【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、携帯電話に動画配
信を簡単に送れるシステムに関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来、動画配信は、特定の情報端末同士
のみ送信できるシステムがあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】これは、次のような欠
点があった。
（イ）パーソナルコンピュータによる動画配信は、受信
側のシステム環境により、再生できない問題があった。
（ロ）動画配信する送信側は、送る前に動画のファイル
形式を指定のファイル形式に変換したり、確認したりす
る手間がかかっていた。
（ハ）動画配信する送信側は、動画ファイルを見てもら
ったかどうかの確認をとれなかった。
（ニ）携帯電話から動画ファイルをダウンロードするの
に時間がかかった。
（ホ）携帯電話には、パーソナルコンピューターからの
動画ファイルを再生できるソフトはインストールできな
かった。本発明は、これらの欠点を除くためになされた
ものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】ビデオカメラとマイクを
装着した通信機能をもつ携帯型パーソナルコンピュータ
ー（１）から、録画した動画ファイルを動画変換サーバ
（２）へ送付する。そして、動画変換サーバ（２）から
送付先の受信携帯電話（３）にＥメールで連絡し、受信
側の携帯電話（３）は画面操作により、ワンタッチで動
画変換サーバ（２）にアクセスして動画を再生できる。
また、ビデオカメラとマイクを装着した通信機能をもつ
携帯型パーソナルコンピューター（１）には、録画した
動画ファイルが再生された場合には、再生されたという
報告の自動連絡がＥメールで入る。本発明は、以上のよ
うな構成よりなる携帯電話動画メールシステムである。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施の形態につい
て説明する。
（イ）ビデオカメラとマイクを装着した通信機能をもつ
携帯型パーソナルコンピューター（１）から、録画した
動画ファイルを動画変換サーバ（２）へ送付する。
（ロ）動画変換サーバ（２）から送付先の受信携帯電話
（３）にＥメールで連絡する。
（ハ）受信携帯電話（３）は画面操作により、動画変換
サーバ（２）にアクセスして動画を再生することができ
る。
（二）ビデオカメラとマイクを装着した通信機能をもつ
携帯型パーソナルコンピューター（１）には、録画した
動画ファイルが再生された場合には、再生されたという
報告の自動連絡がＥメールで入る。
本発明は以上のような構造で、これを使用するときは、
ビデオカメラとマイクを装着した通信機能をもつ携帯型
パーソナルコンピューター（１）で、図１のよように動
画送信者（５）は音声と映像を同時にビデオ撮影する。
撮影された動画ファイルは、Ｅメールソフトにより、イ
ンターネット網（４）を使い、動画変換サーバ（２）に
転送する。動画変換サーバ（２）では、送られてきた様
々な形式の動画ファイルを自動に送信したい携帯電話の
ファイル形式に自動で変換すると同時に受信携帯電話
（３）に図２の受信メール初期画面（６）の内容のＥメ
ールを自動で送付する。受信携帯電話（３）では、図３
の動画メールダウンロード画面（７）のように動画ファ
イルをダウンロードし、動画再生画面（８）図４のよう
に再生する。図３で動画ファイルをダウンロードした時
に動画変換サーバ（２）では、自動にこれを察知し、ビ
デオカメラとマイクを装着した通信機能をもつ携帯型パ
ーソナルコンピューター（１）に図５のようにＥメール
で動画の配信が完了した主旨をビデオカメラとマイクを
装着した通信機能をもつ携帯型パーソナルコンピュータ
ーのメールソフト画面（９）のように自動転送する。な
