果市場では大量のごみとして廃棄処分されるという問題
があった。 【0004】段ボール箱及び紙製トレーは、再生紙等に
有効利用されるので、有価物として古紙回収業者に引き
渡されるが、合成樹脂製緩衝材及び合成樹脂製トレーは
回収されないため、ごみとして廃棄処分するしかなく、
回収及び廃棄するために、紙と合成樹脂とを分別する工
程が必要であって労力を要した。 【0005】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明はリサイクルに
より再生し得てごみにならず、又プラスチックと紙との
分別工程の手間を要せず、かつ全面的に弾力性に富み、
果実に損傷を与え難い緩衝材を簡便に得ることを目的と
する。 【0006】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記の目的を達成するた
め本発明は第1に段ボール箱内に、トレイに収容した果
実を上下段に重ね、中段に緩衝材を介在させてなる段ボ
ール箱において、上記緩衝材が全面に亘り波形中芯の傾
斜部分を屈折させてなる紙製段ボールシートであること
を特徴とする段ボール箱における緩衝シート、によって
構成される。 【0007】従って段ボール箱内に比較的大きい果実を

を介在させることによって上段のトレイの下面が下段の

モールド等による紙製又は合成樹脂トレイ6を敷き、該
トレイ6の凹部6’に梨等の比較的大形の果実2を収容
する。 【0009】上記果実2の上面に緩衝材3を重ね、その
上に上記トレイ6を載置し、該トレイ6の凹部6’に上
記梨等の比較的大形の果実2’を収容し、段ボール箱1
の蓋1”,1”を閉じて梱包する。 【0010】上記下段の果実2の上面と上記上段の凹部
6’の下面とが重ねられ、上段の果実2’は下段の果実
2によって緩衝材3及び上段の上記トレイ6の凹部6’
を介して支持される。 【0011】下段の上記トレイ6に収容された果実2は
その上面に緩衝材3を敷き、その上に上段トレイ6をの
せて上下2段に重ねて上記段ボール箱1内に収容するこ
とができる。 【0012】上記緩衝材3はライナー4”,4”間に波
形中芯4を接着させた紙製段ボールシート5であって、
上記段ボールシート5は図2に示すように上下のゴムロ
ーラ7,7間を通過させることによって波形中芯4の傾
斜部分4’,4’を屈折させる(図1(ロ)図)。 【0013】図3に示すように波形中芯4が変形しない
状態ではライナー4”,4”及び中芯4が持ち合って上
下方向に剛性となり、相当の衝撃力を与えないと中芯4
の波形は変形せず、振動等に対する緩衝性を発揮し得な
い。 【0014】ところが図1、図2に示すように波形中芯
4の傾斜部分4’,4’が屈折した状態では波形中芯4
の剛性が失われ、下段果実2と上段トレイ6の凹部6’
との相互摺動、相互振動又は相互衝撃等に対応すること
ができるため、下段果実2の上面の損傷が避けられる。
上段果実2’の上面には図1(イ)図仮想線で示すよう
に上記緩衝材3を乗せることによって蓋1”,1”との
接触損傷を避けることができる。 【0015】又波形中芯4の上記屈曲変形は緩衝材3の
全面に亘らせることが必要であって一部分では一部の下
段果実2のみに有効であって段ボール箱1の収容下段果
実2全部には及ばない、しかし緩衝材3の外周部分を除
いた部分を全面とすれば足り、その場合は外周部分を除
いて上下のゴムスタンプで挟圧すれば足りる。 【0016】 【発明の効果】本発明は上述のように構成したので、段
ボール箱内に収容した下段の果実が輸送中の摺動、振動
又は衝撃等によって損傷を受けるおそれがなく、取扱い
を安全に行い得るばかりでなく、上記緩衝材はライナー
及び中芯よりなる紙製段ボールシートであるため使用済
後はリサイクルにより再生させ得て再生紙等に有効利用
することで廃棄物の排出量の削減に効果がある。
