体の周縁に花弁状に複数片突出する長尺な突出片と、溝底を前記頭部外周近傍に配して該突出片間に連続して設けられる深い係止溝と、中心部に配設され、前記ソケットに外嵌する弾性変形自在で所要の摩擦力を有する係合孔とから成る。
さらに、第7発明のラチェット型締付工具用回転手段は、所要肉厚の盤体の周縁に花弁状に複数片突出する長尺な突出片と、溝底を前記頭部外周近傍に配して該突出片間に連続して設けられる深い係止溝と、中心部で垂下され、前記回転軸の締具への嵌着孔に嵌着する所要形状の短尺な嵌着部とから成る。
さらに、第8発明のラチェット型締付工具用回転手段は、第7発明のラチェット型締付工具用回転手段において、
回転手段の嵌着部が弾性変形自在で所要の摩擦力を有して成る。
さらに、第9発明のラチェット型締付工具用回転手段は、第7発明又は第8発明のラチェット型締付工具用回転手段において、

【発明の実施の形態】
回転手段における嵌着部は、材質面では盤体と同一材質で一体に成形されるものから、ゴム質系のもので該盤体に接着又はビス止めなどで接合されるものなどであり、形状や構造面では、締具へ嵌着される回転軸の嵌着孔に嵌着する多角形状の外周輪郭を形成するものや、該外周輪郭を円錐台状に形成するもの、或は中心部軸心方向に沿って締具の軸部を挿通させるための挿通孔を配設するもの、このほか、該挿通孔の中心から放射状に外周輪郭に向けて分割溝を均等に配設したものなどである。
したがって、材質と該材質に相応する形状との関係では、前記盤体と同一材質で一体に成形される嵌着部は、該盤体の回転時に要求される剛性(ラチェットの空転摩擦力に抗する強度)を有するものであるから、その外周輪郭は前記の多角形状に形成されるものであり、ゴム質系のもので盤体に接合される嵌着部は、その外周輪郭が円錐台状(剛性の程度によっては多角形状でも可)に形成されて、締具への嵌着孔に対して所要の締代を介して前記ラチェットの空転摩擦力に抗する摩擦力を発現させるものであり、さらには、外周輪郭を円錐台状に形成するとともに、中心部に前記挿通孔を配設し、その周部を内外に切断した分割溝により、締具への嵌着孔に圧入した時の弾性変形を許容し、その反力によってラチェットの空転摩擦力に抗する摩擦力を発現させるものなどである。
また、回転手段における盤体の中心部に配設される係合孔は、材質面では該盤体と同一材質で一体に成形されるものから、ゴム質系のもので該盤体に接着又はビス止め、或は盤体に開口した嵌着口にその周縁が嵌着されるなどの係合部に形成されるものなどであり、形状面では、回転軸に形成される横断面視矩形の棒体状の連結部に嵌着する角孔や多角形状のものから丸孔まで選択され、構造的には前記盤体と一体で同一肉厚の深さであるものから、該盤体に一体のボス部を含む深さを有するもの、及び盤体に接合されるゴム質系のリング状の係合部に内設されるもの、ゴム質系の縦断面視逆皿状に形成された係合部に内設されるもの、前記逆皿状に形成された係合部の底面に配設した分割片の開口内周面で形成されるものなどである。
さらに、盤体の周縁に花弁状に突出する複数片の突出片は、その突出外径が80mm前後で、溝底配設径が50mm前後であり、その数は8個が指1本で回転するには好都合のものである。

【実施例】
本発明のラチェット型締付工具用回転手段としての回転盤aについて、図面を参照して具体的に説明すると、図1(a)に示すように、厚さ2mmの硬質プラスチック製(アルミ製など他の所要剛性を有する材質をも可とする。)の盤体1の周縁には花弁状に8個の長尺(突端外径寸法82mm)な突出片2を突設するとともに、各突出片2の間に溝底配設径を48mmとして、人差し指或は親指の何れかの指1本を係止できる溝幅を形成する係止溝3を連続して設け、中心部には図1(b)に示すように、所要テーパ(1/12〜1/6)の逆円錐台状でゴム質の弾性変形自在で短尺な嵌着部4を、中心に凹設した取付け孔5を介してビスとナットで接合してなる。
また、回転盤aは図2に示すように、前記ゴム質の嵌着部4に代えて、盤体1と同一材質で一体の所要対面寸法の六角柱状の嵌着部6を垂下したものでも提供される。
さらに、回転盤aは図3に示すように、嵌着部4、6に締具の軸部を挿通させる挿通孔7を貫設したものとしても提供されるものであり、分図(a)に示したものは、盤体1と同一材質で一体に垂下され、輪郭形状が多角形状の嵌着部6に、前記挿通孔7を該盤体1をも貫通して設けたものであり、分図(b)に示したものは、盤体1の中心に開口した嵌着口8にゴム質の嵌着部4の縮径部を内嵌し、該嵌着部4の盤体1の下面に垂下する部分を所要に縮径する円錐面9とするとともに、中心部に前記挿通孔7を貫設したものである。
なお、分図(c)に示したものは、分図(b)で示した嵌着部4の円錐面9を形成した下部に、その軸心に沿って挿通孔7の中心から放射状に該円錐面9に向けて所要均等の分割溝10を配設したものである。

