Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance operated in such a simple manner that openers (plates) are inserted between toes of the right and left bare feet set at specified positions and widen and narrow the space between the toes. <P>SOLUTION: Both of the bare feet are set on a base 2 and the openers 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 are inserted between the toes. When a motor 4 rotates, a cam 5 fitted to the shaft of the motor rotates. The cam is elliptic and therefore two cam levers 6 in close contact with the outer periphery of the cam move bisymmetrically. This movement pulls open springs 14 and puts swing arms 8 connected by links 7 into swing motions and thereby the spaces of the openers 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 fitted to the ends of the swing arms 8 are widened and narrowed. Thereby the toes are opened and closed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

Description

【0001】

[0001]
In the present invention, a cam is rotated by a motor, and a displacement difference of the cam is transmitted to a connecting plate by a cam lever to open and close the swing arm. An opener (thin plate) attached to the tip of the swing arm so as to be sandwiched between the toes is a health device that automatically opens and closes between the toes.
[0002]
In the invention to be filed, many people in modern society live in shoes and sandals, and often use vehicles such as cars, trains and buses when traveling. Many people who repeat such daily life feel lack of exercise. One of the possible reasons is that the walking time is extremely short.
Walking is also the minimum amount of exercise required to maintain a healthy body. Particularly, the necessity of walking has been pointed out because the leg is considered to be the second heart, and walking improves blood circulation of the leg, and a preventive effect for all injuries and diseases has been confirmed. However, people living in modern society often find it necessary to walk but cannot do it. For these people, you can automatically move your toes just by placing your toes, increasing blood circulation in your legs and moving your toes by widening or narrowing the space between your toes. It is a health device that can be expected to have the effect of restoring the function of difficult people.
[0003]
Conventionally, health or exercise equipment that improves blood circulation in the legs is a mechanism that applies a roller-shaped or ball-shaped object to the soles and calves of the feet and moves them, moving the toes or between the toes. There is no function to widen or narrow. Since the present invention is a mechanism that directly moves each toe one by one, it is of course effective to improve blood circulation in the legs, and it is also effective in restoring the function of people who can not move their toes simultaneously with leg exercise. It is an excellent health device that can be expected, and is completely different from the health device used conventionally.
[0004]
Human beings living in modern society are unable to move their toes one by one with their own will. The need to move toes from children to adults has diminished in social life, and it is likely that degeneration has begun. It has been medically proven that moving toes is very good for maintaining human health. However, humans can only move their toes when they walk or run, and the direction in which the toes move only in the upward direction. Even when walking or running while wearing shoes, the amount of momentum that the toes open is small. Most modern people can only open their toes with their hands. Even if you use your hands, opening each toe one by one is very troublesome, unclean and unfavorable in terms of hygiene. In order to solve such problems, the present invention has a lightweight structure that can be carried anywhere, and anyone can put their feet on the equipment with bare feet and automatically open and close between the toes. It is a convenient health device that repeats exercise. In addition, the mechanism is designed to be usable by people with large or small feet so that young and old can use it.
[0005]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is a front view showing the whole of the present invention, but for the sake of explanation of the structure, it is a drawing in which a base 2 is seen through. As shown in FIG. 3, the user places both bare feet on the base 2 and inserts 9-13 openers between the fingers. When the motor 4 rotates, the cam 5 attached to the motor shaft rotates. Since the cam has an elliptical shape, two cam levers 6 closely contacting the outer periphery of the cam move symmetrically. This movement pulls the 14 open springs, converts the 8 swing arms connected by the 7 links into a swing motion, and widens or narrows the distance between the 9-13 openers attached to the tip of the 8 swing arms. This is a structure that opens and closes the interval between the toes.
[0006]
In the structure of the present invention, a motor is used as a power source to perform a repetitive motion of opening and closing the interval between the toes, and the opening and closing speed can be varied according to the purpose of the user. However, when the force for opening and closing the gap between the toes is widened, the contraction force of the 14 coil springs is used, and when the force is narrowed, the contraction force of the 15 coil springs is used. FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the distance between the toes is widened.
