従来この種のバドミントンラケットとしては実公平2−19163号に係るものが公知となっている。この公知のバドミントンラケットを製造するには、先ずT型ジョイントに液状のエポキシ樹脂等の接着剤を付着させ、次いで、このT型ジョイントの垂直軸部を中空シャフトの上端開口部に挿入するとともに金型内においてT型ジョイントの水平両肩部を楕円形に形成したフレームの中空両端部に挿入し、その後、シャフトとフレームのジョイント部の外周にFRP樹脂テープを巻き付けて補強し、金型を閉じて加熱成形していた。