また、図5に示した回転盤bについて説明すると、分図(a)に示したものは、図4に示す平面形状で、係合孔11が盤体1の下面に接合されるゴム質のリング状の係合部13の内周面に形成された、弾性変形自在な丸孔であり、分図(b)に示したものは、分図(a)と同一平面形状で、係合孔11が盤体1の下面に接合されるゴム質の逆皿状の係合部13の内周面に形成された、弾性変形自在な丸孔である。
さらに、分図(A)に示したものは、前記分図(a)に示した係合孔11を、盤体1の中心に貫設した挿通孔7に連通させたものであり、分図(B)に示したものは、前記(b)に示した係合孔11を、係合部13の底面から盤体1を貫通して設けた挿通孔7に連通させたものである。
さらに、図6に示した回転盤bについて説明すると、分図(b)に示すように、盤体1の中心に開口した嵌着口8にゴム質で逆皿状の凹部を形成した係合部13の縮径部(断面コ形のリング溝部)を内嵌し、その底面14に分図(a)に示すように、中心から放射状に内周面に向けて8分割の分割片15を刻設して成るものであり、この場合の係合孔11は、前記凹部の内周面及び該分割片14の開口内周面に形成されるのである。

次に、本発明のラチェット型締付工具Aについて図面を参照して具体的に説明すると、図7に示すように、両端の頭部16と、両頭部16を一体とする把持部17とから成り、各頭部16にラチェット機構(図外)により一方向へ回転する回転軸18を軸支し、該回転軸18の中央部にボルトやナットなどの締具に嵌着して回転締付力を伝達する嵌着孔19を貫設し、両軸端を頭部16の上下面よりそれぞれ所要に突出して成るラチェット型締付工具において、所要頭部16の締付けに使用しない側(上側)の嵌着孔19に、前記回転盤aの該嵌着孔19に見合う逆円錐台状の嵌着部4を所要の押圧力で着脱自在に押込み嵌着して成る。
したがって、前記回転盤aの嵌着部4は弾性変形しつつ嵌着孔19に押込まれるから、両者間にラチェット機構の空転摩擦力より大なる摩擦力が発現し、しかも、各突出片2が頭部16の外周よりかなり長く突出しているから、把持部17を握る手の人差し指又は親指の何れか1本の指を回転盤aの係止溝3に係止し、突出片2にこの指1本を掛けて引き込めば該回転盤aはその分回転し、順次に繰り出される突出片2を指1本で引き込むことにより、回転盤aは断続的に回転するのである。
その結果、回転軸18は摩擦力によって回転盤aと共回りし、締付け初期状態であれば、極めて簡単に締具を締付けでき、緩め終期であれば同様に簡単に締具を脱却できるのである。

また、本発明のラチェット型締付工具Bを実施例により説明すると、図8に示すように、両端の頭部16と、両頭部16を一体とする把持部17とから成り、各頭部16にラチェット機構(図外)により一方向へ回転する回転軸18を軸支し、該回転軸18の中央部にボルトやナットなどの締具に嵌着して回転締付力を伝達する嵌着孔19を貫設し、両軸端を頭部16の上下面よりそれぞれ所要に突出して成るラチェット型締付工具において、所要頭部16の締付けに使用しない側(上側)の軸端外周に、前記回転盤bの盤体1の下面に接合したゴム質で逆皿状の係合部13の内周面に形成された係合孔11を弾性変形させつつ押圧外嵌して成る。
したがって、このラチェット型締付工具Bにおいても、係合孔11において回転軸18と所要の摩擦力で回転盤bが接合されるから、頭部16の持ち変えや両手を使用することなく、極めて簡単に指1本で締具の初期締込み、脱却ができるのである。

