It is possible to bind them in a horizontal posture, but when the bundle of paper sheets bundled by the holding claw and the clamp member is released, the paper is attached to the lower holding claw and the clamp member of the pair of the holding claw and the clamp member. The leaf bundle will hit and fall downward.
Therefore, even if the binding machine described in the above publication is changed laterally, it is impossible to meet the demand.

る。As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the invention according to claim 1 conveys and stacks the stacked paper sheets stacked in a predetermined number of sheets in the aligned and stacked state to the rear stage side. This is a paper sheet bundling processing machine that winds tape around the stack of paper sheets at this bundling section and bundles them, sends out the bundled paper sheet bundle and sends it to the subsequent stage Conveying and feeding part that feeds the accumulated stacked paper sheets to the bundling part from a position facing the bundling part in a substantially horizontal posture, tape winding means for winding a tape around the fed accumulated paper leaves, and cutting the tape A tape cutter and a binding portion having an adhesive iron for heat-bonding the cut ends of the tape, and the binding portion is provided in the direction in which at least one of the pair of upper and lower transport bodies is moved toward and away from the accumulated paper sheets. It can be opened and closed freely The stacked sheets fed by the transporting / feeding unit in a substantially horizontal posture are clamped in a substantially horizontal posture to maintain the clamped state until the end of the bundling, and the bundle of sheets that has been bound is driven substantially horizontally by the end of the bundling. It is characterized in that it has a conveying means for carrying out to the rear stage side in the posture.

At the opposite position, the stacked paper sheets are held in a sandwiched state in a substantially horizontal posture, and the stacked paper sheets are moved from that position to the bundling portion while maintaining a substantially horizontal posture,
The transporting means of the bundling section has a pair of upper and lower holding members for holding the stacked paper sheets and then opening and returning the stacked paper sheets to the holding start position. The tape is positioned at a position where the tape is sandwiched at a position and intersects the accumulated paper sheet to be fed before the feeding of the accumulated paper sheet by the conveying / feeding unit, and the tape is swirled around the accumulated paper sheet at a predetermined time. A tape chuck for winding and a tape supply path for feeding the tape to the tape chuck at the tape holding position and pulling back the tape to collect and tightly bind the tape around the paper sheets to collect the tape in a substantially horizontal posture. The purpose is to ensure that the feeding of paper sheets, the binding in a substantially horizontal posture, and the delivery of the bundle of paper sheets in a substantially horizontal posture are carried out.