したがって、前記摩擦力を介して回転軸18が回転盤bの回転と共回りし、極めて簡単に分図(c)に示すように、人差し指の指1本で締具の初期締込み、脱却(図外の親指の操作による)ができるのである。

図10に示したラチェット型締付工具cについて説明すると、一端の頭部16と、該頭部16に一体の把持部17とから成り、該頭部16にラチェット機構(図外)により一方向へ回転する回転軸18を軸支し、該回転軸18の下方軸端を角軸20として垂下し、該角軸20に円筒状のソケット21を嵌着し、該ソケット21の下方に締具への嵌着孔19を形成して成るラチェット型締付工具において、前記ソケット21の外周に前記図6に示した回転盤bの係合部13の凹部を外嵌するとともに、底面14の分割片15をこじあけてその開口内周面を係合孔11として所要の摩擦力(空転摩擦力より大なる摩擦力)を発現させて接合して成る。
この場合は、回転盤bが頭部16の下側に位置するものであるが、分図(b)に示すように、ソケット21の上部に回転に関与する突出片2と係止溝3を配設した盤体1があるので、把持部17を握った状態で人差し指又は親指の何れか1本の指使用には支障がないのである。
なお、締具の初期締込みの場合、右ネジであればラチェット機構の切り換えにより、把持部17の右回転が回転締付力伝達となり、左回転が空転摩擦力を伴った空転として操作されるが、このとき、締具への結合に関与する回転軸18は右回転フリーであるから右利きの者であれば右手の人差し指で回転盤bの突出片2を引き込んで回転軸18を右回転させ、初期締込みを迅速に処理し、回転盤bがスリップする時点から把持部17による本締めとなり、緩め終期では、ラチェット機構の切り換えにより、把持部17の左回転が回転力伝達となり、回転軸18は左回転フリーであるから、右手の親指で突出片2を引き込み回転軸18を左回転させて締具を迅速に脱却できるのである。左利きの者であれば、同一締具の条件下では、前記人差し指と親指の使い方が逆となり、初期締込み時の右回転では親指を使い、緩め終期では人差し指により左回転させるものである。
このほか、頭部16にラチェット機構(図外)を介して軸支される回転軸18に、上下からそれぞれ所要サイズの締具への嵌着孔19を連通したものでは、ボルトの軸部を上方に突出させた状態のナットを締込んだり、緩めたりできるものであるから、そのような場合には、図5の分図(A)、(B)に示すような、係合部13に前記軸部を挿通できる挿通孔7を盤体1と共に貫設した回転盤bを装着したラチェット型締付工具や、回転軸18に垂下する角軸20にソケット21を接合するラチェット型締付工具において、該ソケット21と頭部下面間で該角軸20に前記図4(a)で示した回転盤bを嵌着したラチェット型締付工具なども提供され得るものである。
要は、人差し指か親指の何れか1本の指で回転できる回転盤a、bを、従来のラチェット型締付工具の回転軸18の軸端(丸軸、角軸、その他多角形軸等の軸端)に外嵌接合したり、該回転軸18の中心部に配設される締具への嵌着孔19に嵌着又は押圧嵌着したり、回転軸18に接合するソケット21に外嵌接合したラチェット型締付工具が、本発明で提供しようとするものであり、本実施例で示したものは、その一例に過ぎないものである。また、本発明の回転盤は、従来から提供されているラチェット型締付工具の各能力に対応して嵌着部4、6や係合孔11が各種の仕様で提供されるのであるから、既存の該工具に即応して使用できるものであり、実用上極めて有益である。このほか、回転盤bをソケット21に一体に接合したものなどは、本発明から容易に想起され得るものである。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明によれば、回転盤においては、従来のラチェット型締付工具の回転軸の軸端の外径又は内径等の仕様に対応して提供されるから、既存の前記工具に即応して使用できる上、突出片と突出片間の係止溝に人差し指か親指の何れか1本の指が係止され、該突出片をその指1本で順次に引き込みながら回転できるから、簡単確実に締具の初期締込み、脱却に極めて実用上有益に寄与するものであり、また、該回転盤を装着したラチェット型締付工具においては、把持部を握る手を持ち変えることなく、握ったままの手の指1本で締具の初期締込み、脱却ができるから作業能率も特段に向上するものである。
